PENURUNAN KEMAMPUAN ChiVMV DITULARKAN SERANGGA VEKTOR PADA TANAMAN CABAI

The objective of this research was determine ability-left ChiVMV transmitted by Aphis gossypii on chilli after it subcultured by mechanical infection technique repeatedly. In order chilli able to infected, used the fasted and non fasted insect with a few acuitition and inoculation time periode. Result showed that from 120 crops tested there are only 2 crops infected with beginning simptom appears after 12 days inoculation. Disease severity was 1,7% and belongs in score 4. This result was indicating that ChiVMV used was event of ability depreciation to transmitted by insect
