    Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Gametri Tirta Lestari Duri

    This research is done in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri which is located in Jl. DesaHarapan Rt. 02/05 no. 80 kecamatan Mandau Duri-Riau. This research is done from Mei 2012 to March 2012. The purpose of this research is to analyse motivation and control effect to employee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri. . There are three variable in this research. One of them is dependent variable and two other are independent variable. Number of sample is 104 people. Sample numbering is done by Slovin method. Data analysis is done by kuantitatif method using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 17.0. Writer found that motivation and controlling have significant effect to eemployee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri. The most significant variable is controlling. From this finding, writer conclude that motivation and controlling have positive and significant effect to employee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri. Based on this research, writer suggest that management improve employee’s motivation like a fair and worth salary, chance for promotion, safety in work, and other supporting factor. Company also have to improve control like role obeying, effectifeness, correction, on time, absence, so employee’s performance can be improved.

    This research is to verify the comparison between of Bank Umum Konvensional and Bank Syariah viewed from finance performance and the growing of earning after tax ratio. The variable that has been used in this research is Capital Adequacy Ratio, Biaya Operasional/Pendapatan Operasional, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loans as the ratio that describe finance performance, and growing of earning after tax ratio. The data of this research is from Indonesia banking annual report. The analysis method report is used Independent Samples T Test method. The collection data that used is by divining manual study and record study. From the result test that has been done, can be concluded that there is no significant differentiation between Bank Umum Konvensional and Bank Syariah from CAR, BOPO, LDR, and growing of earning after tax ratio. Only LDR ratio that has significant differentiation between Bank Umum Konvensional dan Bank Syariah.

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and supervision of employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Sei Galuh Kabupaten Kampar, sample population of 114 with 34 people. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection through interviews, documentation and questioner. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method, partial and simultaneous analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS ver.17 Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneously, with the same two variables namely leadership (X1) and supervision (X2) significantly influence employee discipline (Y). The degree of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable can be determined by performing a partial test, the results obtained are leadership variable (x1) significant effect on employee discipline variable (Y) and the supervision variable (X2) significant effect on employee discipline variable (Y). Based on the analysis using koefisiean determination (R2) can be interpreted that the change/variation Y (Labor Discipline) due to the change/variation of X (Leadership and Supervision) while the rest is due to a change in another variable, which is not included in the study. For authors suggest that companies need to pay attention to the factors that influence employee discipline for companies and employees are working partners who need each other for the survival of the company.

    PENGARUH BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT SMS FINANCE PEKANBARU

    The study was conducted at PT SMS Finance Pekanbaru with a view to analyze the influence of corporate culture, which consists of a bureaucratic culture, innovative culture and supportive culture on employee performance. With limited number of employees, the research conducted by the census method, in which 37 people used the company's employees as respondents in this study. Descriptive analyzes were conducted to test the hypothesis and performed with multiple regression method.The research concludes that the bureaucratic culture, innovative culture and supportive culture has a positive effect on employee performance, which The most dominant factor is given by the bureaucratic culture. From the analysis descriptive, the study also showed that employees' performance on category quite well. Recommendations are given to the company is that management provide greater opportunities for employees to be able to work with innovative, creative and more willing to take risks in solving the challenges the job at hand. The firm also advised to be more open to employees about the company's true condition.

    This research is conducted to analyze the influence of emotion marketing and experiential marketing to customer loyalty Bebek Goreng H. Slamet in Pekanbaru on Jl. Jend. Sudirman. The research consists of a dependent variable that customer loyalty (Y) and seven independent variables such as emotion marketing consists of product (X1) and equity (X2), while experiential marketing consists of sense (X3), feel (X4), think (X5 ), action (X6) and relate (X7). The population is the research a the customer’s of Bebek Goreng H. Slamet with a sample of one hundred respondents by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using quantitatif methode with SPSS version seventeen. The result of this research o inform that all of independent variable simultaneously affect loyality costumer but not significant. At parsial not any variable to affect significant. Adjust R square show at moderate level (twenty two point three persen) it mean seventy seven point even persen has affect by other variable in beyond this research. The conclusion this research show not any sense has affect to loyality costumer, other variable also affect but not significant. Therefore bebek goreng H. slamet restaurant should be pay attention seriously the other independent to increase loyality costumer by delivered member card system, customer gathering, special discount/ point value for member, etc.

    EFFECT OF SUPERVISION, COMPETENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE SMAN 2 DUMAI

    The research was held at SMAN 2 Dumai in Puteri Tujuh Street aims to determine about Effect of supervision Competence, Education and Training either simultaneously or partially on performance teacher at SMAN 2 Dumai. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMAN 2 Dumai and total sample were 66 peoples. Analytical method used multiple regression method with SPSS version 19. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that independent variables supervision Competence, Education and Training has significant influence but not on teacher performance. Magnitude of the effect from determination coeficient (R2) by three variables simultaneously on the dependent variable were 78.00% and 22.00% were influenced by other variables that not examined in this study. Results of research that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed the independent variables studied supervision Competence, Education and Training has significant effect on the dependent variable of teacher performance.

Partial, training and discipline variables have positive and significant impact on health and safety, where the discipline to be the dominant factor affectin the K3.

    Effect of EVA, DER, ROE and EPS of the stock price At Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Stock Exchange

    This study aims to determine the effect of variable Economic Value Added (EVA). Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS), the stock price either simultaneously or partially, as well as identify and analyze the dominant variables affect the price of shares in pharmaceutical companies in the Stock Exchange 2006-2011 Indonesia. This research is explanatory research, which explains the existence of the effect between the dependent and independent variables through a hypothesis testing is done. The study population were 9 pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. For its decision because the number is low, the study sample is the entire population or census done. Based on a sample population and is then conducted multiple regression analysis. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed simultaneous EVA, DER, ROE and EPS significantly influence stock prices in the pharmaceutical company. Three variables influence the magnitude of the stock price is equal to 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model. While partially, EVA, DE, ROE and EPS significantly influence the stock prices of pharmaceutical companies, as EVA, DER, EPS ROEdan is important information for investors in making the right investment decisions. Thus, it can be concluded that the four independent variables are EVA, DER, ROE and EPS simultaneously or partially have a significant impact on stock prices of pharmaceutical companies. ROE is a variable that has dominant influence on stock prices of pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix which consisting of Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service towards purchase decision on Toyota Yaris at PT. Agung Automall Duri located on jl.Raya Dumai Km thriteen, number four Duri. The population in this study are the consumers who bought Toyota Yatis car at PT. Agung Automall in year two thousand eleven. The research conducted by using census method with members of thirty seven respondents. Data analyze using multiple linier regression model with SPSS version seventeen. The results of this study showed that simultaneously, all independent variables : Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service have a significant effect towards dependent variable (purchase decision). It can be seen from the calculated F value is greater than the E table. While partially each variable : Price, Product and promotion has a significant effect that indicated from the T value of each variable is greater than. The T table but after sales service variable has not significant effect to its T value is smaller than the T table. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) shows the independent variables contributed very powerfull in explaining the dependent variable (Purchase decision).

    The research was conducted on the employees of the production PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra spines in order to analyze the effect of design variables on the performance of the work andcompetence of employees of the production PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra Duri. The population in this study were all employees of the production PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra Dorsal by the number of 146 people. Sampling technique with Slovin formula, obtained 59 respondents then using cluster random sampling in the distribution. Collecting data through documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. While the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative and simultaneous partial (linaer multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), indicating that all the independent variables studied had a significant influence on employee performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) showed that more work design variables affect the performance significantly compared with kompetnsi at PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra Duri. It can be concluded that the variable design work and competence partial and simultaneous positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Rifansi Dwi Putra Duri. Besides job design variables are variables that affect the performance of employees more than competence.

    This research was aims knows the effect of Dian Sastrowardoyo Celebrity Endorser which were consists of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise to purchasing decision of L’oreal shampoo at student bachelor economics faculty in Riau University. The technique were used in this research proportional random sampling and purposive sampling with totally 120 people. The analysis was used multiple linier regression with program SPSS 17 version, as the result show, all of independent variable celebrity endorses had effect to purchasing decision L’oreal shampoo which was 51% effected endorsment variable and 49% for purchasing of influence variable did not used this research.

    The purpose of study were to analyze the effect of work environment and motivation toward employee’s work productivity at PT. Coca-cola amatil Indonesia the branch of Pekanbaru. The samples were taken using slovin method d the number of selected sample were 93 persons as respondents, and the writer used purposive random sampling in distributing it. The data sources of data ed were premier data and secondary data. The techniques of data collection were interview and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was descriptive quantitative method by SPSS ve se.20. The results of study concluded that simultaneously both variable work environment and motivation influenced significantly toward employe work productivity. Partially, the results obtained were that the variable of work environment influenced significantly toward the variable of employee’s work productivity an the variable of motivation influenced significantly toward the variable of employ ’s work productivity. Thus, the writer concluded that the variable of work environment and motivation simultaneously and partially influenced positively and significantly toward employee’s work productivity PT. Coca-cola amatil Indonesia the branch of Pekanbaru. Besides the variable of motivation was dominant variable that influe ced toward employee’s work productivity than the variable of work environment.

    The purpose of this research is to find out the socio-economic impact of externalities on the surrounding society of the Limbungan village of Rumbai Pesisir District. The sample used in this study were people who were around PT. Asia Forestama Raya (AFR) were 88 respondents (families) by using the Cluster Random Sampling. From the results , it can be found that people's income has increased due to the PT. AFR, that gives jobs opportunity for the surrounding community. The presence of PT. AFR contributes the movements in the surrounding area of Limbungan Village of Rumbai Pesisir District. In the contrary, the negative effect caused air pollution, noise pollution, health problems and other disruptions. The number of willingness to pay for the environtmental value of close distance society is Rp. 14.792.105 per year, for a medium range is Rp. 6.862.963 per year and for a long distance is Rp. 1.678.261 per year.

    This study aims to determine how the variables influence Occupational Health and Safety and labor Disciplines simultaneously and partially on the Productivity of employees of the cocoa processing in PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Sub District Pucuk Rantau Regency Kuantan Singingi. Samples in this study were as many as 58 people, the determination of sample size was based on the method Slovin. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and also it is a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19. From the results of the testing that has been done, showing simultaneous regression test (F-test) Safety & Occupational Health and Discipline of Work simultaneously significant affect the Productivity of employees. Partial assay results (t test) showed that the variables of Occupational Health and Safety is partially significant effect on employee Productivity and Work Dicipline variables partially significant effect on employee Productivity. Based on the results of the analysis carried out then the company should further enhance the way employees that employee productivity can be increased again. companies should also improve the management system K-3 in order to avoid injury to the employee. of labor discipline, the company must give strict punishment to employees who violate the rules.

    This research motivated by the fact that buying decision are not always influenced by the feeling. However, there are many kinds of feelings that can influence the buying decision is no exception threat emotions. This is due to the number of fraudulent resulting manufactures produce a product and make brand trust decreased. Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of threat emotions and brand trust on buying decision either partially of simultaneously to house holders in the village Kuok, Kampar. The amount of samples are selected one hundred by using purposive sampling. Data obtained through the questionnaire with Likert method. Data procesing research using SPSS for windows version eighteen. The result showed threat emotions and brand trust significantly influence on buying decision simultaneously. Threat emotions and brand trust influence on buying decision partially and threat emotions influence more dominant than brand trust.

    The purpose of this study was to determine the outcome of motivation, work experience, and the work environment on the performance of employees in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) Pekanbaru. Population and samples used in this study was 32 people. Data collection techniques use the interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative methods and sources of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study concluded that the motivation variable indicator is the highest score to meet basic needs and the lowest scores on the indicators periodically recreation. Level of motivation given KPPN Pekanbaru is good because there are a range of good scale. From the work experience variable indicator highest score is steady and smooth movement while the lowest scores on the indicators work quietly. The level of employee experience at KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well. Of the work environment variables indicator reached the highest score is the understanding of the responsibilities and the lowest score on the indicator of the leadership award. Employees at the workplace level KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well. From the employee's performance indicator variable that the highest score is the completion of work on time and the lowest score on the indicator prioritizing the work of the private interests. Employee performance level employee at KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well.

    Research takes place at PT. Pusaka Prima Transport purposing to analyze influence of leadership an work environment toward passion of employees at PT Pusaka Prima Transport. 52 employees become the population in this research. This limited amount of population makes the sample chosen by census. The method of data analysis is double regression. Result of the research shows that leadership and work environment has significant influence toward passion of employees. Leadership is the dominant factor in this case. Leadership and work environment contribute 23 % for passion of employees. And the rest 77 % come from other aspects an those aspects are not include in this research. The appearing recommendations for the leaders are to be able to run their functions that contained instruction, consultation, participation, delegation and control. The work environment of the company has to be well organized to make enjoyable weather for the employees

    This research implemented on PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang, at Sudirman Street No.107. This research is intend to understand discipline and work environment effects by simultaneous or partial for employee productivity on PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang. Population in this research is all employees at PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang. The sample done by means of render the whole population of being respondent namely 63 people. Data from primary source of data and data sekunder. The technique of collecting data in this research is through a questionnaire and an interview. A method of analysis used is a method of descriptive quantitative using linear regression worship of idols with the help of program spss version 17. This research result indicates that variable discipline influential positive and significantly to employee productivity of PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang. Work environment influential significant and positive is variable are more dominant influential against employee productivity of PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang. Simultaneous test showed that variable discipline and work environment has influence significantly to employee productivity of PDAM Tirta Kampar Bangkinang described by the coefficient of determination (R2). Variable discipline and variable work environment can be explained variable employee productivity of 97% while the rest about 3% explained by other variables that are not investigated in this research.

The population in this study were all full-time employees Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. Sampling was done by making the overall population of respondents ie 59 people. Source data from the primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study was through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17.00. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables simultaneously training and placement has a significant influence on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect that the coefficient of determination (R2) by the two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable while the remaining 92.1% 7.9% influenced by other variables not examined. Partial regression results (t test) showed that the dependent variable has an employee performance a significant effect on each of the independent variables studied were Training and Placement. For companies should complete infrastructure well in training so that employees understand the content and purpose of the implementation of the training and also expected the attention of corporate leaders in making policy decisions in order to avoid placing pressure on employees who are not placed in the right job and finally will affect the performance of employees.

    THE EFFECT OF RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TOWARDS CUSTOMER LOYALTY AT PT. PLATON NIAGA BERJANGKA IN PEKANBARU

    The study was carried out at PT. Platon Niaga Berjangka in Pekanbaru. This study aimed to determine the effect caused by the variable relationship marketing, which consists of trust, commitment, communication, problem handling towards customer loyalty. The population in this study were the customer of PT. Platon Niaga Berjangka in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The amount of samples are eighty respondents by using Slovin formula. The method of analysis is descriptive quantitative, using multiple linear regression models with SPSS version 17.0. The test results simultaneously (F Test), indicated that all the independent variables (trust, commitment, communication and problem handling) have a positive and significant effect customer loyalty. The results of the partial test (t Test), indicated that the variables of trust, commitment, communication, have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while problem handling variable have positive effect but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Commitments variable has dominant effect on customer loyalty. Adjusted R square of the model in this study shows that of seventy-one point four percent and the remaining twenty-eight point six percent are effect by other variables not examined.
