    HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KADER POSYANDU

    This research had a purpose to identify the correlation of the family support on work motivasion kader Posyandu in South Tangkerang. It used the descriptive correlation method by cross sectional approach. The total of samples was 68 kader in South Tangkerang that were gotten by total sampling. The instrument used was questionnaire with 21 questions. Then, it was analyzed by using bivariat analysis by Chi Square trial. Result of research obtained that there is a correlation between family support on work motivation kader in South Tangkerang (p value 0,026). ). The research obtained kader Posyandu which high family support were 57,4% (39 kader) and were 42,6% (29 kader) which low family support. And then for work high work motivation kader Posyandu were 61,8 (42 kader) and were 38,2% (26 kader) which low work motivation.This results of this study is expexted to be one intervention to improve work motivation kader Posyandu.
