Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the outcome of motivation, work experience, and the work environment on the performance of employees in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) Pekanbaru. Population and samples used in this study was 32 people. Data collection techniques use the interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative methods and sources of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study concluded that the motivation variable indicator is the highest score to meet basic needs and the lowest scores on the indicators periodically recreation. Level of motivation given KPPN Pekanbaru is good because there are a range of good scale. From the work experience variable indicator highest score is steady and smooth movement while the lowest scores on the indicators work quietly. The level of employee experience at KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well. Of the work environment variables indicator reached the highest score is the understanding of the responsibilities and the lowest score on the indicator of the leadership award. Employees at the workplace level KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well. From the employee's performance indicator variable that the highest score is the completion of work on time and the lowest score on the indicator prioritizing the work of the private interests. Employee performance level employee at KPPN Pekanbaru is pretty good because there are a range of scales pretty well.
