    PERAN UNI EROPA UNTUK MENGUPAYAKAN FORESTRY LAW ENFORCEMENT, GOVERNANCE, AND TRADE (FLEGT) DALAM KERANGKA KERJASAMA COUNTRY STRATEGY PAPER (CSP)

    This research explains about EU policies dealing with problems of law enforcement in the forestry sector related to the problem of illegal logging, timber trade and governance that occurred in Indonesia in the framework of development cooperation CSP (Country Strategy Paper) 2002. The problem of illegal forest descruction, the illegal timber trade, as well as any act of corruption by the parties who are not responsible enough to have a serious impact for foreign exchange income countries, in addition to the enviromental descruction of ecosystems for the forest in Indonesia.In this problem,judging from the EU roleto assisi Indonesia in terms of both technical and grant to restructure the subject of governance in the forestry sector. Thus, the analysis of this research explain is to answer on the dominant role in some implementations the EU FLEGT policy solely to satisfy its national interest
