Item B. J. Habibie political policy in 1998 up to 1999(2013-07-27) Manna Br.S, FebriBefore B. J. Habibie became president of Indonesia, he ever became a vice president in Suharto administration. But Suharto's administration during this period is only for three months. It is because people of Indonesia mistrust to Suharto administration, who Suharto administration can categorized to be authoritarian administration and many governments corruption, especially in the Soeharto family. And for unity of nation, the chairman House of representatives (Harmoko) declared the statement to ask Suharto’s President to resign. On May 21 1998, B. J. Habibie was appointed to be the president of Indonesia. B. J. Habibie pronounce his oath in front Supreme Court, which was witnessed by the Chairman House of representatives and the Deputy Chairman House of representatives and also in front of domestic and foreign journalists. Aim of this research is to know the background of B. J. Habibie political policy, also to know any political policy made by B. J. Habibie and the obstacles to do the political policy. This research uses historical method with systematically and objectively explaination. The research also uses library research and comparative studies to collect the data. To analyze data the research used qualitative, descriptive and comparative studies. B. J. Habibie administration period is from May 21 1998 up to October 21 1999. He make political policy to release the political prisoners, freedom of press, freedom to make political parties, the elections in 1999, referendum the East Timor and to investigate the wealth of Suharto and his cronies. Within to do the political policy , its impact was there the human rights violations such as the tragedy of Semanggi I and II were many casualties, release the East Timor from Indonesia when it was a lot of sacrifice and grating of Indonesia to East Timor and also law status of former President Suharto has not been resolved .Item Dinamika Penegakkan Hak Asasi Manusia Pada Masa Pemerintahan Presiden Baharuddin Jusuf Habibie(2013-06-24) Ariyansyah, MuhammadHuman rights are the basic rights inherent in human nature as a natural and universal gift of Almighty God and works to ensure the survival, freedom, human and community development, which should not be neglected, confiscated or tampered with by anyone. BJ Habibie as a president faced with a major agenda of the Indonesian people in the years 1998-1999 Reformation. BJ Habibie is required to resolve all the problems left by the New Order regime, including enforcement and respect for human rights. Various measures have been carried out starting from the completion of concrete action against human rights violations to make improvements in the human rights guarantees of the constitution. The purpose of this study was to determine how BJ Habibie administration in carrying out the protection and respect for human rights. The method used is the method of Empirical and Historical Documentary. The goal is to be able to describe and explain the events that have been and are accompanied by critical thinking framework and in accordance with the facts. At Bj Habibie government there are 52 legal products that show high appreciation and respect for human rights. This is shown to the world that when it gives special attention to the condition of Indonesia. Additionally Habibie also shows that Indonesia is a democratic country that upholds the values of human rights committed actions resolution and investigation of human rights violations in Indonesia. The purpose of this study conducted to determine how successful character education in class XI IPS SMAN 10 Pekanbaru that has been running for 1 year with a look at how SMAN 10 Pekanbaru implement character education, any character that is difficult given by the teachers of the students, and how to respond students to the educational character. This research was conducted with descriptive and qualitative methodst oobtain data touse traditional interview techniques and filling question naires by students of SMAN 10 XI IPS Pekanbaru. The results showed that students' attitudes XI IPS SMAN 10 Pekanbaru who have acquired the character education to be changed towards a better over all though not yet from the student to receive educational character well. It is recognized by teachers of history are still finding little resistance in delive ring some of the characters because not all characters can be directly absorbed by students and implemented in daily life-days.Item The Implementation Of Cooperative Learning Model Everyone Is A Teacher Here To Improve Student’s Learning Result In Education Of Historical Science For Eight Grader In SMPN 2 Tambang Of Kampar Regency(2013-05-17)From the observations in the eight grader of SMPN 2 Tambang found that student’s learning outcomes are low, this is because teachers are still using conventional learning system (Lecture and debriefing) in order to participate actively in the learning process, so it is cause learning outcomes of the students are not fit with the KKM set by the manager of the school, which is 75. The action class research was implemented in two cycles that starting from February 19th, 2013 until April 2nd, 2013. From the analyzing data was obtained the result as follows: (1) learning outcomes of students at the main subject in analyzing the events of the proclamation and the establishment the unitary state republic of Indonesia by the using of Coopertative learning “Everyone is A Teacher Here” method was categorized good. (2) The level of improvement of learning outcomes in social sciences subject by the using of Coopertative learning “Everyone is A Teacher Here” method was 84,09% from 64,31%. From the result of analyzing observation sheet to both of teacher and students activities, it can be concluded that implementation of Coopertative learning “Everyone is A Teacher Here” able to improve the student’s learning outcomesItem IPS Integrated Performance Lesson Teacher In School Accredited A In Smp 9 Pekanbaru Year 2011-2012(2013-04-03) Rahayu, TikaThis study aims to determine the performance of the integrated social studies teacher at the school accredited A SMP 9 in Pekanbaru year 2011-2012 and general knowledge about the Integrated social studies teacher accreditation and to prove that the accreditation will affect the performance of teachers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with a sample of the same population and the authors use the total sampling/sample is saturated amounted to 8 samples. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews to all the Integrated social studies teacher at SMP 9 Pekanbaru. To achieve the objectives of the study, data was analyzed by calculating descriptive. Once the data is processed, from 46 item questionnaire is divided into two purposes of the study, the results found for the purposes of research 1st (first) Integrated social studies teacher performance in 2011-2012, respondents who chose answer A 68.79% B 22.24% answer, the answer C 5.56% and 2.87% D answers. Seeing these percentages can be said that the performance of integrated social studies teachers in both categories, as well as indicating the teacher has implemented measures that are indicators of teacher performance in accordance with established. While the purpose of the study 2nd (second) result is the acquisition of 57.52% answer A, answer B 24.09% C 8.52% answer and answer D 9.86%. Noting acquisition scores, teachers' understanding of the accreditation can be good although there are some parts that really need attention, particularly at Standard Process. From the answers to interview questions, on average, respondents gave a positive answer. So it can be concluded that accreditation does affect the performance of teachers.Item Konflik Muslim Moro Dengan Pemerintah Filipina Tahun 1968 – 1996 (Suatu Kajian Historis)(2013-07-11) RiswantoMoro conflict motivated by various forms of government policies that are not favorable for the Philippine Moro communities. Christian Catholic population resettlement programs Muslim to region inter-ethnic conflict. Moro conflict exacerbated by various forms of discrimination, marginalization the Moro society such as poverty, low education levels and the difficulty of obtaining employment. Moro conflict experienced the most crucial period in the time of President Ferdinand Marcos in 1968, the incident Jabidah that killed at least 180 Muslims. This study aims 1) to describe the factors and the background of the Muslim Moro conflict with the Philippine government, 2) to reveal how the emergence of Muslim movements Moro; 3) to know the Philippine government's efforts to resolve conflicts Moro. The method used is the Historical Method. The goal is to reconstruct, examine, evaluate, and explain the evidence to get the facts and achieve results that can accounted. The results showed that the Muslim Moro conflict has lasted long enough, since the presence of the Spaniards to the U.S. occupation of the Philippines. Various forms of discrimination and marginalization experienced by Muslim communities continue until the independence of the Philippines in 1946. As a result, emerging movements Moro society organizations are demanding independence. The Moro movement such as: MIM, MNLF and MILF. Government's response to the Moro liberation movement is to a military strike, but the insistence of the OIC held talks. Negotiations between the Philippine Government and the Moro Muslims is quite successful Peace Agreement in 1996, resulting in the formation of 13 areas of special autonomy for the Muslim communityItem Model Pembelajaran Inquiri Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru(2013-08-29) Sari, Anita L.JThis research was conducted with the low value of the background history of the subjects in class XI SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru is not reached KKM 7.0 while the students only get an average value of 66.41. The results obtained in the implementation of activities teachers scored 19 first cycle with the cycle cukupdan category II increased to 21 with enough categories. Students increased absorption in the first cycle post test results received either category and the second cycle received either category. Student mastery nilia daily ulanggan I absorbency 23 students (58.97%) had good, 16 41.03% absorption enough. Completeness students, Cycle 1 23 58.97% complete, 16% absorption 41.03 unresolved. Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru Abstrak Meranti Islands Regency established by Law No. 12 Year 2009 and officially became Kabupaten on May 26, 2009. The formation of Meranti Islands Regency known as the formation of Ex Kewedanaan Selat Panjang covering Bantar, Belitung, Tanjung Samak. Actually the long history of Meranti island regency’s division was started since 1957. The objective of this study was to determine the developmental formation Meranti Islands Regency, before becoming regency until forming as a Meranti Islands Regency (2008). This study includes changes in the conditions of living, socio-cultural, economic, political and educational communities of Meranti Islands Regency. This study used a comparative study, as an effort to collect, actualize, and interpret the data and study it more clearly from some factors related with the condition, situation, and the phenomena which provided. The results of this study showed that the development of Meranti island regency, before becoming regency had reveal progress, in the field of socio-cultural, economic, political, and education but not evenly. Therefore the Meranti Islands Regency wanted to set the region (autonomy). After the meranti islands regency became regency, local government gave more attention in the development of facilities and infrastructure in their respective fields, as well as the Meranti Islands Regency’s social life.Item Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Bercerita Berpasangan (Paired Storytelling) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pelajaran Ips Di Kelas Viii Mts Negeri Muara Fajar Rumbai(2013-04-09) Pratiwi, ArianiThe background of the problem in this research is in the process of learning the teacher gives as much information and the student in charge to listen. And this is what causes students to be passive in learning. Therefore, students need to be more independent and active by implementing storytelling paired with a language that is easily understood. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students has increased from the first cycle following the daily tests as many as 32 students, from 32 students who completed only by 27 students (78.12%) and an incomplete 4 students (21.87%) . In the second cycle are held daily tests of 32 students who completed there were 29 students (90.62%) did not complete there are 3 students (9.3 7%). Based on these results it can be concluded that the pair talked to improve student learning outcomes in social studies.Item Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Kancing Gemerincing Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI IPS 1 Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Di SMAN 5 Dumai(2013-08-29) Jayasari, DewiHave been [done/conducted] [by] research of class action ( PTK) with aim to to know the make-up of result learn class student history of XI IPS I SMAN 5 Dumai School Year 2011 / 2012 by using model study of Co-Operative technique Latch Ting-A-Ling. Research [done/conducted] on 14 October until 21 November 2011. Amount of student in research counted 23 people ( 10 men student and 13 woman student). Research parameter [is] teacher activity, student activity and result learn ( absorpsion and complete learn student). Result of research indicate that the amount of activity mean learn [at] cycle of I [is] 19% with category ( enough), [at] cycle of II mount to become 32% with category ( very good). Amount of mean entire/all student activity to entire/all activity [at] cycle of I [is] 462% ( enough), [at] cycle of II mount to become 652,5% ( goodness). Result learn in the form of student absorpsion and complete learn student, [at] cycle of I, Post test I 69,78% ( Less), [at] post test II mount to become 76,30% ( Cukup) with daily restating 78,69% ( Enough). While [at] cycle of II, post test I 83,30% ( Whether), [at] post test II become 87,39% ( Baik) with daily restating 87,08% ( Whether). Complete learn cycle student of I [is] 82,60% and cycle of II become 95,65%. Siak district. Academic yaer 2012/2013 using the cooperative learning model type number head together. Research conducted on the 14th of july to 4 august 2012. The number of students in the study were 28 people ( 14 male students and 14 female students). Parameters of the study were all teachers, student activity and learning outcomes (absorption and mastery lerning students). The results showed that the average number of teacher activity in cycle I was 15,5% with a category (good), in cycle II increased to 23 with categories (very good). The average number of students for all the activities of all the activity in cycle I was 372% (enough), in cycle II increased to 447,5% (good). Absorption results in the form of student learning and mastery learning, in cycle I, post test I 68,7% (enough) on the post test II increased to 75,3% (both) with either daily test 78,3% (good). While in cycle II, III post test 79,2% (good) on IV increased to 85,17% (very good) with daily test II 85% ( very good). Student mastery of cycle I and cycle II was 78,5% completeness is 100%. Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru e-mail: selvia_ur@yahoo.co.id ABSTRACT Based on information from teachers of history, the researchers looked at the class X High School Lancang Kuning Dumai City many students score below KKM (minimum completeness criteria) are established to 75. Lack of student interest, lack of involvement of the student, did not want to ask, the lack of understanding of students and most students do not pay attention when learning takes place, so the end result is to be achieved individually and classical completeness has not been achieved. This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Actions given in the classroom learning process by using a learning model Whole Brain Teaching. The study involved a total of 32 study subjects students of class X, which consisted of 15 male students and 17 female students.The research was conducted to know the implementation of Whole Brain Teaching learning model and to know the student learning outcomes after the implementation of the learning model Whole Brain Teaching history on the subjects of class X High School Lancang Kuning Dumai City. The method used in this study is descriptive and analytical methods and to obtain the data observation sheet used observation techniques by the observer. From data the study showed an increase, student learning outcomes, prior to classroom action research daily test average is 70.31% after PTK based daily test increased to 85.46% and is included in the category of Very Good. In the daily test II increased to 90.62% and belong to the category Very Good. As such implementation Whole Brain Teaching learning model can improve student learning outcomes in subjects History class X High School Lancang Kuning Dumai City.Item Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Pelajaran Sejarah Di Sma Negeri Dharma Pendidikan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir(2013-01-09) Mutiah, SPenerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berwawancara Siswa Kelas V SDN 021 Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar Oleh Satri Mulia Tami Sulta1, Otang Kurnaman, M. Pd2, Erlisnawati, M. Pd3 Abstract This study aims to improve interview skills fifth grade elementary school students SDN 021 Bangkinang Kampar district by applying direct learning model. Activity Cycle I teachers first meeting with a percentage of 60%, in the second meeting cycle increased to 80%. At the first meeting of the second cycle the percentage of the value of the teacher's activities increased 90% and at the second meeting of the second cycle percentage gained another 95% increase. In the percentage of student activity obtained at the first meeting of the first cycle is 42,85%, the second meeting of the first cycle has increased 64,28%. While at the first meeting of the second cycle had increased again to 85,71% and the percentage of student activity at the second meeting of the second cycle increased from 92,85% the previous meeting. Interview skills gained from the initial data and the average 42,8 percentage achieving success KKM 70 only 14,3%. Average increase obtained after implementing the learning model directly at the first meeting with the first cycle is 67,1 percentage of students who pass is 28,5%. At the second meeting of the first cycle an average of 70,0 and has increased the percentage of students who completed 42.9%. UH in the first cycle I gained an average of 71,7 maningkat ie, the percentage of students who completed 57.1%. At the first meeting of the second cycle average increased to 75,7 and the percentage of students who pass the 71,4%, the second meeting of the second cycle the average increase is 79,6 and the percentage of students who completed 78,5%. While at UH 2 second cycle average increased to 86,5 and the percentage of students who completed 92,8%. The study was conducted from July 14 to September 8, 2012. The number of students in the study as many as 30 people (18 male students and 12 female students). Parameter study were all teachers, student activity and learning outcomes (absorption and mastery learning students). The results showed that the average number of all teachers in the first cycle was 12% with categories (very good), the second cycle increased to 27% with categories (very good). The average number of all student activities for the entire activity of the cycle I was 333% (enough), on the second cycle increased to 568% (excellent). Absorption results in the form of student learning and mastery learning students in the first cycle, 68% post-test I (reasonably) on the post test II increased to 74% (good) with a daily test 81.3% (good). While on the second cycle, 80% post-test III (good) at post test IV increased to 86% (very good) with daily test II 88.6% (very good). Student mastery first cycle was 83.3% and the second cycle ketuntasannya is 100%. From the results of this study concluded that with the implementation of peer strategy lessons to improve student learning outcomes of subjects in class XI History IS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Gaung Anak Serka Indragiri Hilir district.Item Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri 2 Kampar(2013-01-09) Dellan, Hersisca EfrilyaIn general, in performing their duties the teachers tend to be monotonous, within the meaning of the teacher carry out his duties as a teacher, either as teachers, educators and administrative staff of origin as the discharge of their responsibilities just as a teacher. Teachers are less challenged to creativity for school, such as the media and create simple props for learning. For that the performance of teachers in carrying out the task it was time to repair to overcome various problems of education in the schools. The purpose of this study were: 1) Determine the level of job satisfaction of teachers at SMAN 2 Kampar, 2) Finding a teacher's performance in carrying out tasks in SMA Negeri 2 Kampar, 3) Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in performing at SMAN 2 Kampar. This study was conducted at SMAN 2 Kampar with total sample of 30 teachers. Methods of data collection by questionnaire and observation techniques. Data processing using Product Moment formula. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) the level of job satisfaction of teachers SMA Negeri 2 Kampar in the category of the 20 respondents were satisfied on the interval from 22,51 to 29,25, 2) the level of teacher performance SMAN 2 Kampar enter both categories namely 26 respondents were in the interval from 60,01 to 78,00, 3) There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction (variable X) and learning outcomes (variable Y), this is because rxy = 0,800 in the range of 0,61 – 0,80 this means a strong positive correlation or high, and the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is accepted.Item Pengaruh Minat dan Motivasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah Pada Siswa Kelas Viii SMP Latersia Tp 2011/2012(2012-10-30) Widuri, FransiskaABSTRACT The purpose of the study entitled "the effect of the interest and Motivation of the results of the Study of history in Grade VIII Latersia 2011/2012" is 1) to determine the influence of interest proceeds studied history at grade VIII JUNIOR Latersia TP 2011/2012, 2) to determine the influence of motivation against the results of the study of history in grade VIII Junior Latersia 2011/2012. The time this research was carried out for 6 months (August 2011 to January 2012). The population in this research is the whole grade VIII Latersia 2011/2012, with the number of students of 120 students, consisting of 67 students male and 53 female students. In this study, the researchers took samples of 30% from the subject class VIII. the sample in this study as many as 36 students in class VIII. Based on the presentation and analysis of data, then it can be concluded that the results of this research: 1) there is a significant positive correlation between interest (variable X) with the results of the study (variable Y) in class VIII Latersia 2011/2012.
