Item Aplikasi Kompos Bunga Jantan Kelapa Sawit Pada Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq.) Di Pembibitan Utama(2013-06-21) Hamidiyanto, Risco; Sampoerno; Khoiri, AmrulThis study aimed to determine the effect of dose of compost palm male flower to the growth of oil palm seedlings. Results of the content analysis of male flowers of oil palm compost is N 2.01%, 0.541% P, 0.96% K, 0.36% Mg with a C / N Ratio 16.6. The research was conducted at the Experimental Station Unit Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau Jl. Bina Widya Kelurahan Baru. Kec.Tampan, Pekanbaru. The research was carried out for 5 months starting from August to November 2012. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 replications non-factorial. The treatment is K0 (Without giving compost male flowers), K1 (130 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil), K2 (140 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil), K3 (150 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil) , K4 (160 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil), K5 (170 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil), K6 (180 g compost male flowers / 10 kg soil). The parameters measured were plant height increment (cm), increase the amount of oil palm seedling leaves (pieces), added oil palm seedlings stump diameter (cm), oil palm seedling root volume (ml), oil palm seedlings dry weight (g) quality index seeds (QIS) . Based on the results of the study increasing doses of compost palm male flower given to oil palm seedlings significant effect on plant height increment, increment stump diameter, root volume parameters, and plant dry weight did not significantly affect the increase of leaf. From the results of this study provide the best effect at a dose of 180 g male flowers compost / soil 10 kg.Item Aplikasi Naungan dan Pupuk Kascing Untuk Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Bibit Kakao Hibrida (Theobroma cacao L.)(2013-04-30) Fauzi, Yulia; Sampoerno; MurniatiCocoa is one of the plantation crops which ranks third after palm oil and rubber tree. Cocoa is C3 plants that is tollerant to the low sun intensity. One way to achieve these conditions by providing shade. Shade that used to the cocoa seedling consists of artificial shade and natural shade. One of natural shade is palm tree and artificial shade are made from palm midrib arranged adjacent. Besides shade, cocoa also need fertilizer, vermicompost fertilizer is one of the beneficial fertilizer for plants. This research conducted experiments using separate plot design (with 2 factor and 3 replications). The main plot is a shade treatment consisting of two kinds, palm midrib (N1) and stand under the shade of palm trees (N2) and subplot treatment is vermicompost fertilizer that consists of 4 stages which is K0 (without fertilizer), K1 (15 g/polybag), K2 (25 g/polybag) K3 (35 g/polybag). Data were statically analyzed using the analysis of variance and further tested by Duncan Multiple range Test 5%. The parameters measured were plant heigh (cm) number of leaves (leaf), girth (cm), leaf area (cm2) and dry weight (g). By observe the response of seedlings after treatment through the parameters it can concluded that the best treatment is the shade of palm midrib and 25 g/polybag vermicompost fertilizer, which being able to provide good response to the observed parameters such as seedling height (29,00 cm), number of leaves ( 21,16 leafe), girth ( 2,55 cm), leaf area (66,81 cm2) and dry weight (10,38 gram).Item Aplikasi Tricho-Kompos Jerami Padi dan Abu Serbuk Gergaji Pada Pembibitan Awal Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq)(2013-01-10) Fahmi; Sampoerno; ArmainiPalm oil production is influenced by the quality of seeds, seed quality is also determined by the medium nursery. Research by providing tricho-compost and rice straw ash sawdust in growing media, is predicted to improve the nature and character of the medium so as to increase the nutrient content for seedling growth. This study aimed to determine the dose of Tricho-compost and straw ashes and chainsaws the best combination for the growth of oil palm seedlings in the nursery early. The research was done experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two factors: the dose of Tricho-compost and sawdust ash. Tricho-compost dose given is T0 = 0 kg / polybag, T1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), T2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag) and a dose of sawdust ash is A0 = no addition (0 kg / polybag), A1 = 0.01 kg / polybag (10 g / polybag), A2 = 0.02 kg / polybag (20 g / polybag). The results showed that administration of either single / combination tricho-compost with sawdust ash high dose of 20 g / polybag give the best effect on seedling height, number of leaves, tubers circumference, root volume, root dry weight and dry weight of the canopy.Item Kondisi Tanaman Kelapa Sawit Yang Sudah Tua Yang Layak di Remajakan (Replanting) Pada Perkebunan Rakyat di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir(2013-01-16) Nainggolan, Peniko; Sampoerno; Saputra,Sukemi Indraoil palm can be grown outside the region of origin Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, even able to give a higher yield. Judging from the state of the population is dominated by farmers, as well as from the state Chart Sinembah district has good potential for the cultivation of oil palm plantations. Increased production of oil palm plantations in the district Chart Sinembah can be pursued through the use of quality seeds, good and true rejuvenation under the guidance of the local Department of Agriculture. Use the method of survey research using primary data and secondary data. Farmers samples taken as many as 30 people, selected samples were oil palm farmers with palm trees aged 20 to 25 years, This research was conducted in the district Chart Sinembah Rokan Hilir in March to May 2012. The results showed that the lack of action against oil palm agronomy entering the maximum age. This is reflected in some farming techniques that do not follow the advice of farmers sample set, such as fertilizer, seed selection and pest control palm.Item Pengaruh Penggunaan Pupuk Kascing Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq.) Dari Berbagai Sumber Asal Bibit di Pembibitan Utama(2013-04-30) Sembiring, Ervita Lora; Sampoerno; Sjofjan,JurnawatyThis research aimed to determine the response of the growth of oil palm seedlings of different origin sources vermicompost fertilizer the main nursery. This research has done in plant’s laboratory field agriculture faculty University of Riau from March until July 2012. This research used completely randomized factorial design with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor was source of the seed with three levels: S1= Asian Agri’s oil palm seed, S2= PPKS Medan’s oil palm seed, S3= Dami Mas’s oil palm seed. The second factor was vermicompost with four levels: K0= 0 g/ polybag, K1= 20 g/ polybag, K2= 40 g/ polybag, K3= 60 g/ polybag. The result showed that source of the seed significantly affect plant height increment parameter, root volume, seedling dry weight and seed quality index but non significant on accretion of leaves, stump diameter increment and ratio of the root crown. Vermicompost significantly affect plant height increment, accretion of leaves, stump diameter increment and seedling dry weight but non significant on root volume, ratio of the root crown and seed quality index. AmrulOptimal increase in rubber production should start with the selection of superior clones, use of quality seeds and good maintenance. This study aimed to determine the effect of dose on the growth of municipal waste compost seedling clones of rubber tree latex-rubber seedling growth and getting better. Research carried out for 4 months starting from October 2012 to January 2013 in UPT (Technical Implementation Unit), Experimental Farm Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau Pekanbaru. Research conducted experiments using a completely randomized design (CRD) which are arranged in factorial consisting of two factors: The first factor is the dose that consists of compost composting A1 = 30 g / polybag, composting A2 = 40 g / polybag, A3 composting = 50 g / polybag. Factor II is a rubber seed clones producing latex-timber comprising IRR K1 = 5, K2 = IRR 118. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan's test further with the New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the level of 5%. Parameters measured were seedling height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), trunk circumference (cm), seedling dry weight, root crown ratio, and seed quality index. The results showed that the combination treatment of compost 50 g / polybag (20 tons / ha) in clones of IRR 5 that can increase seedling height, number of leaves, stem circumference, seedling dry weight, crown root ratio and seed quality index.Item PRESENTED OF SELULOLYTIC MICROORGANISM AND THE NPK FERTILIZER TO INCREASE PRODUCTION OF ONION IN THE PEAT SOIL(2014-01-29) Gusmawartati; Wardati; SampoernoThe goal of this research is to know the effectiveness of Usage of the selulolytic microorganism and the anorganic fertilizer to increase the growth and production onion (Allium ascalonicum L) that planted in the peat soil. The research is held in the Peat soil on the Experimental statioan of Agriculture Faculty of Riau University , use the Block Random Design with three replication. The treatment that is given consist of two factors, the fisrt is usage of selulolytic microorganism (0 ml/plot, 10 ml/plot, 20 ml/plot) and the second is usage of NPK fertilizer (1, ½,1/3 recommanded dosage). The Parameter that studied is dry weight of plant 55 days after planted, the rapid of relative growth, the number of clove and the weight of wet tuber per plot. Data of the research will be analyze statistically and by analysist of variance and advanced test with DNMRT 5%. The result of this research showed that interaction between selulolytic moicroorganism and the NPK fertilizer increase the dry weight of plant 55 days after planted. Usage only selulolytic microorganism increase dry weight of plant 55 days after planted and the weight of wet tuber per plot whereas usage some dosages of the NPK fertilizer increase the dry weight of plant 55 days after planted and the rapid of relative growth, the best of usage of selulolytic microorganism is 10 ml/plot and the best of dosage of urea, TSP and KCL is 1/3 recommanded dosage that is 12,5 g urea/plot, 7,5 g TSP/plot dan 5 g KCl/plotItem Tinjauan Pemupukan Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) Type of fertilizer that is needed is that containing N, P, K, Ca and Mg. In the implementation fertilization should attention to 5 components, including the type of fertilizer used, fertilizer dose used, application timing, application method, quality fertilizer. This study aims to investigate the fertilizing palm oil on peatland resident of BangkoPusakoDistrict RokanHilir Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months, from January to March 2013 in the village of BangkoKanan and BangkoKiri of BangkoPusako District RokanHilir Regency on peatlands. This study uses a descriptive survey. The data collected in this study is secondary data and primary data as well as using random sampling techniques. The indicator studied were the origin seeds,transplanting seedlings, spacing of planting, arrangement midrib, weed control, fertilization and drainage. The results showed resident's palm oil production is still very low, which is 50 % below the average standard of palm oil production on peatlands issued by PPKS Medan. The low production of oil palm farmers caused by the incompatibility sample some technical aspects of oil palm cultivation by farmers, especially aspects of planting materials, planting and maintenance of oil palm plantations, especially in the aspect of fertilizers and fertilizing palm on peatlands are recommended according to the SOP.Item Uji Berbagai Dosis Kompos Lcc (Legum cover crop) Dengan Bioaktifator Orgadec Pada Pertumbuhan Bibit Okulasi Karet (Hevea brasiliensis)(2013-02-06) Indrasari, Dwi; Sampoerno; Khoiri,AmrulRubber is one of the plantation in Indonesia to support the country's economy, providing jobs, as a source of foreign exchange earnings and as a source of rubber farmers. The first step that must be done in order to prepare for the development of rubber cultivation is quality seeds. Growth of seedlings was obtained when the medium used has good quality in terms of physical, biological and chemical. One of the businesses that are growing medium that can fertilize seedlings with compost fertilizer LCC (Cover Crop Legumes). This research aims to examine the use of different doses of compost LCC and determine the appropriate dose for gum grafting seedling growth conducted in the Laboratory of Plant Experimental Farm Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau for 4 months, starting from January to April 2012. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 6 treatments and 3 replications. With the treatment that K0 (without compost), K1 (50 g / polybag), K2 (75 g / polybag), K3 (100 g / polybag), K4 (125 g / polybag) and K5 (150 g / polybag). From the research that has been done shows that administration of compost in nursery grafting LCC rubber grafting effect on shoot length, the number of leaves, shoot dry weight and ratio of crown root grafting. While in the bud grafting circumference added no effect. The research was conducted using completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 6 treatments and 4 replications, so the whole unit 24 unit trial. Each experimental unit contained 2 rubber seedlings an 1 of them as a sample, K0 : compost waste rubber chips 0 g/10 kg soil, K1 : compost waste rubber chips 25 g/10 kg soil, K2 :compost waste rubber chips 37.5 g/10 kg soil, K3 : compost waste rubber chips 50 g/10 kg soil, K4 : compost waste rubber chips 62.5 g/10 kg soil, K5 : compost waste rubber chips 75 g/10 kg soil. Forwarded to the various analytical results advanced Least Significanl Difference test (LSD) at 5% level. "Based on the research that has been done shows that administration of composted waste rubber chips rubber grafting on nursery effect on the length of bud grafting, number of leaves and dry weigtrt of seedlings grafting rubber. While the use of cornposted waste rubber chips rubber grafting in the nursery had no effect on girth increment bud grafting. Based on the research has been carried out indicafing the granting of a dose of fertilizer feces home crickets on oil palm seeds on the main nursery no major influential real against the growing of high seeds, number of leaves, the diameter of excrescence, heavy dried seeds, and the ratio of the editorial the roots of plants. Of research is thet exenting influence best is a dose of feces home crickets 100g/polybag. While the dose of fertilizer feces home crickets who is influential real there are on the parameter oil palm seeds the volume of the root.
