Item Budidaya Padi Sawah dengan Metode Sri di Desa Padang Mutung Kabupaten Kampar(2013-04-18) Nurbaiti; Tabrani, Gunawan; Zuhri, Elza; Ariani, ErlidaThis study aims to generate growth and good production for varieties grown with SRI methods in the village of Padang Mutung Kampar regency. Research conducted in the village of Padang Mutung Kampar regency. This Research take place during five months from January to May 2011. The experiment was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment of this research is Batang Gadis varieties are grown by conventional methods (VI) as a control, varieties of Inpari 6 Jete are grown with SRI methods (V2), Inpari 12 varieties are grown with SRI methods (V3) and Batang Gadis varieties grown by SRI method (V4). Data were analyzed using analysis of varience. To see the effect of treatment of control Dunnet test conducted at the level of 5%. Batang Gadis varieties grown with SRI methods of production of dry unhulled gained as much as 1035.33 g / plot (4.02 tonnes / ha) where the result is an increase of 19.05% compared with conventional methods Batang Gadis varieties.Item KARAKTERISASI DAN HUBUNGAN KEKERABATAN BEBERAPA GALUR SORGUM (SORGHUM BICOLOR,L) KOLEKSI BATAN(2014-01-23) Zuhry, Elza; Deviona; Nurbaiti; Siswanto, JokoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik agronomi tanaman sorgum dan mempelajari hubungan kekerabatannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau berlangsung dari bulan Juni 2012 sarryai dengan November 2012. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompoh(RA$; satu faktor yang terdiri dari 15 genotipe sorgum yang berasal dari koleksi BATAN (varietas Kawali, Mandau, Durra dan UPCA-SI, serta galur 8100, Bg5,Bg2,B83, 876, 875,872,869,890, CTY-33 danzH'30) dengan tiga ulangan. Pada peubah-peubah yang menghasilkan uji F nyata, dilalarkan uji nilai tengah Duncai's Nei Muttiple Range Tesr (DNMRT) taraf 5olo. Kemudian Ailanj*kan menggunakan analisis komponen utama dan analisis gerombol (ctuiter). Hasit penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis Komponen Utama dan Analisis Cluster, genotipe sorggm dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok. Kelompok I terdiri atas 13 galur/varietas (galur B-75, 8-69, B-72,CTy-i3, B-100, B-95, B-76, B-90, ZH-30, B-83, B-92 dm varietas UPCA 31,Durra), kelompok II terdiri atas I varietas yaitu Kawali, kelompok III terdiri atas 1varietas yaitu Mandau. Galur B-69 dan 8-76 memiliki tingkat kemiripan yang tertinggi dengan nilai jarak genetik sebesar 2.486.Item Pemilihan Kriteria Seleksi Untuk Perakitan Cabai (Capsicum annuum L) di Lahan Gambut(2014-02-18) Harry, Sugestiadi; Nurbaiti; DevionaThe objective of the research was to determine about information the choice of selection criteria on chile varieties assembly in peatland. The research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of 20 treatments with three replications. The treatment consisted of 20 genotypes of chili that is genotype C2, C120, C51, C111, C105, C117, C118, C157, C159, F5110005-91-13-5, F5110005-91-13-12, F8002005-2-9-12-1, C140, C5, C18, C19, C143, F512005-5-11-1, C145 and C160. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance, further test DNMRT at 5% level and Pearson’s correlation. Parameters observed were: the age of flower appearance, height dichotomous, plant height, stem diameter, canopy width, leaf length, leaf width, age of harvest, fruit length, fruit stalk length, fruit diameter, weight per fruit and weight of fruit per plant. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between the parameters of weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit stalk length, leaf width and leaf length to weight of fruit per plant.C143 is a genotype that has the highest value of weight per fruit. Genotype C111 has the highest value of fruit lenght and fruit stalk length. Genotype C51 has the highest value of leaf width and genotype F5110005-91-13-12 has the highest value of leaf length.Item PENDUGAAN KERAGAMAN GENETIK 2O GENOTIPE CABAI (CAPSICAM ANNAUM) DI LAHAN GAMBUT(2014-01-23) Deviona; Syukur, Muhamad; Nurbaiti; Zuhry, EllzaCabai merah (Capsicum annuum) merupakan komoditas sayuran unggulan nasional yang dibudidayakan secara komersil yang kebutuhannya terus meningkat seiring bertambahnya penduduk" Dalam meningkatkan produksinya terutama dilahan gambut dapat dilakukan seleksi dalam bidang pemuliaan tanaman. Sebelum menetapkan metode seleksi perlu diketahui berapa besar keragaman genetik. Keragaman genetik sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu proses seleksi dalam program pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keragaman genetik 20 genotipe cabai yang ditanam di lahan gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Lapangan Universitas Riau Rimbo Panjang, berlangsung mulai dari bulan Juni hingga Desember 2011. Penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri dari 20 genotipe IPB C2, IPB CL2A,IPBCSL, IPB CLL L,IPB C105, IPB CII7, IPB CL18, IPB C157,IPB C159, F511OOO5-9I-13-5,F5 1 I 0005-91 -13 -T2, F9002005-2-G-12-1, IPBC I 40, IPBC5, IPB C 1 G, IPB C 1 43,F512005-5-11-1, IPBC145 dan IPB C160 dengan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah waktu berbung4 umur panen, tinggi tanaman, tinggi dikotomus, diameter batang, lebar tajuk, panjang tangkai buah,panjang buah, diameter buah, bobot per buah, bobot buah per tanaman. Analisis data menggunakan uji F dan uji lanjut Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) taraf 5 %. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan keragaman genetik yang luas terdapat pada semua parameter yang diuji kecuali pada parameter umur berbunga dan umur panen yang memiliki keragaman genetik yang sempit, hal ini memberi peluang dalam pemilihan genotipe unggul atau perbaikan sifat karakter tanaman cabaiItem PENDUGAAN PARAMETER GENETIK BEBERAPA GALUR MUTAN SORGUM (SORGHAM BICOLOR L.) KOLEKSI BATAN(2014-01-23) Nurbaiti; Nurhidayah, Tengku; Zuhry, Elza; Deviona; Sugandi, RizalPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menduga keragaman genetik dan heritabilitas beberapa karakter agronomi galur-galur mutan sorgum koleksi BATAN. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau berlangsung dari bulan 2012 sampai dengan November 2012. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), satu faktor yang terdiri dari 15 genotipe sorgum yang berasal dari Koleksi BATAN (varietas Kawali, Mandau, Durra dan UPCA-SI, serta galw B100, 895, 892,B,83,P76,875,872,869, CTY-33 dan ZH-30) dengan tiga ulangan. Pada perubahanpeubahan yang menghasilkan uji F nyata, dilakukan uji nilai tengah Duncan's New Multiple Range Zesl (DNMRT) taraf 5%, kemudian dilanjutkan perhitungan nilai ragam genotipe (o'G), ragam fenotipe (o'P), koefisien keragaman genetik (KKG) dan nilai heritabilitas. Peubah memiliki nilai koefisien keragaman dengan kriteria yang luas ialah diameter batang. Peubah-peubah selain diameter batang memiliki nilai koefisien keragaman dengan kriteria yang sempit. Peubah yang memiliki nilai heritabilitas dalam arti luas yang tinggi ialah jurrrlah daun, diameter batang,tinggi tanaman, bobot biji per malai, jumlah biji per malai, panjang malai, hasil per plot. The formulation of the research is “is the application of Teams games Turnaments (TGT) cooperative learning can increase the ability of the fifth grade students at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah Kampar subdistrict”. The hypothesis of the research is: if it was applicated by using TGT cooperative learning so that can increase the ability of the fifth grade student at SDN 005 Bukit Ranah Kampar subdistrict. The teacher activity persentase in cycle I and II is 65, 63% became 81,26% rased 15,63%, beside that the increasing of students activity persentase at cycle I and II is 73,44% became 84,38% it rase 10,94%. Then the increasing of students ability from base score to cycle I is the mean score is 53 become 70, it rase 17 and the increasing students ability from cycle I to cycle II is the mean score 70 became 76 it rase 6. based on the result of the research can be conclude that the hypothesis is accepted.Item Pengaruh Giberelin Terhadap Perkembangan Biji Dan Komponen Hasil Tanaman Kedelai(2015-04-11) Rasyad, Aslim; Zuhry, Elza; NurbaitiThe objective of this experiment was to determine the response of several cultivars of soybean to gibberellins (GA3) application. Three soybean genotypes were grown in plots of 3,2 m x 3 m with planting rate of 15 plants per m2. The experiment were assigned in a split plot design with three replications, in which three rates of GA3 as main plot and genotypes as subplots. The rates of GA3 concentration were 125 ppm, 250 ppm and control, and applied to the plant at 21 days after planting. Ten pods were sampled every five days from randomly selected plants to observed seed dry weight. In addition we observed seed dry matter accumulation rate, effective filling period, grain yield m-2, and 100-seed weight. The change of seed dry weight were very slow until 20 days after anthesis (DAA), then, increased steadily until 40 DAA and reached physiological maturity at 50 DAA for all varieties. The pattern of seed development was different among cultivars but almost similar among the three GA3 concentrations exept for Grobogan, in which seed from plants sprayed by 250 ppm GA3 showed lower rate than 125 ppm and control. Dry matter accumulation rate of soybean cultivars sprayed by GA3 at a rate of 125 ppm increased for around 30% for Anjasmoro and Grobogan compare to control and 250 ppm. Grain yield tent to increase by spraying GA3 at 125 ppm mainly for Argomulyo and Wilis and decreased beyond the concentrationItem Pengaruh Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Padi Sawah (Oryza sativa l.) Varietas Batang Piaman Dengan Metode Sri Di Padang Marpoyan Pekanbaru(2013-01-23) Rahimi, Zuhdi; Zuhy,Elza; NurbaitiThis reseach aimed to investigate the effect is the best spacing on the growth and production of rice (Oryza sativa L.). This research was conducted in the fields of Parent Seed Horticulture at Jalan Kaharudin Nasution, Marpoyan Padang, Pekanbaru, held for 5 months, started in November 2011 until March 2012. The research was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment’s spacing (20 cm x 20 cm), B (20 cm x 25 cm), C (25 cm x 25 cm), D (25 cm x 30 cm) and E (30 cm x 30 cm). Then tested further by Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the level of 5%. Parameters measured were Plant Height (cm), number of nymphs Total (stem), number Malai per clump (strands), Productive Tillers Percentage (%), Harvest (days), number of seeds per Malai (seed), 1000 seed weight (g) and Dry Milled Rice Production per m2 (g). From the result of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of spacing of 30 cm x 30 cm on a variety of stem Piaman with SRI methods can increase the number of panicles per hill, accelerate the harvest, as well as increase the production of milled rice per m2. Production of paddy at a spacing of 30 cm x 30 cm increased yields as much as 31.64% compared with the results of DMRP on the spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm.Item Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata l.) Varietas No. 129 Pada Beberapa Dosis Batuan Fosfat di Medium Gambut(2013-01-10) Hasibuan, Rahmadhani; Nurbaiti; ArdianThis experiment aims to determine the best dose of rock phosphate for growth and yield of mungbean (Vigna radiata L.) varieties No. 129 in medium peat. The experiment was conducted in the Kutilang Sakti street, Panam, Pekanbaru which started from August to October 2011. This study is conducted experimentally using Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment given is without rock phosphate fertilizer , 50% of rock phosphate fertilizer dosage recommendation, 100% of the rock phosphate fertilizer dosage recommendation, 150% of the dose of phosphate rock and fertilizer recommendations 200% of the dose of rock phosphate fertilizer recommendations. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). When F count showed significant effect, then performed further tests Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the 5% level. The results obtained are rock phosphate fertilizer in peat soils affect the growth and yield of green beans. Rock phosphate fertilizer in peat medium gives a real difference on plant height, plant canopy dry weight, root dry weight of plants, the percentage of pithy pods and seed weight per plant. Best rock phosphate dosing in this study was 100% of the dosing recommendation is 0.372 g/polybag with a production of 3.88 g/plant.Item Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Tanaman Padi Sawah (Oryza sativa l.) Dengan Aplikasi Tinggi Muka Air Tanah Pada Tanah Inseptisol(2013-01-18) Khasanah, Vema Rohmawati; Nurbaiti; Zuhry,ElzaThe study aims to determine the growth and development of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) through several treatments of the highest high water table on soil inseptisol. Research using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments namely: (1) A = High of water level 5 cm above the soil surface, (2) B = High of water level parallel to the ground surface, (3) C = High of water level 5 cm below the soil surface, (4) D = High of water level 10 cm below the soil surface, (5) E = High of water level 15 cm below the soil surface, (6) F = High of water level 20 cm below the surface ground. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there are 18 experimental units. To find out treatment, test use DNMRT at 5% level. The results showed a high level of ground water level applications -15 cm can increase the rate of plant growth, net assimilation rate, plant dry weight, total number of tillers and the percentage of productive tillers. Highest percentage of productive tillers results obtained in the treatment of high ground water level is 89.33% -15 cm (29 stems).Item PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI BEBERAPA VARIETAS JAGUNG (Zeu mays. L) PADA BERBAGAI KADAR AIR TANAH KAPASITAS LAPANG SEBELUM FASE PEMBUNGAAN(2014-01-23) Zuhry, Elza; Nurbaiti; Kusuma, Novan ArigaTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kadar air tanah kapasitas lapang sebelum fase pembungaan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi beberapa vmietas jagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor I adalah kadar air tanah kapasitas lapang (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : 100% KATKL (Kl),75% KATKL (K2) dan 50oh KATKL (K3), Faktor II adalah Varietas (V) terdiri dari Varietas Arjuna (V1), Varietas Sukmaraga (V2), dan Varietas Lokal jagung Pulut (V3). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan DNMRT SYo.Parameter yang diamati adalah : tinggi tanaman, ratio tajuk akar, berat kering tanaman umur 4l HST, berat kering tanaman saat panene umur muncul bunga jantan, umur muncul bunga betina, berat tongkol tanpa kelobot, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol dan berat pipilan per tongkol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Arjuna dapat mempertahankan produksi dan kualitas biji walaupun mengalami kekurangan air sampai 50% KATKL pada fase vegetatif. Merril) Mutu Biji Pada Populasi Tanaman Kedelai(2013-08-27) Saragih, Ade Saputra; Rasyad,Aslim; NurbaitiThis study was intended to determine variability, genetic variance component, and heritability of several agronomic characters in a population consisting of eight soybean genotypes. A field experiment had been conducted in the experimental station of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from July 2012 to October 2012. The eight genotypes was planted in the field experiment and arranged in randomized block design with three replications. The genotypes were Malabar, Willis, Kipas Putih, KM-11 AB, KM-13 ED, KM-14 DD, KM-19 BE, and KM-25 EC. Traits observed were plant height, time to flowering,time to harvest, 100-grain weight, grain yield m-2, oil content and protein content in the seed. Result indicated significant genetic variability for plant height,time to harvest, 100-grain weight, grain yield m-2, oil content and protein content in the seed, but not for time to flowering, filled pod percentage, and seed weight per plant. Stroke requires a serious intervention since it can impact a physiological loss of body functions, such as the ability to communicate and think for the patients. Family empowerment is needed in patient’s recovery and to minimize disabilities. Literature revealed that more than 50% of patients with stroke require treatment as a partial and total care. Therefore, Family involvement is needed for patients’ daily living activities to assists the process of returning body functions as the impact of a stroke. This study was a qualitative study with phenomenological approach. The goal was to determine how the spiritual care delivered by the family at home. Data were collected through interviews with 7 participants, 6 people are Moslem and one person is Protestant. The criteria for the participants were family who caregiver stroke patient’s. The data have been recorded or collected will be analyzed qualitatively as follows reduction, display, conclusions, verification and validity. The results showed that the family has not been fully facilitated and support the spiritual care of stroke patients. Families need to be motivated to provide spiritual care for stroke patient at home, in order to help improve the quality of life of patients after stroke.Item Variabilitas dan Penentuan Kriteria Seleksi Sorgum (Sorghum bicolor l ) Koleksi Batan(2013-02-06) Situmorang, Yuni A.; Nurbaiti; DevionaThis study aims to determine the variability and patterns of correlate some character growth and production in determining the selection criteria BATAN sorghum collection. Research was conducted in the field of Faculty Agriculture, University of Riau from August 2011 to January 2012. The study was conducted using a randomized block design which consists of 15 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment using 4 varieties namely Kawali, Mandau, Durra and UPCA-S1 and 11 strains of the B-100, B-95, B-92, B-90, B-83, B-76, B-75, B-72, B-69, ZH-30 and CTY 33. Tthe research showed sorghum genotypes studied had considerable variability properties that have the potential to be developed as a source of raw material plant breeding. Characters observed in this study showed variability is controlled and regulated by the environment to the value of the genetic variance component was not different from zero (not significant). The characters are real and strongly correlated with the results that can be used as an alternative selection criteria namely grain weight / panicle, 1000 grain weight and plant height.Item Variabilitas Genetik Dan Heritabilitas Karakter Agronomis Beberapa Varietas dan Galur Sorgum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench)(2013-07-31) Sugandi, Rizal; Nurhidayah,Tengku; NurbaitiThis research aims to determine the genetic variabilities and heritabilities of agronomic characters of some varieties and strains of sorghum. Research has been conducted in the exprimental field of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from July 2011 to January 2012. The research used a randomized block design which consisted of 15 treatments and 3 replications. Treatments are 4 varieties namely Durra, UPCA-S1, Mandau and Kawali and 11 strains, B-100, B-95, B-92, B-90, B-83, B-76, B-75, B-72, B-69, ZH-30 and CTY 33. Result of the experiments indicated that plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, grain weight per panicle and 1000 grain weight had a narrow range genetic variability, meanwhile the diameter of the stem base and yield per plot were wide genetic variabilities. The plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, panicle lenght, number of grains per panicle, grain weight per panicle and 1000 grain weight show heritability values which are’t heritable, meanwhile the diameter of the stem base and yield per plot have a heriatbility values which are heritable.
