Item ABSTRACT EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEES WORKING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. CITRA SARDELA ABADI PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) LIZA, ERNAThe research was conducted on Citra Abadi Sardela headquartered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee commitment and motivation both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru and to determine what factors are more powerful influence on employee performance. The population in this study is the population in this study were all employees of PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru numbering as many as 130 employees and only 59 employees were sampled, and the method of data collection is done by random sampling Proporsive. The research and discussion of the results it is known that respondents note that the performance of employees at PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru pretty good, and so does the employee commitment and motivation, it is seen from the responses. There is a significant effect of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. There is a great contribution of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance variables are visible from the coefficients of determination were obtained for 80.1% and amounted to 19.9% again determined by factors other than commitment and employee motivation. There is a strong positive relationship between employee commitment and motivation to work with the employee's performance, as seen from the results of the correlation coefficients obtained for 89.5%. Advice from the results of this study are expected to always take the leadership commitment factor, because it can affect the performance of the employees in the company. It is expected the leadership to always push spawned a good motivation to work on every employee is expected to further research that addresses tipoik efrektivitas organization, in order to use variable variables other than leadership and organizational commitment, as both variable already has a high contribution to the effectiveness of the company's pliersItem Agriculture Base Sector Analyses In Kabupaten Tanah Datar(2013-04-19) Rozi, FahrulThis research is located in Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Economic activity in this place is dominated by natural resources based sector, which are in the field of agriculture, forestry, plantation and fishery. These sectors are the main element of PDRB progress. The aim of this research is to find out agriculture sector which have the biggest contribution in KabupatenTnahDatar. In this research, writer used Location Question (LQ) approach. Measuring technique is done to find out the concentration of such economic activity in an area by comparing economic situation in the province in the same field. Data used is secondary data, gotten from BadanPusatStatistik (BPS) office kota Padang and Tanah Datar. Based on data processing, writer found out that economic sector which is potential to be base sector is agriculture, specifically, food supply. Meanwhile, plantation, animal husbandary, fishery, forestry are also potential, but cannot be base sector yet. The production data in food supply plantation can be seen as follow: in 2008, 3.246128. in 2009, 3.214058. in 2010, 3.310476. in 2011, 3.193278. all data are in million. Writer hope that local government can give stimulation for economic developing in Kabupaten Tanah Datar.Item Anailisis Permintaan Deterjen Di Kota Pekanbaru(2013-03-13) Henda Waldani, SriThe research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect caused by variable prices detergent, soap cream prices, incomes and the number of family members on the level of demand for detergents. In this study population was drawn using detergent Society in the city of Pekanbaru and using a sample of 100 respondents. This research Non Probability Sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS). From the research that has been done, Simultaneous Regression Test (Test F) indicate that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on demand for detergents. Partial Regression Test (t test) showed that the variable factor of the number of household members have the most significant impact on demand detergents. To view the promotional mix analysis the authors used multiple regression (R2) Based on the research data showed that the cost of personal selling by company performed 2 times in one year, and the cost of personal selling in the Permaisuri Auto Shop in the last nine years has increased, but the development of personal selling costs given the fluctuations. The more active pursuits of personal selling will certainly also influence the sales results achieved. From the research data showed that the cost of a sales promotion spend PT. Good year Indonesia, Tbk Bogor in the last nine years has increased but the development of sales promotion costs are fluctuating. making sales promotion activities are conducted by PT. Permaisuri Auto shop affects sales volume obtained. From the research data showed that the cost of advertising spend in the last nine years the company has increased from the year 2003 to 2011, but the development cost of advertising in the nine-year fluctuations. The cost of advertising incurred in running the company's marketing activities greatly affect the volume of sales achieved.Item ANALISIS BRAND ASSOCIATION DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKUITAS MERK BANK RIAU KEPRI PEKANBARU(2012-11-30) Rahman, RidhoPenelitin ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama pekanbaru yang terletak di Jalan Sudirman No. 299 Pekanbaru, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran brand association dalam meningkatkan ekuitas merk pada Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua nasabah pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru. Di tahun 2011 jumlah konsumen sebanyak 27.999 orang, maka dipilih sampel dengan menggunakan Metode Slovin sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 100 orang dan diambil dengan metode acidental sampling. Analisis data yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dan uji Cochran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil pembahasan sehubungan dengan brand association diketahui bahwa Q hasil hitung > X2 maka hipotesis dapat diterima yang artinya bahwa brand association Bank Riau Kepri dinilai baik. Hasil pembahasan sehubungan dengan ekuitas merk diketahui bahwa Q hasil hitung < X2 maka hipotesis tidak dapat diterima yang artinya bahwa ekuitas merk Bank Riau Kepri dinilai belum kuat/tinggi. Berdasarkan tanggapan konsumen sehubungan dengan brand association dinilai baik dan dapat mempengaruhi ekuitas merk.Item ANALISIS CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DAN SATISFACTION TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY PADA HOTEL MUTIARA MERDEKA PEKANBARU(2012-12-04) Akhmad, IkhbalThe research was conducted at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka on Yos Sudarso street No. 12 Pekanbaru. The research objective was to determine the effect of customer relationship and customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty and also to determine which variable has stronger influence on customer loyalty at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the customers who have member card. Data analysis multiple linier regression using SPSS version 15.00. The method of sampling is done by accidental random sampling technique with 98 selected respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by t Test and F Test. The result in this research show that partially Customer Relationship has significant influance on Customer Loyalty but Satisfaction has not significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneously both Customer Relationship and Satisfaction have significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Therefore, companies need to create a good relationship with the consumer. To establish the Customer Relationship. The company suggested make to held customer gathering program in order to accomodate expectations and criticism in the future. Customer Loyalty can also be delivered through customer satisfaction. We recommend the company provide information that can be accessed easy for the customer by using website.Item ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN ARANG TEMPURUNG KELAPA DAN GAS ELPIJI 3 KG UNTUK BAHAN BAKAR MEMASAK RUMAH TANGGA DI KECAMATAN ENOK KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR(2013-03-13) UMARThe research was done because people dilemma will used coconut shell charcoal and 3 kg LPG gas for household cooking fuel in Enok subdistrict Indragiri Hilir. So the purpose of this study is to find out which one is more efficient use of coconut shell charcoal or 3 kg LPG gas for household cooking fuel. This study used non-probability sampling technique in which members of the selected sample, taked base on rashness discover respondents who needed, such as easy to find or reach and obtained 100 respondents from the sampling technique Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive research that discuss set of problems research with describing and explain based on that result by the interpreted with the relevant theoriessoacanadescribeatheasituation. From result of the research had done concluded that more efficient use of 3 kg LPG gas for household cooking fuel compared with using coconut shell charcoal because people in Enok subdistrict Indragiri hilir felt the price of coconut shell charcoal more enough expensive. However, there are a lot of people who still use coconut shell charcoal for several reasons of descend culture.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMILIHAN LAPANGAN PEKERJAAN DI SEKTOR INFORMAL OLEH PEREMPUAN NIKAH DI DESA KUNTU KABUPATEN KAMPAR(2013-04-19) SARI, NOVITAThis study aims to determine the factors associated with the selection of informal sector employment by married women in Kuntu with see age, education level, number of dependents, household income level, employment husband and husband's employment sector. The informal sector employment in the study were divided into two groups of two. Agriculture groups and groups of other fields. So is the education level variables are divided into junior high school and high school to the bottom upwards, the number of dependents in the dependents divided ≤ 2 and ≥ 3, husband divided jobs in agriculture and other sectors of employment while husband shared formal and informal sectors. As for the variable age and level of household income grouped by values ranging from groups of lowest to highest value. In determining the sample size of this study using purposive sampling method Slovin and then selected a sample of 80 people. The analytical method used is the method of univariate analysis (descriptive) and bivariate analysis methods with chi-square test with α = 0.05. From the results of fieldwork conducted, it was found that the factors of age, education level, number of dependents and employment sectors husband did not have a significant relationship to the selection of informal sector employment by married women in Kuntu district Kampar. As for household income and factor employment husbands are significantly related to the selection of informal sector employment by married women in Kuntu district KamparItem ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EKSPOR TPT INDONESIA TERHADAP NEGARA UNI EROPA TAHUN 2000-2010(2013-02-13) Malau, Eva SulastriThe research was direction to know how impact GDP Real Euro Union, Price Export textile, and exchange value to export textile and textile product for Euro Union. This research made of quality method and descriptive method. The data use secondary data which search for government instance. And the abbreviation this research is how the impact GDP real Euro Union, Textile Export Price, and Exchange rate Rupiah to quantity of textile export to Euro Union. Analyze tabulation data using Eviews software. And then get the result such as: Y = -30.00972+ 5.304807X1+ 0.117588X2 -0.527726X3 This research result is all independent variable has significant effect to export amont for Textile and Textile product from Indonesia to Euro Union. Based on this regretion shows that H0 was rejected, there is only independent variable riil GDP EU (X1) which significant to involve dependent variable ( export amont for Textile and Textile product). Although Hi rejected and H0 accepted, there is another independent variable the export price (X2) and rupiah rate (X3) which significantly wouldn’t involve the dependent variable. By analyzing, the result are only riil GDP which giving significant effect to the TPT export amount. Meanwhile, between those 3 variable the export price and rupiah rate doesn’t have effect to independent variable.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI PRODUK MEREK VALUE PLUS DI MATAHARI HYPERMART PEKANBARU(2013-02-02) KASIH, RAEYSSA PERMATAThis study aimed to determine the influence of social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors simultaneously or partially to the consumer's decision to buy Value Plus product in the Matahari Hypermart Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumer Value Plus product that have Hi Card by 2012, amounting to 1,718 people. While the sample in this study is determine using Slovin formula, to obtain the 95 people with purposive sampling method. The analysis are using descriptive method with multiple regression models. The results showed that social factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on consumer decisions in purchasing products Value Plus at Hypermart Pekanbaru. Partially only social factors has significantly influence to the consumer decisions in purchasing products Value Plus at Hypermart Pekanbaru, but personal and psychological factors had no significant effect.Item Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Menggunakan Jasa Asuransi Jiwa Pada PT Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Pekanbaru(2013-01-28) Saragih, HotmatuaBumiputera 1912 Insurance is one of the insurance company in Pekanbaru. This insurance product the offered to the consumers consists of life insurance, medical insurance, and fire insurance. This study are focused to the life insurance because this kind of insurance is the most popular to the consumer. The aims of this study are to know the impact of culture, social, personal factor, and psychological factor to the customer decision in use life insurenace at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru and to know the dominant factor that effect to the customer decision at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Pekanbaru. The population of this study are the amount of the customer of life insurance at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru in 2011. There are 452 people listed as the customer at the company. Slovin formula be used to determine the amount of the sample and it 82 people as responden of this reseach. To analyze the data this study used multiple regrresion model. According toh the study result, simultanously culture, social, personal and psicological factors have a positive and significant impact to the customer decision in using life insurance. Partially culture, social and personnal factors have a significant impact to the customer decision but not for the psycological factor. The dominant effect to the customer decision is culture factor.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN HIBURAN HAPPY PUPPY DI PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) Kurniawan, NanangThe study aims to analyze effect of facility, price, quality, and location toward consumer decision making. The object of this study is Happy Puppy karaoke. The samples in this study were 96 men with Tabachinick method. Questionnaire was structured in the form of Likert scale. While the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The test result, shown that all of independent variable, have significant influence to dependent variable simultaneously (F test), and Partial test (T test) view, shown that facility, price, quality, and location have a significant influence toward consumer decision respectively. The relationship of the independent variable with dependent variable is midle level. Adira Quantum Multifinance branch Pekanbaru, Statistik Center Corporation of Riau Province. The debtor population from electronic credit through PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance branch Pekanbaru has 2314 debtor based on debtor quantity on July 2011 and the sample about 100 respondents by using Slovin theory. Base on the result of the research to 100 respondents shows that income, prime, lending rate, credit offer procedure and payment location influence offering level of consumen and electronik credit through PT. Types and Sources of data used in this study is primary data in the capture of 100 respondents and secondary data obtained from the agencies or parties related to this research. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. From the research that has been carried out, showing that, of the four variables analyzed, there are two variables that significantly influence the frequency of visits to attractions alam mayang Pekanbaru visitor are income variable and distance variable. Vinsa Indo Sejahtera – Chevrolet Pekanbaru(2012-12-04) Randa, EdwarPenelitian ini dilakukan pada bagian workshop PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan berharga bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja para karyawannya dengan melakukan evaluasi pada aspek gaji dan pengawasan dari pimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode interview dan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 42 orang karyawan bagian workshop di PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari gaji dan pengawasan sebagai variabel independen dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaji dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kedisiplinan kerja karyawan secara dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengawasan. Rekomendasi yang dapat disarankan adalah agar manajemen melakukan perbaikan pada komponen gaji dan pengawasan karyawan secara lebih efektif agar disiplin kerja karyawan dapat lebih ditingkatkan di kemudian hari.Item ANALISIS KEPUASAN NASABAH PESERTA JAMSOSTEK DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF KUALITAS LAYANAN PADA PT JAMSOSTEK (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG RIAU I PEKANBARU(2012-12-07) DelfiyaniThis study aims to eximine and analyzing the level of customer satisfaction in the quality of services performed by the company in Jamsostek Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research are expected to provide input to management Jamsostek Pekanbaru to be aware of the aspects that are still less satisfying customers in terms of service to customers, especially for enterprise customers. This study uses primary data and secondary data, which is the technique of data collection by questionnaire and documentation. The population was Jamsostek Pekanbaru company registered in the database of the company in late of 2010 totaling 2699 companies. By using formulation Slovin and accidental sampling technique, the amount of sample are 96 customers. The technique of data analysis is done using a descriptive analysis of the level of compliance and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix. The results of this study concluded that respondents satisfied with the quality of service that has been conducting so far. Tangible dimension is the most satisfying dimension, while thedimensions of responsiveness is the low level of satisfaction. It is recommended to management for making a number of urgent repairs to be done are: improving the quality of service schedules as promised, improve the speed in handling customer complaints and improve the comfort of the waiting room for customers.Item ANALISIS KEPUASAN PESERTA KURSUS KECANTIKAN DI JOHNNY ANDREAN SCHOOL & TRAINING MAL SKA PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) Maharani, DinaStudy was conducted in Johnny Andrean School and Training in MALL SKA Pekanbaru. The study objective is to analyze the impact of service quality which consist of tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance to the costumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. Sampling technique conducted in census of 75 students course. The result of study conclude that simultaneously variable tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance were highly significant in enhancing the satisfaction of course participants. Partially, tangibles empathy, responsiveness and reliability have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction of course participants where the dominant factor arises from the variable tangible. While variable assurance despite positive but not significant in influencing the course participant. The recommendation givEn to the management is to increase the number of trainer who felt still less, improve training schedule in order to avoid overlapping, press the discrimatorry behavior to students, and improve method of handling complaints better than this.Item Analisis Life Style Marketing Mix Terhdap Keputusan Membeli Produk Kendaraan Merek Toyota Fortuner di Pekanbaru(2012-12-04) Yuliana, ElandaWriter did research in PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru to find out and analyze effect of life style marketing mix in purchasingToyota Fortuner in Pekanbaru. This research is also aimed to find out and analyze stronger factors and their effect in consumers’ decision in purchasing this kind of unit. Population,-which is contain of 171, and using random sampling method - of this research are those who purchased Toyota Fortuner in 2010. In analyzing the data, writer used descriptive analysis which compares the data and some supporting theories using SPSS version 17.00. To analysis life style marketing mix, writer uses multiple regression. Based on hypothesis whether if all independent variable have significant effect simultaneously into dependent ones, writer did statistic test. SPSS result show that there are significant influences between luxury factor and consumer’s decision. There are positive and significant factors, significant factor between consumer itself and the decision, significant and positive factor between feeling of adorable in the decision. Result shows that life style marketing mix has significant influence partially or simultaneously into consumers’ decision. From this research, we can conclude that consumer should take life style marketing mix into account in purchasing decision.Item ANALISIS MANFAAT PEMBERIAN SIMPAN PINJAM TERHADAP USAHA ANGGOTA PADA KOPERASI PEDAGANG PASAR SUKARAMAI TERPADU (KOPPAS TERPADU) DI PEKANBARU(2013-02-13) BUDIMAN, ARIEFCo-operative is one of the container economy of the community, which has a principal purpose of improving the welfare of its members in particular and public in general, to develop an attitude to go forward and help cultivate productive ventures members. It is very important in terms of economic growth in communities that tried by the government, especially in the middle class families. This study were in Pekanbaru on Riau province with the goal are to see how the role of The co-operative of Market Vendors Integrated Sukaramai (KOPPAS INTEGRATED) the provision of savings and loans in the members' businesses before and after being a member of The co-operative of Market Vendors Integrated Sukaramai (KOPPAS INTEGRATED). The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method to describe the object that describes the study as a whole is owned by comparing before and after traders get a loan. From the results of research done, The co-operative of Market Vendors Integrated Sukaramai (KOPPAS INTEGRATED) has a positive effect on income members who had a loan. Where before receiving loans income ranging from 2.6 to 3.59 million by 28 people or 36.36%, while the income of members after receiving the loan reaches ranged from 3.6 to 5.59 million 34 people or 44.16%.
