Abstract
This
study aims to determine the relationship with the performance of work discipline
kindergarten teacher sekecamatan Kateman Inhil. School year 2012/2013. Subjects
studied were teachers kindergarten in the District Kateman Inhil are 32 people. data
collection instruments such as questionnaires labordiscipline and peer assessment
sheets. In analyzing the data, descriptive analysistechniques used. Based on the
analysis of the data obtained that the performance of the teachers included in the
category that is equal to 79.94% enough and disciplined enough work in the category
of teachers that is equal to 80.83%. Results of work discipline relationship with the
performance of nursery-school teacher sekecamatan Kateman Inhil by 15%.
