Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bei Tahun 2009-2011)

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the condition of company that decreases because of the economy crisis in Asia by the year 1997 particularly for the registered manufacturecompany in Indonesia Stock Exchange. It needs to apply Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance in increasing the performance of company. Based on the background above, this research aims to know whether or not there is influence of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance that consist of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Size board of Director, Commissioner Independent and Size of the Audit Committee simultaneously and partially to the companies manufactures’ performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total number ofsample in this research is 11 manufacture companies from 2009 to 2011. The data used is secondary data in the form of report retrieved in www.idx.co.id and Capital Market Information Center (PIPM). Independent variable used by researcher is Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance. The researcher also used multiple regression linear technique analysis. The research findings show that: (1) CSR and GCG give the influence simultaneously to the company’s performance; (2) CSR does not give influence partially to the company’s performance (ROE) and GCG: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Size board of Director, and Size of the Audit Committee does not give influence to the company’s performance (ROE) and only Commissioner Independent give influence partially to the company’s performance (ROE).

Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru unri.ac.id ABSTRACT Teaching experience is one of factors in supporting teaching and learning activity. The adequate teaching experience is the time that has been passed by the teachers in doing their job. It will support learning achievement so that the learning goals can be reached well. Teaching experience is one of the most important things to focus in determining teacher’s performance. The teachers’ motivation in school can be said as both simple and complex problems. To give motivation for an employee is usually said as the complex problem since the motivation involves the individual factors and organizational factors. The high or low motivation will influence their performance. This research aims to know the influences of teaching experience and teachers’ motivation in teachers’ performance in SMP Negeri 2 Rokan IV Koto Rokan Hulu Regency. The total of sample is 17 teachers, by using the questionnaire as the research instrument. In processing data found, the researcher used Chi Square. The research finding showed that there is no influence of teaching experience in teacher’s performance. It is expected can be caused by some factors; the teachers is not skilled enough in preparing lesson plan, tend to copy the original material of lesson plan from related sources, only focus on the text books, and they don’t want to upgrade their teaching skills. Indeed, the teachers’ motivations are supposed to give influence to the teachers’ performance. Hence, the teachers should increase their motivation in order to increase their performance as well. Furthermore, the headmaster should motivate them in doing their jobs by giving appreciation and promotion to them.

This research is conducted with background overshadow by problem of the lack of the amount of teacher which pass certification in SMAN XIII Koto Kampar. Besides certification have a goal to determine teacher elegibility in executing duty as professional educator, improving study result and process, improving prosperity of teacher, improving teacher prestige in order to realizing education certifiable national. But fact of field still many all educator comprehend teacher certification target and meaning. Target of this research is to know teacher perception SMAN to teacher certification program in XIII Koto Kampar district. This research location in XIII Koto Kampar district, Kampar regency, that goes on from June - July 2012. Sample in this research 34 people. Method analyze used data descriptive method percentage (DP). Result of this research indicate that storey level teacher perception SMAN to teacher certification program in XIII Koto Kampar district evaluated from assessment certification participant kualifikasi aspect test interest early most respondent 54,41% categorized to agree. To be evaluated from assessment aspect test PLPG interest which not yet answered the demand of minimum number of pass is most respondent 59,48% categorized to agree. To be seen from aspect result of test enough interest of minimum number of pass most responden 62,74% categorized very agree. And evaluated from aspect of this target and certification benefit learn most respondent 58,82% categorized to agree to teacher certification benefit and target.

Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru ABSTRACT To make the students’ learning process better, we need some components, these are the good strategy in teaching, the good method teacher uses and the students’ activity in learning process. According to the writer, the eighth grade students of MTs ANNUR Hangtuah (they are twenty one students) in lerning process are not active enough. The students tend to be passive while studying in the class. This condition, absolutely influence the students’ value. The low students’ activities are caused by teacher ability in using learning method. He or she uses the monologue method in teaching. One of the ways, according to the writer, to make students more active in learning process is by using wrok sheet (LKS). The purpose of this study was make the eighth students of MTs ANNUR more active in lerning process, especially in learning IPS subject by using work sheet. The method used in this research was experiment research, where, it was done by descriptive. It means the writer describes the students’ activities before and after using the work sheet. The data colection of the students’ activities was using observation sheet. The result of research the writer got : before using wrok sheet, the students got scores 77 (36,66%), categorized low. After using work sheet in the first experiment, the students are more active with the high enough category, they got score 152 (75,23%) and in the second experiment got score 190 (89,99% ) with very high category. By increasing the activities of the students, cearly, the result or mark of the students increase to. Because of this reason, if the teacher wants to increase the mark or score of the students, he or she has to increase the activities of the students, and on the way, is by using work sheet in learning process.

The research data was collected using questionnaires obtained from 52 mentors who work in Quantum Revolution Pekanbaru Institution. The findings showed that 57,69% the mentor’s performance contribution is good, performance rating based on Self Appraisal System. Multiple regression analysis was used in this research by SPSS program for Windows and result of this research answered the problem’s formulation that education and training have effect to mentor’s performance contribution partially and simultaneously.

Motivation is very important for the students’ to do all activities for reaching a goal. It has a big role in learning process for the students and teachers. Teacher as motivator has the function a lot to increase the spirit and developing of students’ activities. The usage of picture Media is very important to make a clarify and wide of the students’ understanding. It is hoped By usage the picture media in learning process, it can motivate and help them to solve some problems that be faced in learning process. The learning success is very effected by the teacher’s success in doing the learning innovation . That’s why the learning activities need be developed as effective and efficiently. The variation in learning process is an alternative to improve the students’ motivations and activities.

ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IV DI SD NEGERI 78 SEBANGAR KECAMATAN MANDAU KABUPATEN BENGKALIS ERLIN FRIDA SIREGAR UNIVERSITAS RIAU ABSRACT Action research was conducted to determine the application of cooperative learning model type of student teams achievement division (STAD) to improve learning outcomes IPS fourth grade students in the Elementary School District 78 Sebangar Mandau Bengkalis. Where the subjects in this study were fourth grade students by the number of 27 students consisting of 10 men and 17 women. The research was carried out by two cycles where every cycle consists of two sessions. The variables of study include the activities of teachers in using the model type STAD cooperative learning, student learning activities and student learning outcomes. Data is rated one observer using the observation sheet.Implementation of cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to improve learning outcomes IPS fourth grade students in the Elementary School District 78 Sebangar Mandau Bengkalis show that all teachers in the first cycle in the perfect category increased to category perfectly. While the activities of students in the first cycle in the category of less active and very active in second cycle. As well as the quiz grade student learning outcomes in the first cycle in the category of less value and increase in first daily test score on the enough category. Then held on the second cycle improvement of student learning outcomes quiz grades in the good category and increased second daily test results in very good category.

Cooperative as an economic organization activity of society was directed to have better ability to be an afficient in being a strong social economy movement, independent set in society and be able to improve the economy of its members. Basically, cooperative was managed in a purpose to improve the welfare of its members. Even though cooperative does not give priority to the point which was organized by the cooperative, it must obtaired the proper dividenci, so it could maintain its productivity and improve the ability to work. In order to extend the business, cooperative could use the foreign capital and noticed its properness and continuity, foreign capital is long term debt on the other hand, is a source of finding for cooperative that must be repaid within a specified period (Bambang Riyanto : 2001). The purpose of this research was to find out how is the correlation between foreign capital and dividend in Koperasi WANITA in Pekanbaru. This research user secunder dataa by collecting documentation method in 2007-2009. This research used foreign capital as independent variable adn dividend as dependent variable. The result of this research was analyzed by using quantitative analysis by testing hypothesis with product moment analysis. The result of the research showed that foreign capital relates to devidend in Pekanbaru in 2007-2009, which is 47,2% while the rest 52,8% is defined by another factor which is not discussed in this research.

PENGGUNAAN METODE ROLE PLAYING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS IV SI SDS IMMANUEL DURI NELLA LONI NURHAYATI UNIVERSITAS RIAU ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in motivation to learn in social studies class IV SDS Immanuel Duri through role playing method and to find out how high the spike. This research is a classroom action research conducted in the second semester of the school year 2011/2012, through data collection instruments such as observation sheets consisting observer sheet activities of teachers, observer sheet activities of students and student motivation observation sheet. Data analysis was performed between the cycle repeated. The results of the class action, which means an increase in class action compare prior to 50%. From the results of the action research it was concluded that the method of role playing can enhance student motivation in social studies fourth grade at Immanuel SDS Duri. This means using sustainable methods of Role Playing in learning can improve student motivation in social studies.

ABSTRACK Dependence cooperative against the loan capital from bank that come in capital foveigu category, if gives good and bad influence cooperative capital structure, and good or bad cooperative capital will effect on the achievement net income of the cooperative. Goal of this research is to know the influence of capital structure and cooperative scale employees rebuplic of Indonesia (KPRI) in Pekanbaru city either simultaneously or partially. In this research capital structure and cooperative scale as a independen variable. Taking sampling has been de it by purposive sampling technique rebuplic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru city 2007 to 2009. By using sampling purposive technique at the last got 20 cooperative as a research sampling. Data analyze technique that use by regresi double linear. Base on the classical assumption test, research data made of assumption of normality, independen of the autocorrelation, multikolonearitas there are no symptoms and doesn’t occur heterocedasticity. The result of this research show that variable simultan capital structure and cooperative scale give influence against net income to employees cooperative republic of Indonesia (KPRI) in Pekanbaru city for 63,8% while the remaining 36,2% influence of other variable were not axamined in this research as a partially that more influence is cooperative scale for 66,6% while the effect of capital structure has only 1,2%.

PENGGUNAAN METODE EXAMPLES and EXAMPLES UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR IPS PADA SISWA KELAS IX SMPN 7 PINGGIR KABUPATEN BENGKALIS Oleh: Ekamayanti Abstrak: Based on the experience of researchers for teaching in class IX Junior High School seventh Pinggir Bengkalis very difficult cultivate students' interest for learning of Social Science (IPS). It can be seen from the symptoms of a lack of student persistence in a given task, a lack of focusing students 'attention on the subject matter submitted by teachers, students used to joke with her friends, daydreaming, ask permission to leave the room, the lack of students' curiosity learning process so that students could not answer the questions that is given by the teacher. The research consisted of two cycles (Cycle II on March 26, 2012, the first cycle on March 31, 2012), and each cycle performed in one session. The results showed that the method of examples and examples to increase student interest IX Junior High School seventh grade Pinggir, it can be seen from the increasing interest in learning from cycle I to cycle II by 36%, from 54% (high) in the first cycle to 90% (very high) on the second cycle. It can be concluded more perfect the use of examples and examples method that further increase student activity and interest in learning.

ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI SEPEDA MOTOR MEREK YAMAHA PADA PT. ALFA SCORPII DI PEKANBARU Mula Syahputra Pendidikan Ekonomi, FKIP – Universitas Riau ABSTRACT Key Words: Marketing Mix and Customer Decisions The purpose of this study was to determine how much the contribution of the marketing mix on consumer decisions and to know the contribution of the marketing mix which is more influence consumer decisions in buying Yamaha motorcycle brand in the PT. Alpha Scorpii in Pekanbaru. As for the population under study is the object when seen from the number of customers at the end of 2011, which amounted to 1646 people (Source PT.Alfa Scorpii) while the study sample using simple ramdom sampling is taken as a sample of 50 people from the population. It contents in accordance with the opinion Barlay (2000) which states that for a population of more than 100 people, the samples can be taken as a minimum of 50 people in order to meet the adequacy of risk. The results of the analysis includes the contribution of the Marketing Mix Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution Channels (Place) contribution from the marketing elements can be seen from the high percentage of respondents to the instrument response-question instrument that produces consumer's decision to buy a Yamaha motorcycle brands at PT Alpha Scorpii in Pekanbaru of Product mix of respondents (32%), of the mix Price of (27.3), of the mix for promotion (33.3%) and from the mix of distribution channels (place) of (24.7%). Means of the four elements of marketing that make greater contributions to the Consumer Decision About Buying Motorcycle Brand Yamaha In PT.ALFA Scorpii in Pekanbaru is the promotion mix by 33.3%. dependent variable was the dependent variable affects the other variable rates on the variable distribution that is equal to 0.945 and a very weak influence variables are variables influence the price of the promotion variable is equal to 0.207.

School is an educational institution is a place to print human resources. The progress of a school can not be separated from the role of the school principal as the supreme leader at the school. The school principal has the responsibility to deliver the objectives for the school. The realization of school goals must be based on the principal's commitment to the organization. One attempt was made to encourage the growth of the principal organizational commitment is to create good governance and improve job satisfaction. This study aims to whether good governance and job satisfaction has an influence on organizational commitment on the principal medium / equivalent in Indragiri Hulu. The research was carried out to 24 school principals with the sampling technique using two methods stack sampling. From the results of research conducted by multiple linear regression technique partially aware that good governance does not affect the principal organizational commitment. This is due to the good governance does not motivate principals to increase the commitment to the school. On the other hand, affects job satisfaction organizational commitment principals. This is because all the good facilities and associated school principal relationship with all that is within the school has been going well, so that principals feel happy and proud to do their works at the school. Good governance and simultaneously influence job satisfaction organizational commitment.
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru MTS Miftahul Muarrif Desa Bandur Picak Kec. Koto Kampar Hulu Kab. Kampar

The research was conducted in the village of MTs MIFTAHUL MU'ARRIF Bandur Picak district. Koto Kampar district Hulu. Kampar to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to the job performance of teachers. Data collection is done by filling the questionnaire on variable compensation and motivation for variable job performance while using the DP3. The first questionnaire measure of compensation consisting of seven point declaration, the second questionnaire measure of motivation teacher questionnaire consisted of 12 items, while for job performance using the DP3. The analysis is performed multiple regression analysis with level 5% sig. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 16.0 for windows. From the test results it can be concluded there is f between compensation and the effect of motivation on job performance. This is based on the basis of the results of multiple regression lineer through testing simutan (F test), the results of these calculations indicate that the sign means 0.000 ≤ 0.05 Ha accepted Ho rejected. This is similar to the coefficient of determination (R2) is known to affect compensation and motivation as much as 0.539 or 53.9% of the teachers' job performance Miftahul Mu'arrif MTs. While the remaining 46.1% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on t-test analysis, the magnitude of the performance of the intervening compensation in the amount of 0.267 or 26.7% indicating that the compensation has a positive impact on job performance, while work motivation variable that is equal to 0.622 or 62.2% of this proves that motivation has a positive influence on job performance. So that means that job performance is determined more by the motivation of the kompensasi.

This research background of expectations of students as an educational service user, who expect the performance of teacher as a transmitter of educational service running optimally educational process, such a using an variation method in the learning process, teachers were present on time, running UAS, UTS and timely, as well as the return of exam answer sheets to the students. This study aim to determine the level of students satisfaction on the performance of teachers in the teaching on the course for the University of Riau economic education. This research was conducted to study economic class of 2009, amounting to 77 people with a sampling technique using total sampling method. From the result of research conducted by descriptive analysis techniques can be seen that of the five dimensions of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and the results show the level of studens satisfaction are satisfied

Bina Widya Pekanbaru 12.5 KM Unri.ac.id ABSTRACT The research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Bungo District Eastern Kampar Kampar district by taking the object of research is small businesses that have received venture capital credit of the PNPM Mandiri. This study will begin in April 2012 until May 2012. The population is around the village of Tanjung Bungo District Eastern Kampar Kampar district that has received venture capital credit of the PNPM Mandiri than in 2011, amounting to 31 people consisting of 5 groups. The samples in this study were all members of the village of Tanjung Bunge participating in the program fund Mandiri PMPN entire population of 31 people. Based on the analysis, the value of R Square of 0698 or (69.8%) means the percentage of venture capital credit variables influence the production by 69.8%, while the remaining 30.2%, influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the analysis of the credit against income, the value of R Square of 0202 or (20.2%) percentage point effect of variable working capital loans against a profit of 20.2%, while the remaining 79.1%, influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the analysis of credit against income, the value of the coefficient X for 0720 with a value of t-count equal to 2712, to determine the value of t-table obtained from the n-k1 (number of respondents - number of independent variables-1) then the value is 31-1-1 = 29, the obtained value of t-table for 1699.

Research conducted using the experimental method. From the result known to the average pretest learning outcomes and the average posttest. To find a significant level difference between two average ttest was used. And note that the price of the 2,1 t count. Consulted with the provisions of the significant level a=0,05 (5%) df=62, so the price obtained t count greater than t table. If a statistically described as follows 2,1>1,9989 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the pretest to posstest. And the application of learning strategies match the index card to give effect to the class VIII student learning outcomes on economic subject in SMP Negeri 4 Dumai west.
Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Di Smp Negeri 21 Pekanbaru

The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in March to November 2012. The subjects of this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru, amounting to 79 people. The data used in this study in the form of primary data and secondary data collection techniques and documentation of data through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used using simple linear regression equation is processed using SPSS version 19. The results portray that there is influence between work motivation (X) on the performance of teachers (Y). It is proven that the results of simple linear regression analysis is Y = 25.723 + 0.193 X where if motivation increased by 1 unit then the performance of teachers will increase by 0.193. Furthermore, the value of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.492 or 49.2%. A portrait of the motivation to explain and contribute to the performance of teachers by 49.2% while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Bina Widya Km 12,5 Pekanbaru ABSTRACT This research aim to know The influence of Fixed Assets Turnover Rate on Profitability in PT. Bentoro Adisandi Ivena Pekanbaru. The population in this research are the financial statements of PT. Bentoro Adisandi Ivena Pekanbaru. Samples taken are the financial statements of the company in the form of Income Statement and Balance Sheet period of last five years from the first quarter of 2006 to the fourth quarter of 2010. Data processing in this study is using simple regression analysis model with software SPSS 17.0. The results of the research show that the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.253, which means that the dependent variable explained by the independent variables capable of 25.3% Fixed Assets Turnover rate has an influence on profitability while the remaining 74.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Standard Error Estimate (SEE) is 1.5785 which indicates the smaller SEE will make the appropriate regression model to predict the independent variable. T test results showed that tcount > ttable which mean H2 is approved and H1 is rejected, or Fixed Assets Turnover positive and significant effect on profitability in PT. Bentoro Adisandi Ivena
