    Perbedaan Tingkat Kinerja Mengajar Guru Yang Sudah Disertifikasi Dengan Yangbelum Disertifikasi Di Sma Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis

    This research was conducted at SMA 1 Bukit Batu and SMA 2 Bukit Batu which is located in Bukit Batu Subdistrict Bengkalis. The main focus of this research was to find out differentiation levelof teachers’ performance whose sertificated and whose not at Senior High School level of Bukit Batu Subdistrict Bengkalis Regency. The data collection technique of this research was used questionnaire which is given to Headmaster where the teacher take place. The data collection tabulated and analyze by using T- test. Based on the result of data processing indicate average score for each teacher, the score for sertificated teacher is 88.85, whereas the score for unsertificated teacher is 79.15, based on the result of this research T0 is higher than Ttable, then, H0 hyphotesis is rejected and Ha hypothesis is accepted, there is differentiation level of teachers’ performance whose sertificated and whose unsertificated. According to appendix 5, T0 is -2.497, whereas Ttable is -2.040. T0 (-2.497) is higher than Ttable (-2-040), with sig (2-tailed) = 0.018, with the result there is differentiation level of teachers’ performance whose sertificated and whose unsertificated.
