Item ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM KESELAMATAN BANGUNAN TERHADAP BAHAYA KEBAKARAN (Studi Kasus Gedung Surya Dumai Group dan Bank Tabungan Negara Kota Pekanbaru)(2013-07-16) Safriandi; Trikomara Rian; Sebayang MardaniFires can occur anytime and anywhere. No workplace can be guaranteed to be free of risk (immune) from fire hazards. Fires in the workplace can bring many consequences which adversely affects both parties nagi employers, workforce and wider community. The impact of fire incidents in the workplace can lead to loss of life, loss of material, loss of jobs and alain indirect losses, especially if there is a fire on the vital objects can impact more broadly. Consequently picture above is a very valuable lesson for the board of supervision K3 especially in the field of fire prevention. At the end of this task is to identify availability and spesific existing fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group Pekanbaru City and State Savings Bank (BTN) Pekanbaru. Components were identified, namely completeness footprint, the means of salvation, active protection system and passive protection system. Reliability assessment system for fire safety of buildings is done by check-list method using direct survey of the building. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings Surya Dumai Group with 22,19% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 15.32%, 19.79% active protection system and passive protection system 21.74%. The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group as a whole is "Enough" with a percentage of 79.04%. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings Savings Bank Negara (BTN) Pekanbaru with 20.89% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 18.25%, 15.80% active protection system and 19.19% passive protection system. The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings Surya Dumai Group as a whole is "Enough" with a percentage of 74.13%.Item ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM PROTEKSI KEBAKARAN PADA GEDUNG (Studi Kasus Gedung Kantor Gubernur Riau Kota Pekanbaru)(2013-07-11) Ramadhani, Eko Aprilla; Trikomora RianLocation geographically Riau Province has a very promising business opportunities, it is in because of its strategic position in other provinces on the island of Sumatra. One indicator of the development of a city is the existence of infrastructure, it can be seen in the growing city of Pekanbaru to the construction of high-rise buildings, one of which is the pride of building architectural masterpiece Riau Province, The governor's office building of the Riau provincial . Is Riau Province Governor's office building has a fire protection system reliability level is good and decent in their placement based on state laws? At the end of this task is to identify the availability and suitability of existing fire protection systems in buildings Riau Province Governor's office. Components were identified, namely completeness footprint, the means of salvation, active protection system and passive protection system. The method used in this study is an observational method, this research measure in the form of a feasibility assessment of building fire protection system with check-list method using direct survey of the building. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) at the Governor's office building Riau Province with 23.75% tread completeness assessment, safety vehicle system is 14.60%, active protection system is 21.05 % and passive protection system 24.34%. The level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings overall provincial governor's office is Good with a percentage of 84.19%.Item Analisis Kelayakan Fire Safety Management ( FSM ) Pada Bangunan Gedung C Fakultas Teknik Universitas Riau(2013-07-03) Fajri, Akbar SamIn Law. 28 of 2002 Referring to the PU No. Kepmeneg. 11/KPTS/2000 requires for each building with a floor area (total) minimum altitude of 5,000 m2 or more than 8 floors as well as the number of occupancy of 500 people arerequiredto implement safety management Fire. The extent of the fire protectionsystem completeness building. Therefore need to assess the feasibility of fireprotection systems in buildings C Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau. The method used is descriptive analysis by conducting field studies on several types of buildings based analysis functions to the level of risk to hazards fire safety. At this study conducted a qualitative data collection using observation sheet with check-list method. The results in the form of value system reliability against fire safety of buildings (NKSKB) in buildings C Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau with 43.40% tread completeness assessment, system safety means 58.40%, 7.20% active protection system and passive protection system is 36.00%, the level of reliability of fire protection systems in buildings C Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau as a whole is LESS with a percentage of 36.54%, to be of good report or re-procurement of the necessary active protection system as well as the complete component - the component that is not yet complete, and done a survey, repairs and maintenance of the fire protection system componentsperiodically
