Item Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Pihak Ketiga Atas Jumlah Kredit Yang Disalurkan Pd.Bpr Sarimadu Cabang Utama Bangkinang(2013-03-23) Sagala, RosalinaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penggunaan dana pihak ketiga yang terdiri dari tabungan dan deposito atas jumlah kredit yang disalurkan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana pihak ketiga (tabungan dan deposito) atas jumlah kredit yang disalurkan oleh PD. BPR Sarimadu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PD. BPR Sarimadu Cabang Utama Bangkinang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder yang diambil adalah jumlah dana pihak ketiga (tabungan, deposito) dan data jumlah kredit yang disalurkan 3 tahun terakhir (dari tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2011). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah kredit yang disalurkan belum efektif, selain itu dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis Regresi linier berganda secara parsial diketahui bahwa tabungan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kredit yang disalurkan. Disisi lain deposito juga berpengaruh terhadap kredit yang disalurkan. Secara simultan dana pihak ketiga yaitu tabungan dan deposito berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kredit yang disalurkan.Item Analisis Faktor Yang Mempempengruhi Kinerja Guru Di Sman 1 Kampar Kabupaten Kampar(2013-01-28) Saputra, AdeNowadays, to face the hard competition in teaching learning world, SMAN 1 Kampar Kabupaten Kampar, tries to increase the school quality by increasing teacher’s capability by observing teachers capability factors. As, teacher’s work motivation, teacher’s education level, and discipline. The general objective of this research is to find out a factor that influence to teacher capability in SMAN 1 Kampar.Some factors in this research areteacher’s work motivation, teacher’s education level, and discipline. The populations of this research are all 73 teachers in SMAN 1 Kampar. Based on that populations, the researcher decide purposive sampling, choosing sample based on criteria, as the method. Based on sample choosing criteria, so, there are 52 teachers who become the sample.The technique of collecting data is by field research. To collect the data, the researcher use questioner. There are 52 of SMAN 1 KAMPAR teachers who become the sample. The data in this research is analysed by multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS16.0 version. The research finding can be found simultaneously asteacher’ work motivation (X1), teacher’s education level (X2) and discipline (X3) significantly influence the teacher’s capability (Y) (Fhitung 3.158 > Ftabel 2.798). Whereas, only teacher’s work motivation (X1) and discipline (X3) that significantly influence teacher’s capability (Y) partially. So, to increase teacher capability at SMAN 1 Kampar, the headmaster of SMAN 1 Kampar must motivates the teachers and increases discipline in SMAN 1 Kampar, because teacher’s work motivation and discipline can increase teacher’s capability. And, it needs to pay attention to everything that related to education level, as teacher competency and ability in teaching, for the better of teacher capability at SMAN 1 KAMPAR.Item Analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen membeli rumah pada pt. Tunas sentosa manunggal pekanbaru(2013-06-03) Lubis, Iqbal; AhmadThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of physical condition, facilities, location, service, and prices affect the consumer satisfaction in buy ing a home at PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru and to determine which factors are the most dominant influence on the consumer in buying a home at PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru. Population in this research is that people who buy housing in the Taman Kartama Permai PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru totaling 45 families, while the sample in this study was the total population of as many as 45 families using census method. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data. Method (method or technique) refers to an abstract and intangible word, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, tests, and other documentation. That the physical condition, facilities, location, service, and prices influence consumer satisfaction, in which the influence of 82.20% and the remaining 17.80% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. Form of each variable is the physical condition, facilities, location, service, and price. The most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is a variable in the form of access to housing location (street), visibility (housing visible from the street), parking lots, and residential environments.Item Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyediaan Dan Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi Pada UKM Di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir(2013-08-24) Sari, Dita PThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the manager’s/owner’s education, business scale, age of business and participation of the managers/owners in previous accounting studies on the provision and utilization of accounting information by small businesses in Rumbai Pesisir sub-district. There are a total of 50 small businesses sample from the trade industry. The research data were collected through questioners and then analyzed utilizing binary logistic regression analysis. The study results demonstrated a significant simultaneous effect between the managers’/owners’ education, business scale, age of business, and accounting training of the managers/owners on the provision and utilization of accounting information by small businesses in Rumbai Pesisir sub -district, evidenced by value of p (probability) 0,001 < α (actual rate) 0.005. The significance of the effect is also demonstrated by Negelkerke’s R square value of 0,47 or 47%, while th e remaining 53% are affected by other factors not studied in this research. Bina Widya KM 12,5 Pekanbaru Unri.ac.id ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities either simultaneously or partially on the achievement of students of the economic study program teachers training and education faculty Riau University. The population of this research were students of economic studies program class of 2009, 2010 and 2011, amounting to 255 people. The sample in this research amounted to 69 people. The sampling method was done by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionnaires and documentation of student learning outcomes. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that there is a simultaneous significant influence between motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities for learning achievement. The magnitude of the effect is known of the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,715 or 71,5%, while the remaining 28,5% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research. Partially, motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities are also significantly influence learning achievement.Item Analisis Harga Pokok Produksi Kerajinan Rotan Di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru(2013-07-19) Susanti, NoviaThe objective was to calculate the cost of production, the calculate of Break Even Point and minimal production of rattan handicraft business in the city of Pekanbaru to District Rumbai for product bike basket and rocking horse. Primary data such as the type and the resources available, the amount of labor and pay labor, raw materials, sales volume and selling price of the product was collected by means of recording and live interviews in the field. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed the cost of production/units of each business in the District Rumbai rattan basket for highest motor on business "Sedona Rattan Furniture" is Rp 118.846/unit with 520 units total production/year, while the lowest occurred in the business " Atang furniture "is Rp 108.538/unit with 312 units total production/year. While for the products rocking horse in the district Rumbai the highest in the business "Parkel Rattan Furniture" is Rp 85.071/unit with total production of 312 units/year, while the lowest occurred in the business "Devi Furniture" is Rp 74.113/unit by the number of production of 416 units/year. In calculating the BEP for bike basket products amount to be produced on average per year is 122 units in order not to experience losses. To piggyback product quantities to be produced on average per year is 138 units. When compared by calculating the selling price of each product and HPP, bike basket more profitable to produce than a piggyback. Advantage for the motor cart products Rp 36.784/unit while rocking horse product Rp 21.134/unit. Minimal amount of production every week every effort rattan in the District Rumbai Pekanbaru to basket highest occurred in the business "Dona Rattan Furniture, Furniture Kirana, Sedona Rattan Furniture, Rattan Furniture and USM Rinal" with 8 units / week while the lowest yield occurred in the business "Devi Furniture, Rattan Mustika and Furniture Atang" with 5 units / week. This competition demanded businessmen to maximizing their job result to join its competition in the market. The company should work hard to learn and understand customer’s requirement and desirability and increase service quality of company to get customer’s satisfaction. The objective of this research is to know consumer’s satisfaction level towards service quality at PT. Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru. This research has 27.286 populations then took sample as 100 respondens. The determination of sample was done by accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data used by intervew and quisioner then by Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The result showed that custumer’s satisfaction level towards service quality at PT. Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru has been satisfy. It reflected from the analysis compatibility result between implementation level and importance customer level in result 97,42 %. According to classification service quality factors which influence customer’s satisfaction through kartesius diagram that divided into 4 (four) quadrant obtained that factors in quadrant I (main priority) has 2 (two) attribute, quadrant II (defend achievement) has 9 (nine) attribute, quadrant III (low priority) has 3 (three) attribute, and quadrant IV (excessive) has 3 (three).Item Analisis Kinerja Distributor Produk Tiens pada Perusahaan Multi Level Marketing PT. Singa Langit Jaya Pekanbaru(2013-07-19) PujiantoThe study is aimed to know the performance of distributor of Tiens products at the company of PT Singa Langit Jaya Pekanbaru. The study is carried out at PT Singa Langit Jaya Pekanbaru, Stokis 870 located in Pekanbaru. This is a survey with the total sample 94 respondents. The data then is analyzed by descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The performance of distributor of a product Tiens at PT Singa Langit Jaya Pekanbaru is analyzed based on five aspect of performance. The result of the study are (1) The quality of work of distributor is classified as “good enough”. It is indicated from the most answers of distributor 53,7% stated “strongly agree”. (2) The speed or punctuality of distributor is classified as “good”. It is indicated from the most answers of distributor 63,5% stated “agree”. (3) The Initiative of distributor is classified as “good enough”. It is indicated from the most answers of distributor 49,2% stated “agree”. (4) The ability distributor is classified as “very good”. It is indicated from the most answers of distributor 98.2% stated “very agree”. (5) The communication of distributor is classifed as “good”. It is indicated from the most answers of distributor 77,5% stated “strongly agree”. The study suggested (1) That the ability of distributors need to be improved through education and self development training to master their managing of Multi Level Marketing system, and to improve their the performance of those distributors. (2) The companies need to rebuild distributors less or not active through the upline to do construction so that the distributors are motivated in doing product marketing of companyItem ANALISIS KINERJA GURU SMP DAN SMA NEGERI YANG TELAH TERSERTIFIKASI DAN YANG BELUM TERSERTIFIKASI DI KECAMATAN KERUMUTAN KABUPATEN PELALAWAN(2013-01-30)The teachers competence is a set of abilities and skills that must be possessed by the teacher in carrying out his duty as educators so that they can realize their performance appropriately and effectively in implementing their profession. Teacher competency consists of pedagogical, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. The four competences are reflection of teacher performance, both teacher salaries and teacher who has been appointed as Civil Servants (PNS), both teachers who have not been certified or who have certification. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in the performance of teachers who have been certified and are not certified in SMP Negeri 1 Kerumutan and in SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 44 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire completed by the principal at the institution he leads. The collected data are then tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistics and T test. From the calculation of the T test, it is known that there the differences between performance of teachers who have certification and the certification has not been good at SMP Negeri 1 Kerumutan and in SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan. This is thought to be caused by several factors, among which are: experience, motivation to teach, feeling proud to be a teacher, a lack of effort to improve their skills. Therefore, teachers must continue to strive to provide optimal effort to perform in accordance with specified standards. Moreover, the principals also continue to provide motivation by providing opportunities for teachers to attend training, seminars, discussions and provision of facilities to support teachers in improving their performance.Item Analisis Kinerja Sma 8 Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard(2013-04-05) Sapwinda Tari, EkaSMA 8 Pekanbaru merupakan salah salah satu sekolah negeri dan sekolah favorit yang terkenal dengan prestasi para siswanya baik akademik maupun non akademik. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan prestasi yang diraih siswa baik tingkat nasional sampai internasional. Prestasi tersebut tidak bisa menyimpulkan sekolah dikatakan unggul, karena sekolah terdiri dari beberapa komponen yang berkaitan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengukuran kinerja Balanced Scorecard, untuk mengukur kinerja sekolah secara komprehensif. Dari latar belakang diatas, maka masalah yang akan diteliti yaitu bagaimana kinerja SMA 8 Pekanbaru bila diukur dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kinerja SMA 8 Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 siswa dan 86 guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Deskrip tif. ALFA SCORPII DI PEKANBARU Mula Syahputra Pendidikan Ekonomi, FKIP – Universitas Riau ABSTRACT Key Words: Marketing Mix and Customer Decisions The purpose of this study was to determine how much the contribution of the marketing mix on consumer decisions and to know the contribution of the marketing mix which is more influence consumer decisions in buying Yamaha motorcycle brand in the PT. Alpha Scorpii in Pekanbaru. As for the population under study is the object when seen from the number of customers at the end of 2011, which amounted to 1646 people (Source PT.Alfa Scorpii) while the study sample using simple ramdom sampling is taken as a sample of 50 people from the population. It contents in accordance with the opinion Barlay (2000) which states that for a population of more than 100 people, the samples can be taken as a minimum of 50 people in order to meet the adequacy of risk. The results of the analysis includes the contribution of the Marketing Mix Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution Channels (Place) contribution from the marketing elements can be seen from the high percentage of respondents to the instrument response-question instrument that produces consumer's decision to buy a Yamaha motorcycle brands at PT Alpha Scorpii in Pekanbaru of Product mix of respondents (32%), of the mix Price of (27.3), of the mix for promotion (33.3%) and from the mix of distribution channels (place) of (24.7%). Means of the four elements of marketing that make greater contributions to the Consumer Decision About Buying Motorcycle Brand Yamaha In PT.ALFA Scorpii in Pekanbaru is the promotion mix by 33.3%. dependent variable was the dependent variable affects the other variable rates on the variable distribution that is equal to 0.945 and a very weak influence variables are variables influence the price of the promotion variable is equal to 0.207.Item Analisis Likuiditas Terhadap Profitabilitaspada Perusahaan (Studi Pada Industri Food And Beverages Yang Listing Di Bei)(2013-05-21) HerzumaweniProfitability is one indicator of the financial performance of the company. Profitability aims to look at the relationship of liquidity to profitability. Population of this study is a Food and Beverages industry sectors listed BEI totaling 15 companies. Profitability is measured using ROI and liquidity is measured by the current ratio. Data ROI and the current ratio is obtained from the company's annual report that has been audited and published. Data processing using product moment with SPSS 20. Based on the results of research and discussion, the authors can conclude that based on tests performed using Pearson product moment correlation analysis, the calculation of the coefficient between the current ratio with known ROI r value of 0.084 or by 8.4%. The purpose of the research is that to know how much the average income, BEP and also waht group of people that act as the customer of the laundry business in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. This research has been done started on june 2012 until august 2012 in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The population in this research is that all of the laundry enterpreneurs in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru which lonsistsof 25 units laundry business. The technique used to collect the data in this reseacrh is that by distributing the questionnaire paper and doing interview to the owners of laundry business. Based on the research result we can take conducion : (1). the avarge income of laundry business is about Rp. 3.763.800,00 every month. (2). the profit of laundry business is about Rp. 1.640.640,00 every month. (3). BEP that is determined by laundry business in order does not get loss is that about 166 Kg clothes everyday with marketing is about Rp. 1.619,00/Kg. (4).The highest group of people who act as customer is the group of university students which live in rooming hause rental in the area of Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru and same of the customers are the local people in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanabru.Item Analisis Penerapan Metode Activity Based Costing System Dalam Akurasi Perhitungan Tarif Kamar Pada Hotel Aziza By Horison Pekanbaru(2013-08-24) Ariyani, NovitaPekanbaru Aziza Hotel By Horison a service company enganged in the provision of servive of residence, eating and drinking as well as other amenities. Company is still applying traditional cost accounting system for calculating and allocating costs. In room rate calculation, traditional cost accounting system has some weaknesses. Of which there are may not reflect the actual cost of the product and also resulted absorbed under costing product and over costing product. Purpose of this research is to improve the way of allocating overhead costs to produce calculations are accurate hotel room rates with the use of Activity Based Costing System. Activity Based Costing is a pricing method that tracing costs to activities and then to products. Activity Based Costing method is considered more accurate in charge overhead costs to the product because it uses more than one cost driver. So that overhead costs will be allocated proportionally. The result showed the use of Activity Based Costing System (ABC) in a hotel room rate calculation produces an accurate room rates. There is a difference in price that is lower than the pricing of hotel management with the calculation using Activity Based Costing method that is Superior room of 4,4 %. And for the Executive room of 3,2 %. Advances in technology facilitate easier imitated products. Consumers face too many choices, but unfortunately the information about the quality of products on the market very minimum once. Strong brand promises consumers will get higher grades and of course this will be a comparison for consumers in choosing a particular brand. Theoretically, brand loyalty is the core measure of brand equity as a measure of the relationship a customer of a brand (Simamora, 2001: 112). But the fact that even though Indomie and Sedaap Noodles have similar strategies in enhancing its brand equity, loyalty index turns Indomie (as a core measure of brand equity) remained decreased compared to Mie Sedaap. The problem in this study is there any difference between brand equity with Indomie Sedaap Noodles at Economic Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Riau University. The purpose of this is to know whose team is there any difference between brand equity with Indomie Sedaap Noodles at Economic Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Riau University. The research was conducted at Economic Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Riau University. The samples in this study were consumers of Indomie noodles with consumers Sedaap at Economic Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Riau University, while the sample in this study was set at 78 respondents. Analytical techniques used in this study is the independent sample t-test test. There is poverty can the government makes policies or programs and targets appropriate and beneficial to the welfare of the people especially the poor. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of income inequality sail and the village community to determine the level of urban poverty sail Tenayan highway district. The research sample was taken according to village livelihoods sail Tenayan highway district as many as 100 people. The method used is descriptive Quantitative. Data of questionnaires and then processed to become a description of a problem, and perform quantitative measurements are then compared with existing theories drawn further conclusions. It can be seen that the level of urban income inequality shows incomes sail uneven or severe inequality (Gini Ratio 0.82383) means income received uneven sail the village income distribution. On the depth and severity of poverty are seen sail urban population of job or livelihood than 23 people or 23% of respondents are still below the poverty line and the depth of poverty prevalent in all types of jobs.
