Abstract

Labor discipline is a tool used managers to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change behavior as well as an effort to raise awareness and willingness of a person to obey all company rules and social norms that apply In an organization, discipline is something beneficial, both for the benefit of the organization and for its employees. For the organization of the work discipline will ensure the maintenance of order and the smooth implementation of the task, in order to obtain optimal results. As for the employees will get a pleasant working atmosphere that will add to the spirit of his job. People who are disciplined in general have a high level of discipline, both in terms of work and in other activities. A successful organization is an organization that is consistent in executing a strategy, in which the role of HR and the level of discipline important factors determining the success of the organization is the human resources (HR) owned.
