Abstract
The study was conducted in PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk in order to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, motivation, and leadership on employee performance. Population were all employees of the company, amounting to 90 people in the various work sites. How is the census method of sample selection, where the entire population were sampled. The variables used in this research is organizational commitment, motivation, and leadership as an independent variable, while the employee's performance becomes the dependent variable in the study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.
The research concludes that organizational commitment, motivation and a positive and significant leadership partially on employee performance. The most powerful influence is given by the variable of organizational commitment.
Recommendations are given to the management of the company is to encourage the improvement of the working conditions of employees and can always pay attention and improve performance factors that build employee.
