ROHUL PROVINSI RIAU(2013-07-17) Leonard M, BennyThis study aims to analyze the implementation of employee compensation cases the production at PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kabun Kalianta Dua Kab. Rohul Provinsi Riau. This research analyzes the data using a kuantitaif approach. These studies are expected benefit to the University Library researcher and Riau, for other researchers. Based on the research results obtained by the employee against the grant of compensatory responses that include wages/salary, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits. As for the conclusion that the implementation of compensation on employee production at PT. Padasa Six Main Districts of sub Rohul variable wages/salary, cash bonus, incentives and allowances employees judged already. However to retain employees and increased performance of the employees of the company should further improve again awarding compensation. With the grant of compensation on the maksimalan karryawan the company should pay attention to the issue of compensation given to the better. If a given company's motivation to employees is not good with the will of the employees it could result to employee performance to decline. To improve the performance of The company's employees should pay more attention to what factors caused the decline in the performance of employees in the company and by the positive impact of awarding compensation to the performance of the employees of the company should look back on the amount of compensation given to employees of the company by providing a base salary and bonus are worth more.Item Pelaksanaan Pemberian Kompensasi Karyawan PT. Meanwhile, if the compensation decrease then the activity of employees will also decrease and will impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the compensation of employees at PT. Arung Global Areamas Dumai. The research was conducted at PT. Arung Global Areamas Dumai engaged in the transportation of fuel oil. The reasons for choosing PT. Arung Global Areamas Dumai, because based on initial observations there are many complaints from employees relating to the compensation provided by the company. Populations are all employees of PT. Arung Global Areamas Dumai totaling 32 people. Determination of the number of samples using the census, to analyze data using descriptive methods and interpret the distribution in the form of tables and linked to the basic theory that closely connected with the problem. Based on respondents answers to the implementation of the compensation at PT. Arung Global Areamas. The implementation were categorized less good because of the six factors examined only three factors that have been implemented well in the company that is a bonus, cooperation and the working environment. While the bonus factor, factor rewards and indirect compensation has not been implemented by the company. Dominant factor in the implementation of compensation for employees in PT. Global whitewater Areamas based on the respondents are cooperative and work environment. It can be concluded that in the implementation of the compensation can be run with both the payroll system implementation, reward systems, labor cooperation and the environment and need to be well maintained and improved.
