Item Aplikasi Komposisi Pupuk Pada Padi (Oryza Sativa L) Ir 42 Dan Sanapi Dengan Sistem Sri Pada Tanah Pasang Surut Kecamatan Kuala Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu(2013-04-27) Irawan, Adi Bambang; Armaini; WardatiThis study uses The split plot consisted of 2 varieties (IR 42 and Sanapi) as main plots and 3 fertilizer composition K1 = 3 ton kompos, 100 % (200 kg Urea, 150 kg TSP dan 100 Kg KCl) pupuk anorganik dan 2 ton dolomit/ha K2 = 6 ton kompos, 75 % (150 kg Urea, 112,5 kg TSP dan 75 Kg KCl) pupuk anorganik dan 4 ton dolomit/ha K3 = 9 ton kompos, 50 % (100 kg Urea, 75 kg TSP dan 50 Kg KCl) pupuk anorganik dan 6 ton dolomit/ha as subplot on 3 replications. The number of experimental unit is 18. The results of analysis of variance was tested further by DNMRT at the level of 5%. The results showed that of the composition of the fertilizer increase the growth and production of crops on varieties IR 42 and Sanapi. The growth and production of varieties IR 42 out better than Sanapi that looks at : plant height, panicle length, panicle branch length, number of grains panicle, number panicle pithy grain, 1000 grain weight and production clump. On the variety IR 42, composition of fertilizer not show the real diversification which is visible from the parameters : the total number of tillers, number of productive tillers, flowering plant age, the amount of grain panicle, panicle pithy amount of grain and production clump. The study was conducted at the experimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. This study was conducted from January to March 2012. The research was done experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial consisting of two factors, the first factor consisted of two levels: P = liquid fertilizer supplement (3cc / l, 6cc / l of water). The second factor consists of 3 levels: K = Giving chicken manure (0.5 kg / plot, 10 kg / plot, 1.5 kg / plot) and 3 replication. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The data obtained were further tested by Duncans New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the level of 5%. Indicators of parameter viewed from Plant Height, Number of leaves, leaf area, root length, and weight Fresh Harvest Crops. The results showed that the concentration of combined with a dose of liquid fertilizer complement and chicken manure applied in the mustard plant can increase the production of mustard plants. The plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of the plant and harvesting the best there is in the complementary treatment of liquid manure concentration of 6 cc / l of water with chicken manure fertilizer 1.5 kg / plot (P2K3).Item Aplikasi Tricho-Kompos Jerami Padi dan Abu Serbuk Gergaji Pada Pembibitan Awal Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq)(2013-01-10) Fahmi; Sampoerno; ArmainiPalm oil production is influenced by the quality of seeds, seed quality is also determined by the medium nursery. Research by providing tricho-compost and rice straw ash sawdust in growing media, is predicted to improve the nature and character of the medium so as to increase the nutrient content for seedling growth. This study aimed to determine the dose of Tricho-compost and straw ashes and chainsaws the best combination for the growth of oil palm seedlings in the nursery early. The research was done experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two factors: the dose of Tricho-compost and sawdust ash. Tricho-compost dose given is T0 = 0 kg / polybag, T1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), T2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag) and a dose of sawdust ash is A0 = no addition (0 kg / polybag), A1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), A2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag). The results showed that administration of either single / combination tricho-compost with sawdust ash high dose of 20 g / polybag give the best effect on seedling height, number of leaves, tubers circumference, root volume, root dry weight and dry weight of the canopy.Item APPICATION OF COMPOST OF WATER HYACINTH AND INORGANIC FERTILIZER PLANT ON CAISIM (Brassica chinensis Var Para chinensis)(2014-02-14) Ardian; Armaini; Gerniwati, Debi FitriaCaisim (Brassica chinensis chinensis The Var) are the vegetables that contain vitamins and minerals. The use of organic fertilizer or compost can produce organic vegetables is more hygienic, safe for the consumer and environmentally friendly. Compost can be made from plants that are less beneficial, one water hyacinth. The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of the use of organic fertilizers with various bioactivator hyacinth, on the growth and production caisim. The research was carried out experimentally by using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial, comprising: first factor fhe use of compost (K) with various bioactivator namely K0: hyacinth compost without microbes, K1: Compost of water hyacinth with microbial degradation Simba. K2: Compost of water hyacinth with microbial EM- 4. The second factor is the provision of inorganic fertilizer (A) consisfs of three levels: A0: Without inorganic fertilizers, A1:1/2 the recommended dosage which, urea, 37.5 kg / ha, SP-36 37.5 kg / ha and 25kg KCI / ha , A2: the recommended dosage, Urea 75 kg / ha, SP-36 75 kg / ha and 50 kg KCI / ha. Jacq) Dl SCHEME KUALA CENAKU KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU(2014-02-14) Armaini; Nasrul, Besri; Manurung, GulatType B tidal land in the District of Indragiri HuIu Regency Kuala Cenaku Reclaimed for cultivation of food crops in 1997 and 20% of the land is converted to oil palm plantations. Reclamation for the settings cause changes in pH of soil drainage and pyrite is oxidized, thus affecting nutrient availability to plants. It should be examined on land quality, crop nutrient uptake, oil production potential, the implementation of oil palm cultivation technology and its relation to social economic and farming system analysis in order to determine the impact of reclamation and the ability of communities in landmanagement. The research was conducted through a survey approach, purposively sampling random sampling and by selecting a planting site that has been producing oil with a maximum of I0 years of age. The results showed that soil texture component is dust> 70%, clay 21-28%, and sand <3%. Leaching and loss of land caused a layer of peat and organic matter in the soil surface decreased. Soil water content and bulk density is still on the threshold of adequate. Based on the content of base cations, it include in Zone II land and the influence of sea water with fresh water are balance. The level of soil fertility is low to moderate deficiency of macro element and non-visible symptoms of excess and deficiency of micro elements. Production of 23% -44% of potential oil production BPKS. Implementation of the cultivation technology of 90% in the-medium category, which examined social factors are not dominant in influencing the implementation. It is expected that the role of farmers to maintain channels and building floodgates, technical application specific culture through the study of fertilizer application efficiency,physical improvements and maintain the sustainability of soil fertility and crop farm with-multtple cropping pattern.Item Evaluasi Daya Gabung dan Heterosis Hibrida Hasil Persilangan Half Diallel Lima Genotipe Cabai (Capsicum annum L.) di Lahan Gambut(2015-03-31) Armaini; Deviona; WardatiDalam rangka perakitan varietas baru dilakukan hibridisasi lima genotype secara half diallel yang berguna untuk mengintrogesikan gen pengendali sifat toleransi ke tetua unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan daya gabung umum dan daya gabung khusus hibrida di lahan gambut. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok terdiri dari 15 genotipe hasil persilangan half diallel 5 tetua cabai dengan 3 ulangan. Karakter yang diamati adalah parameter kuantitatif yaitu tinggi tanaman, tinggi dikotomus, diameter batang, lebar tajuk, umur berbunga, umur panen, panjang buah, diameter buah, bobot per buah dan bobot buah per tanaman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA, karakter genotype F1 yang berpengaruh nyata dianalisis lanjut dengan Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) taraf 5 %. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis daya gabung umum (DGU) dan daya gabung khusus (DGK). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genotype C5 memiliki nilai daya gabung umum terbaik untuk karakter diameter batang, diameter buah, bobot per buah dan bobot buah pertanaman, genotype C159 memiliki nilai daya gabung umum terbaik pada karakter tinggi tanaman, tinggi dikotomus dan lebar tajuk dan genotype C 120 memiliki nilai daya gabung umum terbaik untuk karakter panjang buah. Kombinasi persilangan yang memiliki nilai daya gabung khusus tinggi untuk karakter hasil adalah genotype C5 X C120.Item Kajian Beberapa Komposisi Pupuk dan Pembenah Tanah Terhadap Komponen Produksi Kedelai (Glycine max (L) merril) Pada Sistem Inter Cropping Dengan Kelapa Sawit di Lahan Gambut(2013-02-06) Joehandra; Armaini; Yoseva,SriSoybeans inter cropping with the potential of palm oil on peatland done, although there are constraints soil acidity and the availability of phosphorus and potassium. The study aims to determine the effect and find the best treatment of some fertilizers and ameliorant soil composition of the components of soybean production. The study was conducted with a completely randomized design, 5 treatments 4 times repetition. Treatment A (without fertilizer and ameliorant soil), B (compost TKKS 0 tons / ha and 50 kg Urea / ha, TSP 150 kg / ha, KCl 100 kg / ha, 2 tons / ha ash bunch and 1 week of incubation), C (TKKS compost 5 tons / ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 75% of the dose, 5 tons / ha ash bunch and 4 weeks of incubation), D (TKKS compost 10 tons / ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 50% of the dose, 4 ton / ha ash bunch and 3 weeks of incubation), E (TKKS compost 15 tons / ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 25% of the dose, 3 tons / ha ash bunch and 2 weeks of incubation). Parameters: plant height (cm), weight of root nodules and effective nodule weight (g), harvest (HST), the percentage of pithy pods, dry seed weight per plot (g), dry weight of 100 seeds (g). The results showed the provision of fertilizer and ameliorant soil composition enhances growth and production of soybean in inter cropping pattern with palm oil. The conclusion that E treatment (compost TKKS 15 tons / ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 25% of the dose, 3 tons / ha ash bunch and 2 weeks of incubation) is the best treatment because it can provide the highest production.Item Kajian Komposisi Media Dan Panjang Stek Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Tanaman Buah Naga (Hylocereus costaricensis)(2013-07-06) Nuryana, Asma; Armaini; ArdianDragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) is one of the variety fruit trees that grow well in Indonesia, then it has a great chance to develop. These opportunities must be balanced with the provision of seed. Media and cuttings material is a factor that must be considered in the nursery because it will affect the growth of seedlings in the field. The research was conducted in the vdragon fruit plantation Tameran Village, Bengkalis district, Bengkalis. The time spent in this research is 4 (four) months, starting from the beginning of August to November 2012. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 3 x 3 factorial with 3 replications. The first factor is the composition of the media, namely peat, peat and compost mixture TKKS 1:1, a mixture of peat and sago waste 1:1. While the second factor is the length of the cuttings (stek), which is 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm. The parameters measured were the time appeared shoots, shoot length, number of shoots, root length, number of roots, root volume, seedling fresh weight gain and dry weight of seedlings. Data were analyzed statistically using Analysis Of Varian (ANOVA) and further tested by Significant Difference Further Testing (SDFT) level of 5%. Based on the results of this study concluded that the best dragon fruit seedlings growing on a combination between the media treatment of a mixture of peat and compost TKKS with 30 cm long cuttings.Item Kajian Teknologi Spesitlk Lokasi Tanaman Padi {Oryzu Saliva L) Untuk Lokasi Alih Fungsi Lahan Pangan ke Kebun Sawit di Kawasan Pasang Surut Type B Kuala Cenaku.(2013-01-09) ArmainiThe low production rice field paddy which is planted by palm oil trees (Elaies ^uannensis. Jaq) on Kuala Cenaku tidal land, were caused by difficulty in irrigation system, limited exposure to sun light, and degradation of soil affter reclamation. The planting of IR 42 and Senapi with SRI method using 3 combinations of fertilizer on full exposure and half exposure (50%) to sun lights was hoped to be the solution of these problems. The method of this .study was split plot design with the primary plot is variety, and fertilizer as secondary plot. The best soil quality improvement was from K3. fR 42 variety is better than Senapi for its growing and production in condition full and half exposure to sun light.There was decreasing in production of IR 42 for 32 % and decreasing in weight of IR 42 for 1000 seeds as much 12 %, while Senapi 31 % and 24 % respectively, both in half exposure area to sunlight. In order to get optimal production of paddy {Oryza Saliva. L), it is recommended not to do intercropping between palm oil tree and paddy unless it needs to investigate a tolerable variety if intercropping keeps done.Item OPTIMALISASI PRODUKSI KEDELAI (GLYSINE MAX (L) MERRIL) PADA KEBUN KELAPA SAWIT DI LAHAN GAMBUT DENGAN APLIKASI BEBERAPA KOMPOSISI PUPUK DAN PEMBENAH TANAH(2014-03-03) Armaini; Ariani, Erlida; Anom, EdisonPenanaman kedelai diantara tanaman kelapa sawit di lahan gambut, dengan tambahan hara dan mempertahankan bahan organik sebagai bahan penyusun tanah gambut, memberikan abu janjang sebagai amelioran dengan masa inkubasi tertentu, merupakan jaminan ketersediaan unsur hara bagi tanaman. Cara ini diduga lebih baik dibanding penerapan pola tanam monokultur. Penelitian tentang hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 komposisi pupuk dan pembenah tanah sebagai perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Tujuan penelitian mengoptimalkan produksi kedelai dan menemukan paket teknologi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan organik dan abu janjang, dengan minimal pemberian pupuk anorganik, memberikan pengaruh terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai, dimana optimalisasi pertumbuhan dan efisiensi produksi tertinggi didapat pada perlakuan 25% dosis pupuk anorganik, 15 ton bahan organik, 3 ton abu dengan masa inkubasi 2 minggu, dengan perolehan produksi 170% lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa perlakuanItem PEMBERDAYAAN PETANI RIAU MELALUI PERTANIAN TERPADU(2015-02-28) Murniati; Armaini; Puspita, Fifi; Silvina, FetmiDaerah Riau merupakan wilayah tropis basah dengan jenis tanah Podzolik Merah Kuning (PMK) terluas setelah Gley humus, yakni mencapai 32,47% ari total luas wilayahnya (BPS provinsi Riau, 2005). Umumnya lahan berupa lahan kering yang memerlukan system pengelolaan yang tepat agar lebih berdaya guna. Lahan kering yang ada di Indonesia dijumpai dalam berbagai variasi yakni berbukit dengan tingkat kemiringan lahan yang berbeda, dan Riau sebahagian besar lahan kering ini merupakan dataran rendah, yang berpotensi sebagai sumberdaya tanah pertanian lahan kering ataupun lahan sawah. Pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam untuk berbagai aktifitas kehidupan selalu dihubungkan dengan peningkatan efektifitas pelestarian lingkungan, termasuk kegiatan pembangunan pertanian. Kondisi tersebut sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama, mengingat selama revolusi hijau berlangsung tujuan dari pembangunan pertanian masih bertumpu pada perbaikan sektor ekonomi. Kegiatannya tidak memihak kepada dampak yang diterima lingkungan sekitarnya, seperti air, udara dan tanah(khususnya penurunan kesuburan dan kesehatan tanah), serta munculnya berbagai produksi pertanian yang non higienis yang disinyalir dapat menimbulkan penyakit degeratif bagi konsumen. Capra dalam Zulaiha (2011) menyatakan bahwa revolusi hijau tidak membantu para petani, tanah maupun jutaan penduduk dunia yang kelaparan, tetapi hanya membawa keuntungan bagi korporasi petrokimia. Revolusi hijau telah menggeser berbagai pengetahuan lokal yang ada pada petani kita dan menggantikannya dengan teknologi konvensional dan teknologi input tinggi. Perkembangan paradigma baru pembangunan pertanian juga menuntut adanya keselarasan antara potensi sumberdaya alam/ lingkungan dengan pemanfaatan yang bijak, demi terwujudnya peningkatan ekonomi berbasis ekologi, yang layak dan dapat diterima secara social. Tuntunan ini perlu diimplementasikan ke petani sebagai pengguna, melalui penerapan teknologi pertanian, baik yang merupakan temuan hasil uji coba teknologi pertanian ramah lingkungan, maupun pengelolaan di tingkat petani yang menganut kearifan lokal dalam pemanfaatan lahan. Fokus kegiatan yang lebih bermanfaat dalam hal ini antara lain: 1. Mengurangi penggunaan input luar, dan menggantikannya dengan sarana produksi dari produk berbagai teknologi ramah lingkungan. 2. Melakukan perubahan mendasar terhadap prinsip pola tanam yakni dari usaha tani monokultur menjadi usaha tani yang mengusahakan berbagai kegiatan pertanian lainnya yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kondisi fisik lahan yang dimiliki petani. 3. Mengupayakan peningkatan pengetahuan petani. 4. Membangun infrastruktur sesuai kebutuhan petani. 5. Mengaktifkan kegiatan organisasi ditingkat petani, diantaranya kelompok tani dan koperasi, melalui pemahaman dan perbaikan manajerial ditingkat petani.Item Pengaruh Bokashi dan Pupuk Nitrogen Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Bibit Cabe Merah Di Pembibitan(2013-01-04) Venita, Yunel; ArmainiBokashi didapat dengan metode pengomposan bahan organik berupa daun-daun tumbuhan hasil pemangkasan yang dicincang (dipotong kecil), dicampur dengan tanah dan pupuk kandang, serta diberi effective microorganisme -4 (EM-4) yang merupakan bahan organik dengan cara sederhana dan mudah menjadi kompos. Bokashi merupakan bahan-bahan organik yang difermentasi dengan EM-4 seperti bakteri fotosintetik, bakteri asam laktat, ragi, actinomycetes dan jamur fermentasi. Bokashi dapat memperbaiki kesuburan tanah karena mengandung unsur hara (nitrogen, fosfor, kalium, Ca, Mg), meningkatkan kapasitas takar kation, meningkatkan pH pada tanah masam. Umumnya tanaman hortikultura, salah satu di antaranya adalah tananian cabe membutuhkan unsur hara makro dan mikro yang lebih banyak dibandingkan tanaman pangan. The research was conducted at the experimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture University of Riau in June 2012 - September 2012 with the aim of knowing the effect of organic fertilizer, planting medium, and their interactions, as well as determine the best treatment, the growth of oil palm seedlings. Research Methods factorial experiment in completely randomized design (CRD), 2 factors, four levels of organic fertilizer (chicken cage, Sludge, Organic Liquid Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer Without) and three levels of planting medium (Peat, PMK, Peat Combined with PMK) with 3 replications. Parameters measured were high accretion seeds, increase the number of leaves, tubers accretion diameter, root volume, wet weight berangkasan plants. Data were statistically analyzed, and followed by test Ducan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the organic fertilizer can increase seedling height, number of leaves, tubers diameter, root volume and wet weight, giving the peat media tends to increase the diameter of the stump. The best combination seen in the treatment of organic liquid fertilizer (PCO) torch 20 ml with peat soil from the number of leaves, tubers diameter, root volume and wet weight. PGRs concentration and seeding system is a factor that must be considered in the nursery because it will affect the growth of seedlings in the field. The research was conducted at dragon fruit plantation Tameran village Bengkalis regency. The time used in this research lasted from August to December 2012. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 4 x 2 factorial with 3 replication. The first factor is the PGRs concentration, which is 0 g/10 ml, 6 g/10 ml, 9 g/10 ml and 12 g/10 ml length cuttings. While the second factor is the seeding system, which is indirect seeding system and direct seeding system. The parameters measured were the time appeared shoot, shoot length, number of shoots, root length, number of roots, root volume, seedling fresh weight gain and dry weight of seedlings. Data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further tested by further testing (DNMRT) level of 5%. Results shows of the best dragon fruit seedlings growing on a combination between 6g/10 ml PGRs concentration with direct seeding system.Item Pertumbuhan Bibit Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis. Kedua jenis tanah tersebut bermasalah dalam hal kandungan dan ketersediaan hara, maka perlu penambahan pupuk organik untuk memperbaiki karakter kimianya. Metode penelitian Faktorial dalam Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan perlakuan kombinasi 3 medium (Gambut, PMK, PMK :Gambut 1;1) dan 4 jenis pupuk organik (tanpa pupuk, pupu kandang ayam, sludge dan pupuk organik cair). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah pelepah daun,diameter bonggol, volume akar, berat basah bibit dan pengamatan dilanjutkan dengan melihat efek sisa pemberian pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan medium tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan, pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) menunjukan pertumbuhan bibit yang lebih baik dan kombinasi perlakuan medium campuran gambut dengan PMK yang diberi POC menunjukan perlakuanterbaik. Efek sisa pupuk organik terbaik adalah pemberian PCO pada medium gambut dan PMK. Disarankan menggunakan gabungan ganbut dan PMK dengan penambahan PCO sebagaip upuk organik.Item Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Kedelai (Glycine max l. Peat soils have many constraints such as low pH, and poor-nutrient. On peat soil nutrient deficiencies can be overcome by the provision of organic and inorganic fertilizers, such as TKKS compost. These organic materials affect plants indirectly through the changes in physical, chemical and biological soil. Study aims to determine the best fertilizer composition for growth and production of soybean palm oil plantations on peatland. The study was conducted in Rimbo Panjang, Tambang District, Kampar regency, in October 2011 to February 2012. Research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment A (without fertilizer), B (TKKS 0 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 100% recommended dose, 2 tons/ha ash bunch and 1 week of incubation), C (TKKS 5 tons/ha and urea, TSP, KCl 75% of the dose, 5 tons/ha ash bunch and 4 weeks of incubation), D (TKKS 10 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 50% of the dose, 4 ton/ha ash bunch and 3 weeks of incubation), E (TKKS 15 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 25% of the dose, 3 tons/ha ash bunch and 2 weeks of incubation). The results showed treatment E, (TKKS 15 tons/ha and Urea, TSP, KCl 25% of the dose, 3 tons/ha bunch of ash and 2 weeks of incubation, a composition of the best treatments for crop growth rate (0.37 g), the number of pithy pods per plant (71.15 units), production per plot (603.04 g) and production efficiency (1466.22%).Item Pertumbuhan dan Produksi selada (Lactuca sativa) Pada Tanah Inceptisol Dengan Aplikasi Abu Cangkang Kelapa Sawit(2013-02-05) Ritonga, Josh Dowel C.; Anom,Edison; ArmainiShells gray palm oil as an ingredient ameliorant potential on the ground because it contains nutrients that plants need. The study aims to get a dose of oil palm ash shell that can improve plant growth and production of lettuce (Lactuca sativa). Research using completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments: 1) Without giving palm ash shell, 2) The oil palm shell ash 0.2 kg / plot, 3) The ashes of palm shell 0.4 kg / plot, 4) The oil palm shell ash 0.6 kg / plot, and 5) The oil palm shell ash 0.8 kg / plot. Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 18 units of the experiment. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using Analysis Of varience (ANOVA) and tested further by using DNMRT test (Duncan's New Multiple Range Test) at the level of 5%. The results showed that administration of oil palm ash shell at various doses of lettuce plants influence on the parameters of the number of leaves and fresh weight of lettuce plants. Shell gray palm oil at a dose of 0.6 kg / plot gives the highest production of lettuce plants.Item SPECIFIED TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY OF PADDY LOCATION FOR ALTERED FUNCTION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND TO PALM OIL PLANTATION IN TYPE B TIDAL LAND IN KUALA CENAKU(2014-02-14) Armaini; Wardati; Sofjan, JurnawatyThe low production rice field paddy which is planted by palm oil trees (Elaies guannensis. Jaq) on Kuala Cenaku tidal land, were caused by difficulty in irrigation system, limited exposure to sun light and degradation of soil after reclamation. The planting of IR 42 and Senapi with SRI method using 3 combinations of fertilizer on full exposure and half exposure (50%) to sun lights was hoped to be the solution of these problems. The rnethod of this study was split plot design with the primary plot is variety, and fertilizer as secondary plot. The best soil quality improvement was from K3. lR 42 variety is better than Senapi for its growing and production in condition full and half exposure to sun light.There was decreasing in productlon of IR 42 for 32 % and decreasing in weight of IR 42 for 1000 seeds as much 12 %, while Senapi 31 % and 24 % respectively, both in half exposure area to sunlight. In order to get optimal procluction of paddy (Oryza Sativa. L), it is recommended not to do intercropping between palm oil tree and paddy unless it needs to investigate a tolerable variety if intercropping keeps done.
