Abstract

training and discipline of work health and safety conditions in the enterprise. Study population are employees of the company amounted to 60 people, where the limited amount of the population census conducted sample selection. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Results of the research concluded that simultaneous training and discipline recommendation that can be given is that management perform an accurate analysis of training needs in advance to be able to determine what kind of training materials are most needed by the employee. also recommended that companies conduct audits K3. include the overall audit personilberpengaruh equipment and also significant to health and safety. Partial, training and discipline variables have positive and significant impact on health and safety, where the discipline to be the dominant factor affectin the K3.
