Item Analisis Kelembagaan Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kota Pekanbaru(2013-01-26) Wahyudi,Zikri; Sayamar,Eri; ArifudinThis study aims to probe the implementation of agricultural extension in Pekanbaru City according to articles 13, 14, and 15 Act Number 16 year 2006 upon the Extension System of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry (Act SP3K) and analyze the agricultural extension institutions in Pekanbaru City by using SWOT analysis. The research method was executed through the survey where the purposive sampling as the data collection system, which semistructured interviews with the 30 respondents was conducted, with the detail 15 people from the Counseling Executing Agency of Pekanbaru and 15 people from the three Technical Units of Agricultural Extension Agency (UPTB PP) District of Pekanbaru. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed descriptively by using SWOT analysis. In order to analyze the implementation of articles 13, 14 and 15 of Act SP3K in Pekanbaru, it was done by utilizing Likert's Summated Rating (SLR). The results of the research showed that: (1) the Counseling Executing Agency of Pekanbaru has performed its functions and duties in accordance with article 13 of Act SP3K No. 16/2006, (2) Since the Agricultural Extension Commission has not formed yet in Pekanbaru City, therefore the article 14 of Act No.16/2006 can not be implemented by the Agricultural Extension Institution of Pekanbaru, (3) whereas Article 15 of Act SP3K No.16/2006 related to the role of UPTB PP was already be implemented as it should, (4) Recommendations of the study is, in terms of farmers highly response and orientation towards the innovation, by enhancing the infrastructure support as well as the coordination among relevant agencies, it will strengthen the agricultural extension institutions in Pekanbaru City.Item Analisis Usahatani Padi Sawah (Oryza Sativa L.) di Desa Mukti Jaya Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir(2013-06-25) Suhaini; Jum’atri,Yusri; Sayamar,EriThis research was conducted toanalyze the rice farming income (Oryza sativa L.) in Mukti Jaya VillageRimba Melintang District Rokan Hilir Regency. The choice of location was based research because Mukti Jaya Village is the largest rice-producing village in Rimba MelintangDistrict Rokan Hilir Regency, while Rokan Hilir is the largest rice producing in Riau Province. This research was conducted on rice planting season in January to April 2012. This research was performed by using survey method with purposive sampling, with a sample size of 30 respondents who have 0,5 ha – 2,5 ha.Theresults showed that the average land farm area is 1,23 ha, rice production obtained is 4.095,93 kg/ha/growing season, and the revenue Rp. 13.516.585,37/ha/growing season. Totalproduction costs Rp. 4.857.231,00/ha/growing season, whilethe profit gotten by the farmers Rp. 8.659.354,37/ha/growing season, and family employment income Rp. 8.944.418,25/ha/growing season.Item The Analysis and Distribution Seedless Watermelon (Citrullus Vulgaris Schard) Farms In Sub District Ujungbatu, Rokan Hulu County.(2013-02-04) Linda, Mira; Sayamar,EriThe goal of this research is; (1). to analyze the profit of seedless watermelon;(2). To analyze the efficient of seedless watermelon ;(3). To analyze the efficient of distribution;(4). To analyze the reasons why these farms are preferable. This research used purposive sampling.11 respondents out of 108 seedless watermelon farmers. From this research it can be concluded that seedless watermelon farm is profitable and good business to do in sub district Ujungbatu, Rokan Hulu County.Item Comparison Of Farmers Income Rainfed Ricelowland Riceof Tillage Systems And No-Tillagein Mukti Jaya Villagethe District Of Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir Regency(2013-06-25) Nurjana; Cepriadi; Sayamar,EriThe research purpose to analyze the difference in cost, revenue, and efficiency of rice farmer tillage system and no-tillage system in Mukti Jaya village Rimba Melintang sub district Rokan Hilir regency. This research method using a disproportionate stratified random sampling method. The number of samples are 27 farmers where 15 rice farmers tillage system and 12 rice farmers no-tillage system. These results indicate that rice farming did by both group farmers was profitable, where total production cost of rice farmers tillage system is Rp.4,885,244.59 and total production cost of rice farmers no-tillage system is Rp.4,808,388.89 with the average income of farmers rice farming tillage systems is Rp.9,147,455.41 per hectare/growing season and the average income of farmers rice farming no-tillage system is Rp.6,167,319.44 per hectare/growing season. Farming efficiency average or Return Cost of Ratio (RCR) for paddy rice tillage system is Rp.3,17, while for rice farmers no-tillage system is Rp.2,37. From t-test result found 15,817 with t-table in the amount of 2,060. This shows that net income received by farmers tillage system greater than no-tillage system.Item Marketing Analysis of Rubber in The Village of Kopah Sub District of Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi(2013-06-07) Sapri; Sayamar,Eri; KausarThis study aims to analyze the rubber marketing in the village of Kopah , analyze marketing system (cost, margin, profit, and efficiency of marketing) so that it can be concluded which marketing channels are profitable and know how where the relationship between farmers with marketing agencies or middlemen (traders) . This study uses survey, respondents sampling technique is done by sampling rendom. The number of respondents in this study were 43 non-rubber farmers and traders 4 (traders) and 1 group of farmers in the village of Kopah. The results showed that the presence of the rubber farmers' groups in the village of Kopah to give effect to the marketing of rubber that is in the village. Where the marketing channels through which farmers becoming shorter, making it profitable for the farmers who have joined with farmer groups.Item Tingkat Partisipasi Anggota Koperasi Unit Desa (Kud) Langgeng di Unit Perwakilan Giri Sako G, Desa Giri Sako Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi(2013-07-25) Yuhendra, Alfis; Sayamar,Eri; Yulida,RozaThe success of cooperatives in implementing its activities is determined by the response of the member. The response in this case is the participation of the members in all activities carried out by cooperatives. The purpose of this study include: (1) to analyze the level of member participation of Village Cooperatives Langgeng; (2) know the member problems who participating in the cooperatives and the management problems in managing the cooperatives. This study conducted at Village Cooperatives Langgeng in Unit Representatives Giri Sako G, Village Giri Sako Sub-district Logas Tanah Darat District Kuantan Singingi. The sampling in this study using simple random sampling method, and from the population 1,045 people, 43 people tested by using Slovin formula. The method used to analyze the level of member participation using a Likert scale, while to figure out the member problems and board members in the cooperatives using an open questionnaire and interview. Overall, the results concluded the member participation Village Cooperatives Langgeng are on the moderate levels with the score 1,405 points (1362-1905 include to moderate participation category). The member problems in cooperatives among others are the less attraction of the offers towards reciprocal participation and offering of goods and services by cooperatives, as well as the low interest of members in the organization. While the management cooperatives problems, among others, difficult to motivate members, wide area coverage, Impatience members in waited suggestions/criticism is realized and the unavailability of qualified human resources to occupy several positions.Item Tingkat Partisipasi Anggota Pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Cinta Damai di Desa Cinta Damai Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar(2013-07-15) Raihanisyah; Sayamar,Eri; Yusri,JumatriMember participation is a determining factor for reciprocation of a cooperative. Therefore, knowledge of the level of member participation in the cooperative becomes very important for the cooperative to set the future stategy. This study aims to: (1) Determine the member participation level of Village Cooperatives Cinta Damai; (2) Determine the factors that influence the member participation level of Village Cooperatives inta Damai. This study conducted at Village Cooperatives Cinta Damai in the Village Cinta Damai District TapungHilir-Kampar Regency for 7 months from June 2012 to January 2013. The study was conducted by survey method, the method of sampling is done by Simple Random Sampling, and the sample was taken 42 participants of the total population 614 participants by using Slovin formula. The data of participation level analyzed by using the Likert scale and the factors that influence participation rates were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that the overall participation level of members of Village Cooperatives CintaDamai obtains scores 1,928, including participation rates in the moderate range (1,470-2,057). Whereas the factors that influence the level of members particiption of KUD Cinta Damai based on partial test at significance level of 5% suggest that income, number of dependents and level of education have a significant effect on the participation of member with significance < 0,05.
