Abstract
This study aims to invest1qate the performance of employee and public health services and the
relationship with the employee's performance on public health services at Puskesmas Rumbio Jaya.
The populat ion in this study were all employees of Puskesmas Rumbio Jaya (heaG1eader Puskesmas.
Chief of Administration Puskesma,, administrative employee Puskesmas, employee Puskesmas) as
well as people who need health services at Puskesmas Rumbio Java. To facilitate the carrv1n(1 out of
researcr. techniques for the determination of employee Puskesmasrespondents usinq census
techniques that all employee health clinic (32) and as manv as 45 communities as respondents. The
results showed a positive relationship between the performance of employees with public health
serv1ces at PuskesmasRumbio Jay a. The better performance of employee,, the better the public health
serv1ces at PuskesmasRumbio Jaya.
