    Senyawa Flavonoid Dari Ekstrak Etil Asetat Kulit Batang Tumbuhan Bauhinia hullettii Prain Dan Uji In Vitro Sel Murine Leukemia P-388

    Isolation, characterization, and in vitro testing against murine leukemia P-388 cell of flavonoid compounds from Bauhinia hullettii Prain stem bark have been performed. Isolation was carried out by extraction and fractionation. Extraction used meceration method at room temperature to obtain n-Heksana extract, dicloromethane extract, and etil acetate extract. Based on phytochemical testing, etil acetate extract contain flavonoid compounds. Extraxct etil acetate was fractionated by vacum column chromatography, gravitation column chromatography, and flash column chromatography. The fractionation resulted yellow crystal that having melting point of 188 o C - 189 o C. The in vitro testing against murine leukimia P-388 cell of isolated flavonoid compounds show “medium” activity with IC 50 = 22,5 μg/ml.

    The purpose of this research to increase student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product in class XI SMA Al Huda Pekanbaru. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes. Experiment class was given implementing model cooperative learning Active Knowledge Sharing, while the control class wasnot given implementing model cooperative learning Active Knowledge Sharing. The t-test is used for data analysis technique. Based on the final results of data processing using t-test formula with dk=53 and ɑ =0,05 obtained tarithmetic>ttable (2.68>1.67) means that the application of model cooperative learning Active Knowledge Sharing can improve student achievement on the subject of solubility and solubility product in class XI SMA Al Huda pekanbaru. Category Increased student achievement on experiment class including high with the normalized gain scores (N-gain) about 0,75

    Research on the application of learning cycle 7E model with the goal of improving student’s achievement in the subject of salt hydrolysis science in class XI MA Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru. This form of research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Data is collected in May 2013. The sample consisted of two classes. Experiment class that were subjected of learning cycle 7E model, while the control class is a class that untreated learning cycle 7E model. Data analysis used t-test (different test). Based on the results obtained tvalue final calculation is 2.81 greater than ttable is 1.67 and the application this model capable to increase student’s achievement about 12,14%, so it can be concluded that the application of learning cycle 7E to improve student’s achievement on the subject of salt hydrolysis in class XI Science MA Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru

    An experimental research on the application of the active learning strategy type true false chain has been concluded to investigate the improvement of student learning outcomes on the subject of the oxidation-reduction reaction in class X SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. From three classes of the population, it was taken two classes as the homogeneous samples, i.e. X.8 and X.7. The X.8 class was a control class in which they were used to teach by conventional teaching and learning process, while the X.7 class was taken as the experimental class in which they were given the treatment of the active learning strategies type True False Chain implementation. The data of the research was gathered by using testing techniques, namely the pre-test and post-test. Before the pre-test and post-test, the samples were tested by using a homogeneity test of homogeneity through T-test of the two parties in order to obtain two homogeneous classes. The difference in pretest-posttest values was analyzed by using two T-test samples of the party that aimed to test the truth of the hypothesis. Based on the results obtained by statistical calculation that tvalue> ttable (2.070> 1.67), so it can be concluded that the application of active learning strategies type True False Chain can improve students’ learning outcomes on the subject of oxidation-reduction reactions in class X of SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru

    Isolasi Dan Uji Aktivitas Senyawa Aktif Sitotoksik Dari Tumbuhan Akar Tapak Kuda (Bauhinia hullettii Prain)

    This study aimed to isolate the active cytotoxic compound from akar tapak kuda (Bauhinia hullettii Prain) and tested its cytotoxic activity using BSLT method. Sample studied was leaves of akar tapak kuda. Phytochemical screening results showed that sample contains triterpenoid, steroid, flavonoid, phenolic and saponin compounds. As much as 1,4 kg of sample in the form of dry powder was extracted by maceration method using solvent n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and methanol. Extraction resulted 28,6368 g of n-hexane fraction, 39,1009 g of dichloromethane fraction, 21,3175 g of ethyl acetate fraction and 113,9438 g of methanol fraction. Cytotoxic activity test has been conducted to dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and methanol fractions. The results of test showed that LC50 values of n-hexane, dichloromethane and methanol fractions were 123,7758 ppm, 2.729,1905 ppm and 829,7525 ppm, respectively. It means that ethyl acetate fraction was not active cytotoxic, while dichloromethane and methanol fractions were active cytotoxic. Dichloromethane fraction was the most active fraction so that its separation needs to be continued. As much as 30 g of concentrated dichloromethane fraction was separated using chromatography technique, namely vacuum liquid chromatography and gravity column chromatography with various eluent systems. Separation resulted 231 mg white needle-shaped crystal as isolate that contained of two spot based on TLC analysis. Phytochemical test indicates that the isolate was triterpenoid and steroid compounds. The results of cytotoxic activity test showed that LC50 value of the isolate was 605,1815 ppm. It means that isolate was active cytotoxic.

    Research on the application of active learning Cooperative Script method has been done in class XI of MA Anshor Al Sunnah Air Tiris on the subject of colloids in 2013. Based on the results of observations conducted by researchers at the MA Anshor Al Sunnah Air Tiris do known that learning is teacher centered, so that students become less active and negatively affect student achievement. The objective was to determine the increase in student achievement and increase student achievement category. The research form is an experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely class XI B1 as the experimental group and the class XI B2 as the control group. The experimental group is the group of students who were treated by applying the active learning of Cooperative Script method, while the control group was treated with information discussion methods. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results showed t arithmetic>ttable (1,975 > 1,69726) and N-gain of the experimental group is 0,757 which includes the high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application for active learning Cooperative Script method can increase student achievement in the subject of colloids in MA Anshor Al Sunnah Air Tiris

    This research discussing about the use of media Microsoft Power Point iSpring Pro on the subjects of a chemical bond in SMKN 2 Pekanbaru to improve performance students achievement. The use of appropriate media in the process of learning is required so that student feel interested and motivated to learn. The research’s form is an experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted on the even semester in academic year 2012/2013. The sample consisted of two classes, Majoring Images class as the experimental class and Majoring Sofware Engineering class (RPL) as the control class which randomly selected after homogeneity tests. The results of prerequisite test used to homogeneity test and chemical bonding test results used to hypothesis test. Data collection technique used is the test. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of the final data processing obtained t count > ttable, it is 3,63 > 1,67. This shows that the use of Microsoft Power Point iSpring Pro as a media of learning can improve student achievement on the chemical bond subject in class X SMKN 2 Pekanbaru, the effect of an increase of 20,21%

    The research on the application Problem Solving model is conducted at XI IPA class of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru which is apllied on colloidal topic in 2013. The research is an experiment with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, named class XI IPA3 as the experiment class and the class XI IPA4 as a class control. Experiment class treated applied with problem solving model, while the control class was treated to as convensional. Data analysis technique used the t-test.     Application of guided inquiry approach using a mind map has been implemented in SMAN 1 Benai on the hidrocarbon subject. The research purposes to increase student’s achievement. Form of research is a experiment research with pretest-postest design. X 2 dan X 3 as sample class after test of normality and test of homogeneity. Homogeneity test result, F Count < F tabel (1,07 < 1,77 with = 0,05, dk(34,35) ) that mean sample have the same variance. Techniques of data analysis is the t–test. Final data processing using the t-test formula obtained t count > t table (2,32 > 1,67 with dk=n 1 +n2 -2 and =0,05) had mean aplication of guided inquiry approach using a mind map give effect of 7,24% to increase student’s achievement.

    The study about the application of guided inquiry approach by using mind map has been done in class XI IPA of SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan to enhance students’ achievement on the subject of the colloid system. The study is a form of experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, as a class experiment is XI IPA2 and XI IPA1 class as the class of a randomized control after homogenity test. Based on result of homogenity test, it’s shows that F count< Ftable (1.004<1.95) with criteria α=0.05, it can be said that both of the groups’ samples have the same variance or in other word, they are homogen. The data analysis technique used in this study was the statistical test using the t test with criteria α=0.05 and dk=n1 +n2 -2 . Performed by t test values obtained tcount> t table , it is 2.88> 1.67. It’s shows that the application of guided inquiry approach by using mind map can enhance students’ achievement on the subject of the colloid system in XI IPA SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan, and contributes 14.03% to the students’ achievement

    This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of learning strategy Football Verbal against improving student learning outcomes on the subject of chemical bonding in class X SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. The form of this research is an experimental research with pretest-posttest design and the data collection time ranging from months of October-November 2012. The sample consisted of two classes i.e class X.1 as the experimental class and class X.4 as the control class. The processing of final data using t-test formula obtained by t-count greater than t-table is 2.14 > 1.67 means that the hypothesis of the application of active learning strategy Football Verbal to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of chemical bonding in class X SMA 2 Siak Hulu accepted with the increase percentage 7.1%.

    The purpose of this research is to know the increase of chemistry learning achievement at the oxidation reaction and reduction reaction topic which was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ukui in 2010/2011. This method of research is pre-experiment with pretest-posttest design. The data collection technique used is test technique and the data processing used is statistics t test. From the hypothesis test processing can get count t value > ttable (2,219> 1,67). Thus, we can conclude that application of peer tutoring methods at the oxidation reaction and reduction reaction is be able to increase achievement chemistry learning by students of X grade SMAN 1 Ukui to increase student achievement by 8,4%.

    The research by applying Inside Outside Circle cooperative learning model was done by aim to know the improvement of students’ learning achievement on basic material of Alkana, Alkena and Alkuna at the X grade of SMAN 1 Kuantan Mudik. The design of this research is experimental research by pretest-postest. Taking data is started from april 23th until mei 30th 2012. Sample class consisted of two classes that is X 4 class as experimen class and X5 class as control class. Experimen class that was applied Inside Outside Circle cooperative learning model and control class that did not apply Inside Outside Circle cooperative learning. The technique of analiyzing data used t-test. The result of this research showed that t calculate > ttable that is 4,71>1,67, so that hypothesize is accepted. It means that “Inside Outside Circle cooperative learning model can improve students’ learning achivement on basic material of Alkana, Alkena and Alkuna at the X grade of SMAN 1 Kuantan Mudik” This improvement is happened on Inside Outside Circle because the students have the oppurnity to discuss and change the information regulary among the student in their groups or with their pair groups.

    A research on the application of the learning model type Three Stay One Stray has been conducted by purpose of increasing students achievement in learning atomic structure and system periodic of element at grade X class of SMAN 1 Tambang. The pretest-posttest experiment group design was used in this research. Research have done in 18 July until 9 September 2011 at grade X of SMAN 1 Tambang. Instrument of aggregation data was use homogeneity test and test pretest-posttest. Data was analyzed with t-test at α=0,05. Result showed that the t value was 2,12 while t-table was 1,67. Therefore, it could be concluded that the application of the learning model type Three Stay One Stray with was able to increase students learning achievement in atomic structure and system periodic of element discussion at X class of SMAN 1 Tambang. The learning model typeThree Stay One Stray can improve students because they are all active in learning like group discussion and presentation in class.

    This study aims to improve student achievement on the subject of the application of cooperative learning hydrocarbon Quick On The Draw in the class XII TKJ SMK 2 Pekanbaru. Form of experimental research is to design a pretest-posttest, the study sample consisted of 2 classes that are homogeneous class XII TKJ as class 1 and class XII TKJ experiment 3 as the control class. Data collection was conducted in January-March 2013. Based on the data processing and analysis techniques gain n t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table is 2.256976 > 1.67. So it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning Quick on The Draw can improve student achievement in subject of hydrocarbons in class XII TKJ SMK 2 Pekanbaru school year 2012/2013 with an increase of 8.34%

    Research about the application of active learning strategy Quiz Team type has been done at class X SMAN 1 Salo for hydrocarbon mather. The objective of this research is to know if the aplication of active learning strategy Quiz Team type can improve student achivement. The research is experimental research with pretest-posttest design. Data were collected from April 23 t to May 8 th , 2013. The sample consisted of two classes, the class X.2 as the experimental class and the class X.3 as a controls class randomly selected after giving of normality and homogeneity test. Experimental class treated by applying active learning strategy Quiz Team type,while the control class was treated as lecture. Data analize by using the t-test. Based on the final results of data process by using t-test formula obtained t test>ttable is 3,29>1,67 it means that the application of active learning strategy Quiz Team type can improve student achievementon for hydrocarbon mather class X SMAN 1 Salo. Increased student achievement on class room experiments supported the normalized gain scores(N-gain) was 0,71 that included high category.

    This study aims to determine the increase in class X student achievement througt the implementation of SMA Al-Muslimun Seikijang active learning strategies on the subject of bowling campus stoichiometric. Sample consisted of two homogeneous classes and classes were randomly selected as the control class XA and XB grade class experiment. Form of research is experimental with pretest-posttest design. Data obtained through the form of homogeneity test techniques pretest-posttest and processed with statistical formula test-t. Homogeneity test results were tested using the test-t, while the difference of the two pretest-posttest were analyzed using a two sample test-t of the hypotesis. Based on the results of statistical calculation with DK= 52 and α= 0,05 obtained that tcount > ttable (3,245 > 1,67) thus it can be concluded that the application of active learning strategies on the subject of bowling campus stoichiometric chemistry can improve learning achievement of students in class X SMA Al-Muslimun Seikijang school year 2012/2013 as big as 16,84%.
