Item Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bei Tahun 2009-2011)(2012-10-18) Novrianti, vesyABSTRACT The background of this research is the condition of company that decreases because of the economy crisis in Asia by the year 1997 particularly for the registered manufacturecompany in Indonesia Stock Exchange. It needs to apply Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance in increasing the performance of company. Based on the background above, this research aims to know whether or not there is influence of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance that consist of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Size board of Director, Commissioner Independent and Size of the Audit Committee simultaneously and partially to the companies manufactures’ performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total number ofsample in this research is 11 manufacture companies from 2009 to 2011. The data used is secondary data in the form of report retrieved in www.idx.co.id and Capital Market Information Center (PIPM). Independent variable used by researcher is Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance. The researcher also used multiple regression linear technique analysis. The research findings show that: (1) CSR and GCG give the influence simultaneously to the company’s performance; (2) CSR does not give influence partially to the company’s performance (ROE) and GCG: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Size board of Director, and Size of the Audit Committee does not give influence to the company’s performance (ROE) and only Commissioner Independent give influence partially to the company’s performance (ROE).Item Pengaruh Pengalaman Mengajar Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smp Negeri 2 Rokan Iv Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu(2012-10-23) Aminah, SitiSiti Aminah Dibawah Bimbingan: Almasdi Syahza dan Suarman Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan- Universitas Riau Jl. Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru unri.ac.id ABSTRACT Teaching experience is one of factors in supporting teaching and learning activity. The adequate teaching experience is the time that has been passed by the teachers in doing their job. It will support learning achievement so that the learning goals can be reached well. Teaching experience is one of the most important things to focus in determining teacher’s performance. The teachers’ motivation in school can be said as both simple and complex problems. To give motivation for an employee is usually said as the complex problem since the motivation involves the individual factors and organizational factors. The high or low motivation will influence their performance. This research aims to know the influences of teaching experience and teachers’ motivation in teachers’ performance in SMP Negeri 2 Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu Regency. The total of sample is 17 teachers, by using the questionnaire as the research instrument. In processing data found, the researcher used Chi Square. The research finding showed that there is no influence of teaching experience in teacher’s performance. It is expected can be caused by some factors; the teachers is not skilled enough in preparing lesson plan, tend to copy the original material of lesson plan from related sources, only focus on the text books, and they don’t want to upgrade their teaching skills. Indeed, the teachers’ motivations are supposed to give influence to the teachers’ performance. Hence, the teachers should increase their motivation in order to increase their performance as well. Furthermore, the headmaster should motivate them in doing their jobs by giving appreciation and promotion to them.Item Using Clustering Technique To Improve The Ability Of The Second Year Students Of Sman 4 Pekanbaru In Composing Hortatory Exposition Text(2012-10-23) Rinansyah, HendriAbstract Writing among students takes less attention in the process of its activities. They tend to be desperate, taking a long process and unorganized result. Clustering Technique is designed to overcome student’s difficulties in writing. The aim of this study is to find out the improvement on the ability of the second year students of SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru in composing Hortatory Exposition text by implementing the clustering technique. The subjects were 33 students from XI IPS 1 class at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The study was divided into two cycles in which one cycle consisted of four stages. Pre- and Post- tests were given including a set of observation sheets and field notes as a cross check to the classroom circumstances and activities during the treatments. Treatments were designed for three meetings in each cycle. T-Test was used in order to gain the obvious differentiation of the score between Pre- and Post test. The analysis found that the treatments could reach the improvement of the students’ writing ability. It was reflected in the result of Post test II. There were about 70% of the students could obtain the school minimum standard (KKM) of English subject in writing Hortatory Exposition text. In addition, the percentage of students’ activeness was also improved from the first to the last meetings. Moreover, the result of observation sheets and field notes showed a positive behavior in a process of learning and it also helps students through a fun way of writing activities.Item Persepsi guru sman terhadap program sertifikasi guru Di kecamatan xiii koto kampar(2012-10-23) MengsusriwatiThis research is conducted with background overshadow by problem of the lack of the amount of teacher which pass certification in SMAN XIII Koto Kampar. Besides certification have a goal to determine teacher elegibility in executing duty as professional educator, improving study result and process, improving prosperity of teacher, improving teacher prestige in order to realizing education certifiable national. But fact of field still many all educator comprehend teacher certification target and meaning. Target of this research is to know teacher perception SMAN to teacher certification program in XIII Koto Kampar district. This research location in XIII Koto Kampar district, Kampar regency, that goes on from June - July 2012. Sample in this research 34 people. Method analyze used data descriptive method percentage (DP). Result of this research indicate that storey level teacher perception SMAN to teacher certification program in XIII Koto Kampar district evaluated from assessment certification participant kualifikasi aspect test interest early most respondent 54,41% categorized to agree. To be evaluated from assessment aspect test PLPG interest which not yet answered the demand of minimum number of pass is most respondent 59,48% categorized to agree. To be seen from aspect result of test enough interest of minimum number of pass most responden 62,74% categorized very agree. And evaluated from aspect of this target and certification benefit learn most respondent 58,82% categorized to agree to teacher certification benefit and target.Item Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe group investigation (gi) untuk peningkatkan hasil belajar ips siswa kelas iv sdn 181 pekanbaru(2012-10-24) Ramadhan, ElwisAbstract The specific objective of this study is to increase the ability of the fourth year students in IPS subject at SDN 181 Pekanbaru by using cooperative learning of investigation group model. Investigation group is a model of cooperative learning which demands students to use cooperative inquiring, planning, project, and discussion in small group study, and then the students presenting their finding into the class. This research was conducted at SDN 181 Pekanbaru from March to April in Academic year 2012. The sample of the research is 48 the fouth year students ; 27 male students and 21 female students. The data of collection technique is a test and observation by using analysis descriptive. The research intrument is an objective test and the observation sheet of teacher and students. The result of both cycle in this research shows that the incresing mean score from first cycle (68,33) to second cycle (78,12) is 9,79 , and the number of pass student also increase from 31 students in first cycle become 43 students in second cycle. The activity teacher increase from good level (74,99%) in first cycle become excellent level (92,95%)in second cycle, and the activity students also increase from good level (71,59%) in first cycle become excellent level (93,31%) in second cycle. Tourism an industry that is able to provide a new style of fast economic growth in terms of employment, income, level of life and in turn other sectors in the country (receiving tourists). Therefore Penyengat Island is one of the only historical attractions less attention from the government, local communities and even tourism. Though there are many in this Pualu buildings with interesting architecture and historic tombs. And no less interesting was the mosque which has the basic ingredients egg whites so it looks magnificent and unique architecture. The purpose of this study is how the role of island attractions Penyengat For History In Tanjungpinang Riau Islands Province. And to know the extent of government's role with Penyengat island in use as a historical attraction. Data collected by the engineering literature, interview and observation techniques. The study was conducted from July 14 to September 8, 2012. The number of students in the study as many as 30 people (18 male students and 12 female students). Parameter study were all teachers, student activity and learning outcomes (absorption and mastery learning students). The results showed that the average number of all teachers in the first cycle was 12% with categories (very good), the second cycle increased to 27% with categories (very good). The average number of all student activities for the entire activity of the cycle I was 333% (enough), on the second cycle increased to 568% (excellent). Absorption results in the form of student learning and mastery learning students in the first cycle, 68% post-test I (reasonably) on the post test II increased to 74% (good) with a daily test 81.3% (good). While on the second cycle, 80% post-test III (good) at post test IV increased to 86% (very good) with daily test II 88.6% (very good). Student mastery first cycle was 83.3% and the second cycle ketuntasannya is 100%. From the results of this study concluded that with the implementation of peer strategy lessons to improve student learning outcomes of subjects in class XI History IS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Gaung Anak Serka Indragiri Hilir district.Item Pengaruh Minat dan Motivasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah Pada Siswa Kelas Viii SMP Latersia Tp 2011/2012(2012-10-30) Widuri, FransiskaABSTRACT The purpose of the study entitled "the effect of the interest and Motivation of the results of the Study of history in Grade VIII Latersia 2011/2012" is 1) to determine the influence of interest proceeds studied history at grade VIII JUNIOR Latersia TP 2011/2012, 2) to determine the influence of motivation against the results of the study of history in grade VIII Junior Latersia 2011/2012. The time this research was carried out for 6 months (August 2011 to January 2012). The population in this research is the whole grade VIII Latersia 2011/2012, with the number of students of 120 students, consisting of 67 students male and 53 female students. In this study, the researchers took samples of 30% from the subject class VIII. the sample in this study as many as 36 students in class VIII. Based on the presentation and analysis of data, then it can be concluded that the results of this research: 1) there is a significant positive correlation between interest (variable X) with the results of the study (variable Y) in class VIII Latersia 2011/2012. This classroom action research was held at seventh grade of SMPN 2 Tambang Kampar in The Academic Year of 2011/2012 to 22 students, which was conducted in 2 cycles from May to August 2012. Siak district. Academic yaer 2012/2013 using the cooperative learning model type number head together. Research conducted on the 14th of july to 4 august 2012. The number of students in the study were 28 people ( 14 male students and 14 female students). Parameters of the study were all teachers, student activity and learning outcomes (absorption and mastery lerning students). The results showed that the average number of teacher activity in cycle I was 15,5% with a category (good), in cycle II increased to 23 with categories (very good). The average number of students for all the activities of all the activity in cycle I was 372% (enough), in cycle II increased to 447,5% (good). Absorption results in the form of student learning and mastery learning, in cycle I, post test I 68,7% (enough) on the post test II increased to 75,3% (both) with either daily test 78,3% (good). While in cycle II, III post test 79,2% (good) on IV increased to 85,17% (very good) with daily test II 85% ( very good). Student mastery of cycle I and cycle II was 78,5% completeness is 100%. Gultom and Supriusman Student of English Language Education Department Faculty of Teacher’s Training and Education Riau University ABSTRACT: This descriptive research was aimed at knowing the ability of the second year students of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in comprehending spoof texts. In other words, it is intended to investigate a variety of educational problems. This study consists of one variable. A set of test is given to get the students’ scores. There are 20 items in the test, and the duration is 60 minutes in which the students needed to answer the questions. Before the test is given to the sample of the research, it has been tried out to class XI social 3 of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru to make sure that it is valid and reliable. The sample was selected by using cluster sampling. The result of this research showed that the ability of the second year students SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in comprehending spoof texts falls into mediocre level. The possible factor that affect the condition is faced difficulties in terms of determining specific information. The purpose of this study conducted to determine how successful character education in class XI IPS SMAN 10 Pekanbaru that has been running for 1 year with a look at how SMAN 10 Pekanbaru implement character education, any character that is difficult given by the teachers of the students, and how to respond students to the educational character. This research was conducted with descriptive and qualitative methodst oobtain data touse traditional interview techniques and filling question naires by students of SMAN 10 XI IPS Pekanbaru. The study was conducted using descriptive methods. Data were collected using interviews and literature. That research is used as expected and can achieve the goal well, we need a methodology of research, the study authors used descriptive method. The problem in this study is due to declining student interest in teaching methods that teachers carry out less varied so that students feel bored, busy and paying attention menggantuk in history. The results show that strategies history teachers in increasing student interest in subjects sejarahdi SMAN 10 Pekanbaru, through interviews with teachers of history has gone well. Lazim N, M.Pd3 Abstract The problem in this study is teachers teaching strategies do not correspond to the characteristics of IPS, teachers always use the tradisional method, the learning process does not pay attention to its relation to the student experience, learning is passive so that learning becomes meaningful, it caused low student motivation. This problem needs to be solved by using a model of learning that is closely related to students' experiences in daily life, so that learning becomes meaningful. This study involves forty five of the fourth grade of in b class of studens in SDN 111 pekanbaru 2011/2012. The study was conducted four meetings. Data collection instrument in this study is a questionnaire. This study aimed to observe the effect of contextual learning model for student motivation on IVb students. These results indicate that the learning Contextual significant effect on students' motivation to learn social studies, increased motivation seen in the average grade 52.72 preliminary data, the pre-treatment increased to 79.69. The influence of contextual learning model for student motivation by 24.53%, the remaining 74.57% is influenced other variables. Based on preliminary data average grade students' writing rhymes IV SDN 111 Pekanbaru known only success percentage of 60.4 and 32.4%. Average increase obtained after implementing the learning model directly in the first cycle UH I obtained the average increase is 78.4 percentage of students who completed 78.3%. While at UH II second cycle averages increased to 86.0 and the percentage of students who completed 91.8%. Team games tournament is a model of cooperative learning which demands students to use cooperative inquiring, game academic test, academic result progress, cross division students, discussion in small group study, and then the students presenting their finding into the class. This research was conducted at SDN 130 Pekanbaru from March to April in Academic year 2012. The sample of the research is 36 the fourth year students;19 male students and 17 female students. The data of collection technique is a test and observation by using analysis descriptive. The research intrument is an objective test and the observation sheet of teacher and students. The result of both cycle in this research shows that the increasing mean score from first cycle (69,66) to second cycle (78,75) is 13,04%, and the number of pass student also increase from 26 students in first cycle become 33 students in second cycle. The activity teacher increase from good level (77,37) in first cycle become excellent level (89,73) in second cycle, and the activity students also increase from good level (72,76) in first cycle become excellent level (87,64) in second cycle. In general it can be seen that most of the students in the learning less passionate, always dull, sleepy, tired, lazy and unfocused in following the teaching and learning process. If there is an argument that it only appears to come from the same students. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes class VIII-1 in subjects with a history of implementing cooperative learning type of Games Tournament Team. This study was conducted on Thursday, 24 March 2011. The subjects were student of classVIII-1 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru with enrollment of 42 people, consisting of 38 female students and 4 boys. Variable of this study is that student learning outcomes were measured using the evaluation sheet and assignment sheet that was done by a group of teachers while activity measured using teacher observation sheet. The results assessed in two cycle I student learning outcomes at an average of 73,20 with the category high, while in the second cycle II reached 84,84 to the category of very high, or increased 11,64. While all teachers first cyle I in the study archieved an average score of 21 with a category of good and the second cycle II increased to an average score of 33,66 with a category of very good or an increase of 12,66. Salah satu indikator Abstract The problem of this experiment is the low of the science point of grade VB student of SDN 97 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this experiment is to increase science point of grade VB student of SDN Pekanbaru. The experiment subject is the student of grade VB SDN Pekanbaru in plenary semester 2011/2012 with 25 students. They are 10 boys and 15 girls with heterogen accademic ability. The metodologi in used is model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) that learning to increase the student bigining case about a case of special event learning and to recontract the concept base on the experiment poin. In this scription gives increasion point of student from butom scor to the first siclus that is from 62 to 72 with increase 26% and the increasion study from first siclus to the second siclus that is from 72 to 82 with increase 36%. The increase persentasion of the first and the second siclus teacher’s activities is from 69,45% to 86,10% with increase 16,65% even though the increase persentasion of the first and the second siclus student’s activities is 70,84% to 85,44% with increase 14,60%. Base on the experiment out come can be concluded taht model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) can increase science point of grade VB student of SDN 97 Pekanbaru.
