The experiments were performed using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial pattern. The first factor is 2.4 D which consists of three standard treatments of 0 ppm, ppm 0.25 and 0.5 ppm. The second factor is Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP), which also consists of 3 level of treatment that is 0 ppm, 3 ppm and 5 ppm. Parameters measured were time study appeared shoots, number of shoots regenerated (Shoots/ explants) and shoots high. The results were analyzed using one way ANOVAwith further test DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at the level of 5%. The results showed treatment with 3 ppm BAP produced the fastest time of emerging shoots 14.5 HST and produces the highest average number of shoot /explant 5.38 buds. As for the best high of buds produced by combination of 0.25 ppm 2.4 D - 3 ppm BAP is the average height 1.74 cm. The best treatment for shoot multiplication explants dragon fruit is at a concentration of 0 ppm 2.4 D - 3 ppm BAP emerging shoots with average 14.05 HST (days after planting) the average number number of shoots regenerated (Shoots/ explants) 5.38 buds and the mean height 1.68 cm.Item PengaruhIndole Acetic Acid(IAA) DanBenzyl Amino Purin (BAP )Terhadap Multiplikasi TunasNanas Bogor (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) cv. Queen on MS medium. The study was conducted at the Biotechnology Laboratory Faperta UIR and Biology Education Laboratory, FKIP UR from May until August 2012. Methods using completely randomized design (CRD) factorial with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the concentration of IAA with 4 level is 0 ppm, 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm and 1.5 ppm. The second factor is the BAP with 4 degree of concentration is 0 ppm, 1 ppm, 2 ppm and 3 ppm. Parameters measured were while emerging shoots, number of shoots and shoots high. The data were number of shoots and shoots high were analyzed by ANOVA and tested further by DMRT at 5% level, while the shoots emerge as a descriptive made by counting the days when buds first appear with a marked greenish white bumps on the surface explants. The results showed that the currently the fastest emerging shoots 3.67 HST on treatment A0B0, A0B2, A0, 5B1 and A1B1. The mean number of shoots of nanas bogor cv. Queen highest found in treatment A0B0 is 17.5. The mean height is 5.08 cm tallest shoots in treatment A0B0. The results of this research concluded that the combination treatment of A0B0is the best treatment combination in the multiplication to produce a number of shoots and shoots high nanas bogor cv. Queen.
