Abstract
This research background of expectations of students as an educational service user, who
expect the performance of teacher as a transmitter of educational service running optimally
educational process, such a using an variation method in the learning process, teachers were
present on time, running UAS, UTS and timely, as well as the return of exam answer sheets to
the students. This study aim to determine the level of students satisfaction on the performance of
teachers in the teaching on the course for the University of Riau economic education. This
research was conducted to study economic class of 2009, amounting to 77 people with a
sampling technique using total sampling method. From the result of research conducted by
descriptive analysis techniques can be seen that of the five dimensions of tangible, reability,
responsiveness, assurance, empathy and the results show the level of studens satisfaction are
satisfied
