Item Influence Storytelling Method Against Chilhood Emotional Intelligence 5-6 Year In Kindegarten Humairoh Kubang Village Jaya Siak Hulu District In Kampar District(2013-05-21) Lestari, AyuEmotional intelligence is critical for embedded and developed from an early age in children because the child good emotional intelligence capable of empathy and respect for others, and have a tendency to express awareness and self-confidence. The survey was conducted on 20 children at the age of 5-6 years in Kindergarten Humairoh. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence methods of storytelling to children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Humairoh Desa Jaya Kubang Siak Hulu district in Kampar District. This study uses a form of quantitative research with an experimental approach. Research data collection through data collection instrument in the form of the observation sheet. Analysis of experimental data using techniques and significant test (t test). he results showed that the effect of storytelling on children's emotional intelligence has increased the original child before using storytelling methods er emotional intelligence is at 100% or less category and then a significant increase by using the method of storytelling that is at a 80% higher category. Significance of the research results obtained t test t value = 30.74 l and t table value at 5% confidence level (dk = n-2 = 20-2 = 18) so that the value of the t table = 2.101 t count> t table thus ho = Hα rejected and accepted. Means that in this study there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence of children before and after the use of storytelling using story-telling method in class B3 kindergarten Humairoh Desa Jaya Kubang Siak Hulu district in Kampar DistrictItem POTENSI TANAMAN GENJER (Limnocharis flava, (L.) Buch) SEBAGAI FITOREMEDIATOR ION KADMIUM (II), KROMIUM (VI) DAN TIMBAL (II)(2017-01-09) Lestari, Ayu; Anita, Sofia; Hanifah, T. AbuPhytoremediation is cost-effective and environmentally technology that use plants to clean up the environment. One of the plant that has potency as phytoremediator is (Limnocharis flava (L.) Buch) or also known as Genjer. The aim of this study was to determine the ability of genjer as phytoremediator of Cd (II), Cr (VI) and Pb (II) based on contact time (exposure period) variations (0, 3, 6 and 12) days. The concentration of Cd (II) and Pb (II) were analyzed by Atomic Absorption of Spectrophotometry (AAS) and Cr (VI) was analyzed using UV-Vis (UV Visible Spectrophotometry). The results showed that maximum absorption efficiency for Cd (II), Cr (VI) and Pb (II) were 83,70%; 43,98% and 90,31%, respectively (day 6). BCF (Bioconcentration Factor) result showed that Cd (II), Cr (VI) and Pb (II) value were > 1 (one). It is showed that genjer can be categorized as hyperaccumulator plant.Item SINTESIS DAN UJI TOKSISITAS DUA SENYAWA ANALOG KURKUMIN SIMETRIS DARI SIKLOHEKSANON DENGAN TURUNAN METOKSIBENZALDEHID(2016-10-19) Lestari, Ayu; Eryanti, Yum; Zamri, AdelCurcumin is one of secondary metabolites included into the class of fenolic’s group, which was known to have biological activity such as anticancer, antioxidant, antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory. In this research, curcumin analog compounds of cyclohexanone and methoxybenzaldehide derivative were synthesized under microwave irradiation with NaOH. The yield obtained from curcumin analog of (2E,6E)-2,6-bis-(2-methoxybenzilidyn)-cyclohexanone (A1) was 43.97%. The purity of the compound has been tested using TLC, melting point and analytical HPLC. The identification of curcumin analog compound was analysed using UV, IR, 1H-NMR and MS. The toxicity test carried out by Brine Shrimps Lethality Test (BSLT) method to Artemia salina Leach larva showed LC50 higher than 200 ppm for the compound A1 with value of 995.40 ppm. The result of toxicity test showed that the compound A1 was not toxic.
