Item ADSORPSI LOGAM Fe DENGAN ZEOLIT 4A YANG DISINTESIS DARI FLY ASH SAWIT(2012-10-24) Aima, Siti; Zahrina Ida; ZultiniarFe is one of the heavy metals that are harmful if levels exceed the thres hold. This material is often found in waste output streams, both industrial waste and house hold waste. The presence of iron in the water is a thing to watch out for and be considered because of its toxic if it enters in to the human body. To reduce the concentration of these metals Fe, an alternative that can be used is by adsorption process using zeolite 4A synthesized from fly ash of oil palm. The method used in the Fe metal adsorption process is a batch method. This study begins with the equilibrium curve to determine the optimum contact time. Analysis of adsorption results performed by AAS. The parameters used in this study is the initial concentration of 100 ppm, the stirring speed of 150 rpm, a dose of 1 gram of zeolite 4A, the variation in pH of the solution (4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) and temperature (30, 40, 50, 60 and 70°C). Results showed that the time to achieve the equilibrium state for 4 hours, with the highest percentage of adsorbed Fe is 98.0% of 100 ppm metal Fe(II) is used, the optimum operating conditionsare at pH 6 and room temperature (≈ 30oC).Item ADSORPSI ZAT WARNA METHYLENE BLUE MENGGUNAKAN ABU TERBANG BATU BARA (FLY ASH) DENGAN VARIASI UKURAN ADSORBEN DAN KECEPATAN PENGADUKAN(2015-12-12) Putra, F. P.; Aman; DrastinawatiUse of Methylene Blue as a main ingredient in the dye becomes a problem for environmental pollution. It also occurs in the use of coal as fuel is increasing linearly who will be directly proportional to the fly ash waste generated. This study aims to determine the optimum conditions of adsorbent size and the speed of stirring. Adsorption of Methylene Blue performed by mixing with coal fly ash on the condition of adsorbent size (> 100 and 100- 200) mesh and stirring speed (160, 180, 200, 220 and 240) rpm. Adsorption results were analyzed by using a spectrophotometer, the optimum conditions obtained capacities variation of fly ash on the adsorbent is 100-200 mesh size and the optimum conditions capacities fly ash at variable speed is 180 rpm. Adsorption shows a decrease in the power jerap fly ash Methylene Blue dye from the initial 10 mg / g adsorbent to 0.666 mg / g of adsorbent.Item AKADEMI INDUSTRI KREATIF BIDANG PERFILMAN DI PEKANBARU(2015-12-12) Fitriah, Dini; A Ratna; S. Film academy must be able to potray an institution that leading user to think creatively or producing a brilliant ideas.This potray can be expressed through the building even interior to show the fantasy or imagination. Fasade at the film academy building will be designed to be able to provide a potray of creativity spirit for students. In addition the design film academy also have a practice facility in accordance with film activities with academic atmosphere. Film academy can be embodied with postmodern architecture style. Postmodern architecture emerged as a reaction to reject the demands of modern building to reflected as a unity. Building of film academy tried to show and display the conflicting styles, shapes, and patterns. The architecture design method that used in film academy consists of, first representative method, second hybrid, or both and which applied to the architecture elements. This method is taken from Klotz and Venturi’s Theory. From the theory and method that have used in the design the conclusion is the potray of design film academy can be displayed with fictional representative and academic facility designed to applied a postmodern characters in architectural elements.Item ANALISA FAKTOR UMUR PAVING BLOCK(2013-04-22) Herman; Kurniawandy Alex; ErmiyatiPaving block widely used in constructions, such as pavement, residential street, parking lot and many others. Easiness of installation, low cost maintenance, and beautiful aspect of it leads to more people prefer to use it, there are no set of standards to predict approximate age of paving block making it difficult for developer, contractor and owner to determine the compressive strength if it is not tested at age 28 days (more or less 28 days). Therefore, author conducted a study to test the compressive strength of paving block at age, 3,7,14,21,28,56, and 91 days, from this study we could know age factors value of amplify strength of paving block based on the increasing of paving block age. The study was conducted at “PT. Multi Guna Jaya Murah” with mixed composition obtained from proctor tests which conducted at “Laboratorium Teknologi Bahan Universitas Riau” the result of age factors value for paving blocks at age 3,7,14,21,28,56, and 91in sequences are 0 ,757; 0,837; 0,949; 0,986; 1.000; ,1,013; and 1,065 different with age factors value of a concrete are 0,400; 0,650; 0,880; 0,950; 1,000; 1,20; and 1,30.Item ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM KESELAMATAN BANGUNAN TERHADAP BAHAYA KEBAKARAN (Studi Kasus Gedung Surya Dumai Group dan Bank Tabungan Negara Kota Pekanbaru)(2013-07-16) Safriandi; Trikomara Rian; Sebayang MardaniFires can occur anytime and anywhere. No workplace can be guaranteed to be free of risk (immune) from fire hazards. Fires in the workplace can bring many consequences which adversely affects both parties nagi employers, workforce and wider community. The impact of fire incidents in the workplace can lead to loss of life, loss of material, loss of jobs and alain indirect losses, especially if there is a fire on the vital objects can impact more broadly. Consequently picture above is a very valuable lesson for the board of supervision K3 especially in the field of fire prevention. At the end of this task is to identify availability and spesific existing fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group Pekanbaru City and State Savings Bank (BTN) Pekanbaru. Components were identified, namely completeness footprint, the means of salvation, active protection system and passive protection system. Reliability assessment system for fire safety of buildings is done by check-list method using direct survey of the building. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings Surya Dumai Group with 22,19% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 15.32%, 19.79% active protection system and passive protection system 21.74%. The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group as a whole is "Enough" with a percentage of 79.04%. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings Savings Bank Negara (BTN) Pekanbaru with 20.89% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 18.25%, 15.80% active protection system and 19.19% passive protection system.The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group as a whole is "Enough" with a percentage of 74.13%.Item ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM PROTEKSI KEBAKARAN PADA GEDUNG (Studi Kasus Gedung Kantor Gubernur Riau Kota Pekanbaru)(2013-07-11) Ramadhani, Eko Aprilla; Trikomora RianLocation geographically Riau Province has a very promising business opportunities, it is in because of its strategic position in other provinces on the island of Sumatra. One indicator of the development of a city is the existence of infrastructure, it can be seen in the growing city of Pekanbaru to the construction of high-rise buildings, one of which is the pride of building architectural masterpiece Riau Province, The governor's office building of the Riau provincial . Is Riau Province Governor's office building has a fire protection system reliability level is good and decent in their placement based on state laws? At the end of this task is to identify the availability and suitability of existing fire protection systems in buildings Riau Province Governor's office. Components were identified, namely completeness footprint, the means of salvation, active protection system and passive protection system. The method used in this study is an observational method, this research measure in the form of a feasibility assessment of building fire protection system with check-list method using direct survey of the building. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) at the Governor's office building Riau Province with 23.75% tread completeness assessment, safety vehicle system is 14.60%, active protection system is 21.05 % and passive protection system 24.34%. The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings overall provincial governor's office is Good with a percentage of 84.19%.Item ANALISA PERENCANAAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU BETON SIAP PAKAI (READY MIX) PADA PT. RIAU SARANA BETON PEKANBARU(2015-12-11) R, Tessa Rahmita; Taufik HendraInventory planning of raw material ready mix concrete is an activity to plan the amount of raw material needs at a particular time of the production process of ready mix concrete. The purpose of this study is to plan raw material requirement and cost of supplies ready mix concrete at the PT. Riau Sarana Beton in 2013 through 2017. The initial steps to plan for supplies of raw materials are analyzed with the SPSS forecasting. After it carried inventory planning of raw materials by using the Q method and the P method. As a research results obtained in each year forecasting that ready mix concrete demand is constantly increasing. In planning the amount of raw material ready mix concrete in 2013 through 2017 is for a number of 129.532.183 kg of Semen Padang, a number of 240.943 m3 of gravel and sand a number of 225.297 m3, so we get the raw material inventory costs are minimal by using Q amounting to Rp 297,737,361,050.Item ANALISA PERTUMBUHAN KOTA DAN PERUBAHAN FUNGSI LAHAN DI KELURAHAN SIDOMULYO BARAT, PEKANBARU(2012-10-29) Gustiawan, Afdi; Trikomara Rian; Fauzi ManyukPhysical development of urban areas need to be carefully planned, to maintain balance in the pattern of spatial development of an area. Optimization of spatial patterns and considering the potential and capability of an area can make the city will be able to grow and develop rapidly and may reduce the bad impact of development. The purpose of this research is to examine the growth rate of urban and land use changes on West Sidomulyo Village, Tampan district, Pekanbaru, Using Pedoman Perencanaan Lingkungan Pemukiman Kota, P.U and then compare the results with the urban spatial plan of Pekanbaru 2006, Building Permit Data from City Planning Service of Pekanbaru and population data of West Sidomulyo from 2006 to 2010. The result indicate that Base Coverage in the West Sidomulyo still much to deviate from urban spatial plan of Pekanbaru 2006. Every year, 45% of building have Base Coverage that do not fit with the Base Coverage permit. For the Floor Area Ratio and tall of building overall suitable with the spatial plan of Pekanbaru. For the number of public facilities and social facilities on the West Sidomulyo from 2006-2010 overall been able to serve the needs of the entire population on the area.Item ANALISA TINGKAT KERUSAKAN DAN ESTIMASI BIAYA PERBAIKAN BANGUNAN GEDUNG SEKOLAH (Studi Kasus SDN 006 Jalan Cempedak, SDN 021/022 Jalan Mujair Raya dan SDN 013 Jalan Bambu Kuning Pekanbaru)(2012-11-28) Riana, Ade; Iriana Rian TrikomaraSchool as one of the physical building having important role to supporting its consumer activities. Lack of conservancy activity resulting negative impact, that is less productivity of activities executed by users. So that, need the estimate of maintance building cost. Estimate of repair conservancy cost must be accurate and precisely on target because basically estimate is very important in construction management. So that, need doing analyse comparison using some method in approximate estimate which accurate as guidance. Persuant to analyse results using methods in approximate estimate, damage percentage what is obtained for Elementary School 0f 006 is 0,97%; Elementary School of 021/022 is 2,21%; and Elementary School of 013 is 6,12%. While repairing cost is needed for each Elementary School is Rp. 18.195.000 ; Rp.77.930.00 ; Rp. 174.545.000. And repairing cost that must be provided by government for 2012 each Elementary School is Rp. 37.569.000 ; Rp. 73.399.000 ; Rp. 57.049.000 which each Elementary School using method persuant to ceiling price per square metre by Public Work of Departement. But condition of three building still be categorized as light damage.Item ANALISIS EFEKTIFITAS ZONA SELAMAT SEKOLAH (ZoSS) DI SEKOLAH DASAR KOTA PEKANBARU(2013-02-11) Wahyuni, Sri; Alwinda YosiMany schools in a large city located on the edge of the highway, with many vehicles are driving at high speed. In these circumstances it is very dangerous for school children. In response, the government implemented a program like Safety School Zone to anticipate the movement of school children who are spontaneous and unpredictable and trigger traffic accidents. The approach taken with analyze the effectiveness ZoSS, by the research at five public elementary school in Pekanbaru ZoSS already installed. The analysis was done by observing pedestrian behavior, the behavior of the introduction, the speed of a passing vehicle in ZoSS, the volume of vehicles, and the condition of complete facilities ZoSS then analyzed with reference to the guidelines issued by Safety School Zone General Directorate of Land Transportation Decree No. 3236/AJ403/DRJD/2006 and MKJI 1997. The results showed that the complete facilities ZoSS with vary in dimension, signs, and markings, some facilities are installed ZoSS different guidelines. The instantaneous speed, average speed and location of vehicles before ZoSS relatively lower speed, but larger than the maximum speed limit (20 km/h) which allowed the average speed in ZoSS for motorcycles is 32,19 km/h and light vehicles is 26,74 km/h, so it has not been effective. For the characteristics of pedestrian behavior on average 64,57% of the students had positive attitude and behavior of 78,78% introductory students have positive attitude, but it is not effective because there are not positive or do not behave in accordance with the guidelines ZoSS. For questionnaires on average 65,14% of respondents said mounting ZoSS less effective. For the level of service is still steady flow category (V/C <0,75), and below the threshold set MKJI 1997 (V/C <0,8).Item ANALISIS HUJAN ALIRAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL IHACRES (Studi Kasus DAS Indragiri)(2013-07-16) Wibowo, Ryan Ardhi; Suprayogi Imam; Handayani Yohanna LilisHydrological phenomena are very complex and difficult to be understood completely, so it needs a simplification in the form of model. IHACRES model is one of the well known rainfall-runoff model that have been successful in investigating the hydrological response of the various watersheds around the world. The existence of this success, it is necessary to research the reliability of the IHACRES model in Indonesia, namely in the Indragiri watershed. This model is calibrated, verified and simulated based on discharge data recording at Lubuk Ambacang station for 10 years (1995-2004) and then validated against discharge data at Pulau Berhalo station. This research was conducted by varying the length of data is grouped into scheme 1 until scheme 8. The research results show that the best scheme in calibration phase is scheme 3 (3 years calibration) with R2 value of 0,8140, while the verification phase, the best scheme is scheme 6 (6 years calibration) with R2 value of 0,5508. In the validation phase using the data in Pulau Berhalo station, scheme 7 (7 years calibration) showed better performance than scheme 3 and scheme 6 with R2 value 0.361 and bias 17.155 mm/year. Overall, the results of this research provide understanding that the success obtained in the calibration phase does not guarantee the success at verification phase.Item ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN RUMAH LAYAK HUNI DI KELURAHAN PASIR PENGARAIAN KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU(2013-01-09) Putri, Mayesti Eka; I Trikomara Rian; Sebayang MardaniHouses are buildings that serve as home / shelter and means of family development. Houses are not only necessity of life but much more than that. Each region has the same residential problem in which the number of livable housing does not match the rate of population growth. Similar thing happened in Rokan Hulu particularly in Pasir Pengaraian Village where the center of government is located. This study entitled an Analysis of Livable Housing Necessities in Pasir Pengaraian Village, Rokan Hulu Regency. The aim of this study is to determine the necessities of livable housing in Pasir Pengaraian Village, divided into 6 regions, namely Lingkungan Kota, Tanjung Harapan, Tanjung Belanti, Lenggopan, Kampung Bukit and Kampung Bukit Indah. Definition of uninhabitable houses is those contain more than 50% damage. In this study, respondents acted as Sample are 321 respondents. Data obtained from distribution of questionnaires will then be analyzed using SPSS Statistic 17.0. After questionnaires are distributed to Samples, it turns out the needs of houses in Pasir Pengaraian Village are 503 units and the needs of proper houses are 87 units. To build those houses, a total of Rp.3.480.000.000 is needed, with budget cost per unit is Rp.40.000.000 in detail.Item ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMI PEMBANGUNAN EMBUNG BAJUL DI KABUPATEN BULELENG PROVINSI BALI(2012-11-19) Maigusriani, Eka; I Trikomara Rian; Fauzi ManyukBuleleng is one of the disctrict in Bali province which is there are potential agricultural but have not managed properly due to lack of water for irrigation, especially in the dry season. With the construction of Embung Bajul, is expected to improve the water needs for clean water and irrigation for agricultural potential can be developed and managed properly. Embung construction costs are very large, so it needs to be reviewed if the benefits and the income generated is proportional to the costs and losses incurred. The final goal of this study is to conduct Economic Feasibility Analysis Embung Bajul in Buleleng disctrict of Bali Province. This study examines whether or not of Embung Bajul built on the economic analysis, to produce a recommendation to the parties concerned. This study uses economic analysis with indicators of Net Present Value (NPV) of the current benefits and costs, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), BEP (Break Even Point) and sensitivity analysis while the result of a calculation in this study using the approximate estimate. The Investment cost in this reseach which was calculated by using approximate estimate is Rp. 6,034,780,624.75, by using 8% interest, the NPV become Rp. 2,222,713,008.98, IRR become 11.32%, and BEP become 19.39 years, and analysis of sensitivity investment (Rp 5,806 B - Rp. 11,066 B), the income (Rp 11,458 B – Rp 6,199 B), the outcome (Rp 3,648 B - Rp 8,908 B), and interest sensitivity (8% - 11.32%), in conclusion based on feasibility analysis of investment above shown that the investment is suitable to be advanced.Item ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMI PEMBANGUNAN WADUK KEUREUTO DI KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA PROVINSINANGROE ACEH DARUSALAM(2013-01-31) Melati, Ritma; I Trikomara Rian; Fauzi ManyukIn Nangroe Aceh Darussalam province, there is a river having great potential namely Kreung Keureuto river which is located in Paya Bakong subdistrict, North Aceh District. The building of Keureuto reservoir is used for irrigation, clean water source, and power plant. The building of Keureuto reservoir costs a lot, so it needs to be reviewed if the benefits and the income generated are proportional to the costs and losses incurred. The ultimate goal of this research is to conduct Economic Feasibility Analysis of Keureuto reservoir in North Aceh regency, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam. This study analyzes the cost of Keureuto dam construction, revenues from the use of Keureuto reservoir and economic feasibility analysis by the method of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP), and sensitivity analysis so it will be known whether the building of Keureuto reservoir is feasible or not. The results of this study can provide a recommendation to the concerned parties. The results of investment calculation in this research is Rp. 810,910,057,196.98, with interest rate of 10%, obtained NPV Rp. 131,894,993,009.88, IRR = 11.50%, and the value of BEP = 27.7 years and a sensitivity analysis of investment (Rp 0,773 T - Rp. 1,420 T), revenue (Rp 1,147 T - Rp 1,018 T), spending (Rp 0,371 T - Rp 1,018 T), and the sensitivity of the interest rate (10% - 11,50%). With the results of investment feasibility analysis described above, all the parameters indicate the investment is appropriate for the continuation.Item ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMI PEMBIAYAAN AIR BERSIH KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR(2013-07-08) Aulia, Dedek; Komara Rian TriIndragiri Hilir regency is one from 11 regencies in Riau province. The region broad of Indragiri Hilir regency is about 11.605,97Km2 which most of the facility and infrastructure are still limited. Due to this condition, Indragiri Hilir regency's government determined to complete, add and repair everything become having good infrastructure with good qualities such as street, market, school, hospital religious building, drainage and pure water. This research investigated either proper or not the PDAM investment project based on economic analysis so that it would be resulted a recommendation to the related institution. Indicators of proper investment were NPV, BCR, IRR, BEP and sensitivity analysis Calculation result of investment cost in this research which used method of approximate approach was Rp 59.310.429.780,00. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings C Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau with 43.40% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 58.40%, 7.20% active protection system and passive protection system is 36.00%, the level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings C Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau as a whole is LESS with a percentage of 36.54%, to be of good report or re-procurement of the necessary active protection system as well as the complete component - the component that is not yet complete, and done a survey, repairs and maintenance of the fire protection system componentsperiodicallyItem ANALISIS KEMAMPU LAYANAN STRUKTUR KOLOM BETON TERHADAP BEBAN MONOTONIK KONSENTRIK(2013-06-10) Andri; Djauhari Zulfikar; Yuniarto EnnoThe studies in depth and ability to satisfy the characteristics of the concrete structure service is only focused on structural beams and plates, while the discussion of the ability of our services to the column is still not satisfactorily addressed so that these characteristics are often overlooked by practitioners. This study aims to determine the services ability to respond instantly column uniaxial load with depth parameter column cracked section. This parameter modeling of short columns with concentric load measuring 300 mm x 300 mm which is calculated through the mechanism of force balance internal and external columns and torque balance internal and external columns. External loads is given in stages to the nominal capacity of the column. From the results of calculations, the depth of cracked section 219.2798 mm column height of 300 mm cross-section at zero load, crack depth decreases with increasing load given discrete with a small reduction in the level, and the maximum load limit is the value of a nominal capacity of column 2.380 kN to a depth of cracks approaching 219.2774 mm.Item ANALISIS KINERJA SIMPANG BERSINYAL PADA PERSIMPANGAN (TIGA LENGAN) JALAN SM AMIN-JALAN HR SOEBRANTAS DI KOTA PEKANBARU(2013-07-11) Tianer, Sefry Putera; Alwinda YosiThe intersection at SM Amin and HR Soebrantas road is represent intersection that use signals. A lot of conflict had been created at this intersection as a result by vehicle movement that pass over the intersection and in great numbers of the public transport that stopped there to get and drop may raise the side friction, so that decrease the road capacity, queue length and traffic delay increase so that cause a complex traffic problem. The data that result of traffic volume and signal time survei had been calculated and analyzed in order to get capacity, degree of saturation, queue length, and delay that created at the intersection SM Amin and HR Soebrantas road in condition.The traffic volume reach the maxsimum hourly rate at 957 vph that happen at direction HW St (HR Soebrantas West Straight), with capacity = 931 pcph, degree of saturation = 1,003 , queue lenght = 258 m, average branch delay = 80,30 sec/pc and the level of service F. The intersection at SM Amin and HR Soebrantas road capacity can not accommodate traffic volume to past away.Item ANALISIS LINK BUDGET UNTUK KONEKSI RADIO WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK ANTARA UNIVERSITAS RIAU PANAM DAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU GOBAH(2013-04-09) Fadilah, Rama; Febrizal; AnharCurrently, the connection between the Panam Riau University and the Gobah Riau University only use Fiber Optic (FO) in data communications, and then there is need for other communication that serves as a backup connection if one day communication fiber optic can not be operated. Analysis of Link Budget is expected to be a reference as a first step in planning the WLAN radio between the Panam Riau University and the Gobah Riau University. In this Research, will compare the result of Link Budget calculations for 2,4 GHz WLAN radio connection between the method of computation used Radio Mobile software version 9.5.0 with a theoretical calculation method. While the structure of the system that may be used by RSNI3 03-1726-201X is a dual system Special Momen Resisting Frame with special reinforced concrete shear wall. Under each of these systems base shear force result of earthquake loads of RSNI3 03-1726-201X increased by 27.85% compared to SNI 03-1726-2002. Total drift by the earthquake load of RSNI3 03-1726-201X increased by 34.94% in the X direction and 32.85% in the Y direction of the total drift of SNI 03-1726-2002. Overall structure can resist load combination of SNI 03-1726-2002 however, the structure could not resist load combination of RSNI3 03-1726-201X it looks a structural component experiencing overstress.
