Item Strategi Pengembangan Agroindustri Nenas Berbasis Kelompoktani di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar(2012-11-30) Barutu, M. Giovani; Yulida,Roza; KausarThe purpose of this research is to knowing the characteristic of farm group and pineapple’s agroindustry. To identify the strength, weakness, thread, and opportunity on agroindustry development based on farm group at Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The analityc method used in this research is survey method with a data collecting system of purposive sampling. Analytic approach of data which is being used on this research is SWOT. This research result shows that there are seven farm groups located on Desa Kualu Nenas. The chosen number of respondent from seven farm groups consist of 63 people and 10 members are agroindustry’s entrepreneurs. The strength is the basic materials which are coming from origin resources, particular role of farm group members in the condition of basic material lackness. The weaknesses are the function of farm group which is not active enough, facilities and infrastructures which are still on the condition of lackness. Opportunity is the ability to form a group effort if there is a member of group who doesn’t has enough assets. Threads are market demands and consuments taste which are changing and changing in times, lack of communications between farm groups. The strategy to develop agroindustry based on farm group on Desa Kualu Nenas will be better by making some sub-products so it will increase the number of ready product of pineapple to be more variated and it needs particular role of government in a development of farm and agroindutry of pineapples’s.Item Struktur Pendapatan dan Pola Pengeluaran Pada Rumahtangga Miskin di Desa Kampung Pulau Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu(2012-11-30) Pangidoan,Lubis; Hadi,Syaiful; YusminiResearch on the Structure of Income and Expenditure Patterns in poor households in the village of Kampung Pulau District Rengat Indragiri Hulu regency background to see the condition of the household and other expenses continue to rise so that the increase of expenditure. The research was conducted in the village of Kampung Pulau District Rengat Indragiri Hulu regency .Consideration of site selection is based on the highest number of poor households in the District Rengat, and the diversity of family livelihoods. The purpose of this study were to: 1) Analyze the structure of household income poor 2) Analyzing the spending patterns of poor households 3) Analyze the depth of poverty 4) Analyze the severity of poverty .Average per capita income of poor families in the village of Kampung Pulau still far from the poverty line. Pattern of poor spending was allocated for food .Index of the depth of poverty in the village of Kampung island of 0.33 with an indication of the average expenditure of the poor getting closer to the poverty line and poverty severity index in the village of Kampung Pulau much as 0.12 with an indication of the average expenditure inequality among the poor there are low and getting closer to equity .Item Analisis Finansial Perkebunan Karet dan Kelapa Sawit di Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis(2012-11-30) fathia; Hutabarat,Sakti; Tety,ErmiThe successfulness of a business can be measured by it’s financial performance. The information of financial is important in relation with the enterprise’s financial sustainability. The purpose of this research is to analyze business performance of rubber and oil palm plantation, to analyze the comparative level of profitability generated from the business of rubber and oil palm plantations for farmers' income, and to analyze the problems faced by rubber and oil palm farmers in the District of Bukit Batu Bengkalis Regency. This study required the analysis of financial ratios of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The results of the calculation of this ratio is palm oil plantations have liquidity ratio and activity ratio greater than rubber plantations. The solvency ratio shows a rubber plantation has a value greater than the ratio of oil palm plantations and the profitablity ratio shows a oil palm plantation has a value greater than the ratio of rubber plantations. The result of the study show that palm oil plantation has better profitability performance compared to rubber plantation. In this study, farmers have few problems are small capital, production facilities are limited, and the disruption of production processes such as crop pests.Item Analisis potensi agrowisata di sekitar lokasi danau Plta di kecamatan xiii koto kampar Kabupaten kampar(2013-01-10) Norton,Agusmanto; Sayamar, EriIn general, around the location of hydroelectric lakes. The number of respondents who visited the lake panorama attraction hydropower, as well as many interested visitors Aquari only (17.50%) while for attraction cages (46.25%) and public fishing lake Rusa (36.25%) more attractive most visitors and the potential to be developed into agro-tourism attraction in the location of Lake hydroelectric this Kampar District XIII Koto. Judging from existing tourist attractions that respondents prefer the cage and general fishing Deer Lake of the other attractions that exist in the vicinity Lake hydroelectric power is. Fascination in the general location of cages and fishing Deer Lake obtaining a high score. Groups of respondents obtained a score of 781 Keramba categorized as attractive. Meanwhile, scores of respondents Public Fishing Lake Rusa of 750 which is also considered attractive. Facilities on site cages and Public Fishing Lake Rusa obtain a high score. Groups of respondents obtained a score of 452 Keramba categorized as satisfactory. Meanwhile, scores of respondents for the Rusa Lake Public Fishing 446 is considered satisfactory as well. As for the accessibility of the location of cages and Public Fishing Lake Rusa obtain a high score. Groups of respondents obtained score of 781 Keramba categorized as good. Meanwhile, scores of respondents for the Rusa Lake Public Fishing 395yang also considered good.Item Analisis Saluran Pemasaran dan Transmisi Harga Tandan Buah Segar (Tbs) Kelapa Sawit Pada Petani Swadaya di Desa Sari Galuh Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar(2013-01-10) Deswita, Selviana; Tety, Ermi; Maharani,EvyThe purpose of this research is to find out and analyze: channels and marketing margins of TBS as well as palm oil prices received by Swadaya Farmers; the correlation or relationship between the price of oil palm paid PKS with the price received by swadaya farmers and the effect of price (price transmission elasticity) from oil palm at PKS with the price recevied by swadaya farmers at sari galuh village, tapung district, kampar subdistrict. This research was conducted from March 2012 to August 2012. The method that the reasearch used was survey method. The sample take used by purposive sampling. The sampling of the reaserch was 42 swadaya farmers with the age of palm trees between 8-12 years, whereas for traders and pks used by method snowball sampling by following marketing chanel. The results of this research show only one market by channel from swadaya farmers tbs, from farmer to traders than to PKS and marketing margins used the periodic time series data from January to December 2011 Rp. 223,07. The price that received by farmer is 86,09%. The correlation value of the price from swadaya farmers with the price PKS was 0,983. The value of the elasticity of price transmission between the price received from swadaya farmers and the price of oil palm by PKS was 0,999.Item Analisis Penggunaan Faktor-Faktor Produksi dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Produksi Pada Agribisnis Kelapa Sawit Rakyat di Kab.Bengkalis(2013-01-10) Nurhadiah. S; Hutabarat,Sakti; Muwardi,DidiThe purpose of this study to analyze the use of factors of production of oil palm plantations of the people and analyze the effect of factors of production to the production of smallholder agribusiness. The research method used purposive sampling method. The number of samples selected smallholders in this study were 30 respondent farmers, the samples were farmers palm oil palm plantations have aged nine (9) - 14 (fourteen) years. The results of this study indicate that the use of factors of production in Sub Mandau 30 sample various types of users. From the analysis of Cobb - Douglass showed that factors - factors that greatly affect the production of palm oil production are urea 0.03 or 97% affected the production and TK 0.00 or 100% of production affect the confidence level of 90%. MPP value of each variable factor of production shows that the necessary addition of urea and kindergarten. Value of NPM / Px for Urea and TK is greater than one (1) which means the need for the addition of urea fertilizer and TK to be efficient.Item Dampak Peraturan Menteri Pertanian No.37/Kpts/Hk.060/1/2006 Terhadap Pedagang Buah Impor di Pekanbaru(2013-01-10) Simbolon, Freddy Fernenddy; Restuhady,Fajar; Edwina,SusyMinister of Agriculture regulation No. 37/2006 is the legislation which deals with the import ban on entry into any port of fruit spread in Indonesia to limit as much as 7 ports port door. This rule has been changed into later Permentan No. 42/2012 that it reduces the port 7 to 4. Based on the results of this study an increase in purchase price, selling price and profit on imported fruit traders in the province of Riau. Methods used in this study using the rapid rural appraisal interpreted with statistical calculations and tabulate data.Item Pemberian Berbagai Dosis Abu Boiler Pada Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq) di Pembibitan Utama (Main nursery)(2013-01-10) Astianto, Ardi; Ardian; Khoiri,M. AmrulThis study aimed to determine the effect of giving the boiler ash on the growth of oil palm seedlings. This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Rimbo panjang Village, Kampar regency for 4 months, starting from February 2012 to May 2012. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial with 3 replications. As each of these factors is A0 (Without giving boiler ash), A1 (14 g / polybag boiler ash), A2 (19 g / polybag boiler ash), A3 (24 g / polybag boiler ash), A4 (29 g / polybag boiler ash). Then proceed with the trial of Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the level of 5%. Parameters observed increase plant height (cm), bulb diameter increment (cm), the number of leaves (pieces), plant dry weight (g) and root volume (ml). Based on the study conducted found that the increase in boiler ash dose given to oil palm plantations showed a significant effect on plant height increment, diameter increment hump, the number of leaves, plant dry weight and did not significantly affect root volume parameters. From this study that gives the best effect at a dose of boiler ash 29 g / polybag.Item Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata l.) Varietas No. 129 Pada Beberapa Dosis Batuan Fosfat di Medium Gambut(2013-01-10) Hasibuan, Rahmadhani; Nurbaiti; ArdianThis experiment aims to determine the best dose of rock phosphate for growth and yield of mungbean (Vigna radiata L.) varieties No. 129 in medium peat. The experiment was conducted in the Kutilang Sakti street, Panam, Pekanbaru which started from August to October 2011. This study is conducted experimentally using Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment given is without rock phosphate fertilizer , 50% of rock phosphate fertilizer dosage recommendation, 100% of the rock phosphate fertilizer dosage recommendation, 150% of the dose of phosphate rock and fertilizer recommendations 200% of the dose of rock phosphate fertilizer recommendations. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). When F count showed significant effect, then performed further tests Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the 5% level. The results obtained are rock phosphate fertilizer in peat soils affect the growth and yield of green beans. Rock phosphate fertilizer in peat medium gives a real difference on plant height, plant canopy dry weight, root dry weight of plants, the percentage of pithy pods and seed weight per plant. Best rock phosphate dosing in this study was 100% of the dosing recommendation is 0.372 g/polybag with a production of 3.88 g/plant.Item Penggunaan Ekstrak Daun Pepaya (Carica papaya l.) Untuk mengendalikan Hama Kutu Daun (Aphis gossypii Glover) Pada Tanaman Cabai (Capsicum annum l.)(2013-01-10) Nechiyana; Sutikno, Agus; Salbiah, DesitaRed pepper (Capsicum annum L.) is an important commodity and have high economic value in Indonesia. Problems are often encountered in the cultivation of pepper plants are pests. Aphis gossypii aphids are the main pests that attack the leaves in pepper. Efforts to control pest aphid Aphis gossypii still use synthetic pesticides. Carica papaya is one plant that can be used as a pesticide plant, because papain papaya leaves contain compounds that kill pests aphids Aphis gossypii. Conducted using completely randomized design (CRD), with six treatments and five replications, in order to obtain thirty units of the experiment. Each experimental unit consisted of thirty head of pest aphid Aphis gossypii to the fourth instar. The treatment used is no papaya extract (control), the concentration of papaya leaf extract 20 g / l of water, 40 g / l of water, 60 g / l of water, 80 g / l of water and 100 g / l of water. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance and LSD test further with the level 5%. Parameters measured were early death (hours), lethal time 50 (hours), daily mortality (%), total mortality (%), lethal concentration (%), changes in behavior and morphology, as well as temperature and humidity. The results showed that papaya leaf extract is able to control pest aphid Aphis gossypii from all treatments were observed. The concentration of papaya leaf extract 20 g / l of water was capable of causing mortality of aphids Aphis gossypii by 91.99% in the 50% lethal.Item Aplikasi Tricho-Kompos Jerami Padi dan Abu Serbuk Gergaji Pada Pembibitan Awal Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq)(2013-01-10) Fahmi; Sampoerno; ArmainiPalm oil production is influenced by the quality of seeds, seed quality is also determined by the medium nursery. Research by providing tricho-compost and rice straw ash sawdust in growing media, is predicted to improve the nature and character of the medium so as to increase the nutrient content for seedling growth. This study aimed to determine the dose of Tricho-compost and straw ashes and chainsaws the best combination for the growth of oil palm seedlings in the nursery early. The research was done experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two factors: the dose of Tricho-compost and sawdust ash. Tricho-compost dose given is T0 = 0 kg / polybag, T1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), T2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag) and a dose of sawdust ash is A0 = no addition (0 kg / polybag), A1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), A2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag). The results showed that administration of either single / combination tricho-compost with sawdust ash high dose of 20 g / polybag give the best effect on seedling height, number of leaves, tubers circumference, root volume, root dry weight and dry weight of the canopy.Item Analysis Of The Marketing Of Fresh Fruit Bunches (Ffb) Of Oil Palm Farmers Governmental Pattern Rantau Baru Village Right Kerinci District Pelalawan(2013-01-10) Sinaga, Otniel Dippos; Tarumun; SuardiPalm oil is commodity which is now the belle of the plantation in Indonesia especially in Riau province, this can be seen with the areal extent of existing plantations in Riau. The purpose of this study were : To identify the marketing channel TBS palm-government, Aware of the most profitable marketing channels for farmers organizations, Analyzing marketing margins palm governmental and Determine the relationship between farmers and traders of palm oil. The research was conducted in July 2011-March 2012 at Rantau Baru village of Kerinci district right Pelalawan. Using survey methods and sampling to farmers by multistage random sampling. In this study using data analysis to tabulate the data obtained. And analysis presented in descriptive form that describes the activities carried out by farmers. The result showed that there are two marketing channels, namely channel two, where the channel of the farmers sell directly to wholesalers and on channel two farmers sell to traders.Item Kontribusi Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit dan Karet Terhadap Pendapatan Rumahtangga Petani di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu(2013-01-10) Mangunsong, Alprida; Hutabarat,Sakti; Muwardi,DidiThe purpose of this study was to analyze the income of oil palm and rubber. Analyze household income of oil palm and rubber farmers. Analyze the contribution of oil palm and rubber to household incomeof farmers. Comparing income of oil palm plantations with rubber income. The research method used purposive sampling method. The number of respondents was 60 farmers, which consists of 30 oil palm farmersand 30 rubber farmers. The results ofthis study indicate the average income of the estate oil palm Rp.41,063,872.15/ year, while the average income of a rubber plantation Rp.46,406,355.65/ year. The average household income of rubber farmers Rp.60,824,000/ year, while theaverage household income of oil palm farmers Rp.57,257,200/ year. The average contribution ofoil palm plantation tofarm household income by 59% and the average contribution ofthe rubber plantation tofarm householdincomeby 79%. Average income of oil palm plantation are not the same as the average income of a rubber plantation to the value of t-count is higher than t-table value is -4.594 and significantly smaller value of 0.000.Item Respon Permintaan Ikan Di Provinsi Riau(2013-01-16) Julia, Dinda; Bakce,Djaimi; Yusri,JumatriThis research aim to analyze the dominant factors affecting the fish consumption expenditure in Riau Province and how is the respond of demand on fish upon the dominant factor that affecting it. In this research the fish are divided into three groups, fresh, salted and preserved fish, and shrimp and other aquatic animals. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of raw data from the national socio-economic survey in 2008 which was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia. The collected data is the data of household spending on fish consumption in Riau Province, the price, the number of household members, the area (towns and villages), as well as the wife’s educational level of the household. The analytical method that is used is Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) with Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) as the model. The study results showed that: (1) household income is a factor that determines more upon the expenditure of salted and preserved and fresh fish rather than the price change, which preserved and salted fish is unresponsive upon the changes in income, while fresh fish is responsive, (2) expenditure on shrimp and other aquatic animals is unresponsively affected by the price of shrimp and other aquatic animals itself and the price of fresh fish. Keywords: Fish, Elasticity, Respond.Item Kondisi Tanaman Kelapa Sawit Yang Sudah Tua Yang Layak di Remajakan (Replanting) Pada Perkebunan Rakyat di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir(2013-01-16) Nainggolan, Peniko; Sampoerno; Saputra,Sukemi Indraoil palm can be grown outside the region of origin Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, even able to give a higher yield. Judging from the state of the population is dominated by farmers, as well as from the state Chart Sinembah district has good potential for the cultivation of oil palm plantations. Increased production of oil palm plantations in the district Chart Sinembah can be pursued through the use of quality seeds, good and true rejuvenation under the guidance of the local Department of Agriculture. Use the method of survey research using primary data and secondary data. Farmers samples taken as many as 30 people, selected samples were oil palm farmers with palm trees aged 20 to 25 years, This research was conducted in the district Chart Sinembah Rokan Hilir in March to May 2012. The results showed that the lack of action against oil palm agronomy entering the maximum age. This is reflected in some farming techniques that do not follow the advice of farmers sample set, such as fertilizer, seed selection and pest control palm.Item Consumer Productat Tributesand Characteristics That Influence Consumer Attitudesin Purchasing White Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus undatus)(2013-01-16) Armaidah; Restuhadi,Fajar; Yusri,JumatriWhite dragon fruit (Hylocereus undatus) is an exotic fruit that increasingly more popular now. The selling price of the white dragon fruit at Supermarket or minimarket is between Rp.15.000,00-Rp. 18.000,00/kg. There is no special marketing strategy applied by the farmers, except by selling the fruits directly to buyers (direct selling) or offering it to Supermarkets and Minimarkets. This research was aimed to study the product’s attributes and consumer’s characteristics that influenced the consumer’s willingness to buy the fruit. The survey shows that the respondents are mostly at aproductive age (15-50 years old), with alevel of education of at university degree or equal, and the average of revenue per month ranged between Rp. 1,000,000,00-Rp. 5,000,000,00, with the number of family members in the category of small (1-4 person), which have been buying and eating the white dragon fruit for the last 12months. The respondents also purchased the bulk ofthe white dragon fruit by buying directly to the supermarket, with the average purchased of 3.12kg/month. The reason to consume white dragon fruit is due to its attributes (77%). The attributes of white dragon fruit that influenced the respondent’s purchasing decisionsare the price, taste, service, and as the preference fruits of family members. The motivation that dominates the purchasing decision of the dragon fruit is as the favorite fruit of family members.Plotting the fruits attributes and preferences into a Cartessian diagram shows that the first quadrant is filled with the size of the fruit, the shelf life and availability in the market.While the second quadrant is filled with the price, taste, service and favorite family members. On the other hands, the third quadrant is filled with the suggestion of friend and information from Supermarket, while the last of the fourth quadrant is filled with loyalty. Based on the analysis of Fishbein’s Multiatribute, the consumer attitudes of white dragon fruit fallin the category of rathergood.Item Uji beberapa konsentrasi cendawan Entomopatogen Beauveria bassiana vuillemin isolat lokal Untuk mengendalikan kumbang janur kelapa Brontispa longissima gestro (coleoptera : Chrysomelidae)(2013-01-16) Sutra; Salbiah, Desita; Laoh, J.HennieTo control pest use an entomophatogen fungi was developed as biological control agent like : Beauveria bassiana. The experiment was conducted in Plant Pest Laboratory at Agriculture Faculty Riau University from October until December 2011. This study aimed to test the ability of some concentrations of local entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana to control pests of coconut leaf beetle Brontispa longissima Gestro. The research was conducted using completely randomized design (CRD), with 6 treatments and 4 replications in order to obtain 24 units of the experiment. Each experimental unit consisted of 10 adult B. longissima. Treatment consists of concentrations of B.bassiana 0g/l aquadest, 40 g/l aquadest, 45 g/l aquadest, 50 g/l aquadest, 55 g/l aquadest and 60 g/l aquadest. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance and further test with the level 5% of Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT). Parameters observed the initial time of death imago test (hours), lethal time 50% (hours), the percentage of daily mortality (%), percentage of total mortality (%), temperature and humidity as supporting observations. The results showed treatment with a concentration of B. bassiana 55 g/l of aquadest is effective to control B. longissima units percentase of total mortality is 85% during 276 hours.Item Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Tanaman Padi Sawah (Oryza sativa l.) Dengan Aplikasi Tinggi Muka Air Tanah Pada Tanah Inseptisol(2013-01-18) Khasanah, Vema Rohmawati; Nurbaiti; Zuhry,ElzaThe study aims to determine the growth and development of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) through several treatments of the highest high water table on soil inseptisol. Research using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments namely: (1) A = High of water level 5 cm above the soil surface, (2) B = High of water level parallel to the ground surface, (3) C = High of water level 5 cm below the soil surface, (4) D = High of water level 10 cm below the soil surface, (5) E = High of water level 15 cm below the soil surface, (6) F = High of water level 20 cm below the surface ground. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there are 18 experimental units. To find out treatment, test use DNMRT at 5% level. The results showed a high level of ground water level applications -15 cm can increase the rate of plant growth, net assimilation rate, plant dry weight, total number of tillers and the percentage of productive tillers. Highest percentage of productive tillers results obtained in the treatment of high ground water level is 89.33% -15 cm (29 stems).Item Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Kedelai (Glycine max l. Merill) Pada Kebun Kelapa Sawit di Lahan Gambut Dengan Aplikasi Beberapa Komposisi Pemupukan(2013-01-18) saputra, Riduwan; Islan; ArmainiSoybean plant development can be implemented through the utilization of palm oil plantations. Peat soils have many constraints such as low pH, and poor-nutrient. On peat soil nutrient deficiencies can be overcome by the provision of organic and inorganic fertilizers, such as TKKS compost. These organic materials affect plants indirectly through the changes in physical, chemical and biological soil. Study aims to determine the best fertilizer composition for growth and production of soybean palm oil plantations on peatland. The study was conducted in Rimbo Panjang, Tambang District, Kampar regency, in October 2011 to February 2012. Research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment A (without fertilizer), B (TKKS 0 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 100% recommended dose, 2 tons/ha ash bunch and 1 week of incubation), C (TKKS 5 tons/ha and urea, TSP, KCl 75% of the dose, 5 tons/ha ash bunch and 4 weeks of incubation), D (TKKS 10 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 50% of the dose, 4 ton/ha ash bunch and 3 weeks of incubation), E (TKKS 15 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 25% of the dose, 3 tons/ha ash bunch and 2 weeks of incubation).
