Item Analisis Nilai Tambah Keripik Buah di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar(2017-06-08) Tety, Ermi; ElizaTujuan dan i penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dani agroindustri keripik nenas dan keripik nangka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Kualu Nenas merupakan desa yang berada di Kecamatan Tambang yang memiliki banyak usaha agroindustri keripik nenas dan keripik nangka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus yakni dengan cara mencatat semua elemen (responden) yang diteliti. Kumpulan dan i seluruh elemen (responden) tersebut dinamakan populasi. Jumlah responden keripik nenas dan keripik nangka di Desa Kualu Nenas berjumlah 12 pengraj in. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agroindustri keripik nenas dan keripik nangka yang dijalankan sudah menguntungkan. Pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh dan i rata -rata 12 pengrajin adalah Rp.8.350.062,26 per bulan untuk keripik nenas dan Rp. 1.243.240,79 per bulan untuk keripik nangka. Efisiensi usaha pengolahan nenas menjadi keripik nenas adalah sebesar 1,37. Sedangkan efisiensi usaha pengolahan nangka menjadi keripik nangka adalah sebesar 1,85. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: (1) Biaya agroindustri rengginang ubi; (2) pendapatan, efisiensi agroindustri rengginang ubi; (3) nilai tambah agroindustri rengginang ubi kecamatan Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer langsung ke pengusaha agroindustri rengginang yang terdapat 6 orang.Alat analisis yang digunakan analiisis biaya dan pendapatan serta nilai tambah Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Biaya produksi rata -rata sebesar Rp.5.207.709,52 per bulan, biaya variabel Rp 3.243.600,00 dan biaya tetap Rp 1.964.109,52 (2) pendapatan kotor Rp. 7.605.724,70 per bulan, keuntungan Rp. 2.398.015,18 per bulan, efisiensi ekonomi (RCR) sebesar 1,46 menunjukkan usaha agroindusti rengginang ubi efisien (3) nilai tambah sebesar Rp.4.815,95 dengan rasio nilai tambah terhadap nilai produksi sebesar 58,51 % berarti usaha agroindustri renginang ubi layak untuk dikembangkanItem Analisis Subsektor Tanaman Pangan di Kota Pematangsiantar Provinsi Sumatera Utara(2013-07-15) Pakpahan, Mangantartua Eduanwar; Eliza; Maharani,EvyThe research was conducted in Pematangsiantar which aims to see the potential of food crops to be developed in Pematangsiantar and determine the feasibility of cultivated crops in terms of technical and economical aspects. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The data and information collected in this study using primary data and secondary data. Secondary data in the form of data that includes the area harvested and crop production broken down by district in Pematangsiantar 2009-2010. The primary data of the costs incurred in crop farming. The results showed that the available land in each district in Pematangsiantar potential to produce food crops. There are five types of crops developed in Pematangsiantar include rice, sweet potatoes, cassava, corn, and peanuts. LQ analysis also showed that the crop is a sector basis. This can be seen from both LQ value of harvested area and production of food crops in Pematangsiantar of several districts that have LQ values > 1. In terms of qualification crop cultivation on three aspects agronomic then eligible to be expanded. This research aims to analyze the soybean .farming in Pekaitan district Rokan Hilir Regency. The data used were secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents trough personal interview using questionnaires which was supplied with business owners and their labor. Secondary data obtained from agency who are related with this research. Based from the result farming analyzed, soybean production cost in one planted season per land work on extensive was Rp 8.951.321,66 kg with variable cost Rp 8.824.913,16 and fixed cost Rp. 126.408,50. Soybean production 3.077,63 kg per land work on extensive per planted season. Gross income Rp. 21.543.421,05 per land work on extensive per planted season, while net income Rp 12.492.099,39 per land work on extensive per planted season with RCR 2,41.Item ANALYSIS OF INDONESIA’S PEPPER IN THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND(2016-11-30) Tety, Ermi; Eliza; HamdaniIndonesia is second biggest producer and exportir of pepper commodity in the world. The purposes of this research are: (1) to analyze of Indonesian pepper in the supply and demand; (2) to analyze the impact of exchange rate, price of world pepper, and combination among its to Indonesian pepper in the supply and demand. Analysis method used simultaneous equation with time series data from 1990 till 2013. The results showed that determinant coefficient (R2) of every equations are 0,51 till 0,86 and F value are 4,67 till 20,16. Indonesian pepper production significantly influenced by real price of Indonesian pepper, Indonesian pepper export, real interest rate of Indonesia, and Indonesian pepper production last year. Indonesian pepper demand significantly influenced by Indonesian population. Indonesian pepper export significantly influenced by growth of Indonesian pepper demand and Indonesian pepper export last year. Indonesian pepper price significantly influenced by Indonesian pepper production, real exchange rate of IDR to USD, inflation rate of Indonesia, and Indonesian pepper price last year. Real price of Indonesian pepper isn’t responsive to Indonesian pepper production in short run and responsive in long run. Indonesian population is responsive to Indonesian pepper demand in short run and long run. Other exogenous variables aren’t responsive to endogenous variable in short run and long run. The exchange rate depreciation, the increase price of world pepper, and combination among its impact to increase of Indonesian pepper price, export, and production and degradation of Indonesian pepper demand. Development of pepper agroindustry must intensively to improve domestic demand and give economic value to pepper commodity.Item Distribusi Pendapatan Petani Karet Di Desa Sei. Tonang Kecamatan Kampar Utara Kabupaten Kampar(2017-06-08) Eliza; Khaswarina, Shorea; Nasution, MelysariTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga dan ketimpangan pendapatan rumah tangga petani karet di Desa Sei. Tonang Kecamatan Kampar Utara Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dan i bulan Desember 2012 sampai dengan Juni 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling terhadap 38 petani karet yang luas lahan 1-6 hektar dengan umur tanaman 20-25 tahun.Hasil Penelitian menunujukkan bahwa pendapatan petani karet di Desa Sei. Tonang dengan pendapatan diantara Rp. 2.095.913 — Rp. 15.429.336. Dengan rata -rata pendapatan Rp.6.042.585. yang terdiri dan i pendapatan sektor pertanian 97,26 % dan di luar sektor pertanian 2,74 %. The ability of farmers in meeting basic need the basic of the criteria from BPS in sari galuh village subdistrict tapung of kampar regency. This research was conduct in march to november 2012. The research method used was survey method. The sample take used by purposive sampling of the research was 64 plasma farmer with the age of palm trees beetwen 22-24 and the farmer that has a land area of 2-6 acres. The data captured is the prmary and secondary data by using a questionnaire. The reult of this research show the structure of the oil palm farmers income of plasma in the sari galuh village consists of income from the agriculutural sector and non farm sector. Number of index gini ratio shows the low – inequality 0,1834 and Lorenz curve is close to the line of perfect equity of health care. Spending on non-food household farmers greater than spending on household food. It showed that the sample had been prosperous farmer. Basic needs analysis also show welfare farmers oil palm has been achieved.Item Efektifitas Media Penyuluhan Yang Diberikan Kepada Petani Pepaya Hawai (Carica papaya L.) di Kelurahan Rumbai Bukit Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru(2013-08-27) Franki; Yulida,Roza; ElizaThere are some types of ekstension media that are used by the farmers for running their business. Nevertheless, the type of the most effective media which is very effective to be used is still being questioned. This research about the effectiveness of media was carried out in Rumbai Bukit sub-district Rumbai District Pekanbaru City. The location was chosen under these considerations, in Rumbai Bukit sub-district there are some Hawaiian Papaya culture which are being developed and also some existing media information used by the farmers. Sampling method used in this research is Simple Random Sampling by the number of respondents consist of 30 people. To measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or a group of social phenomenon questionnaire was used in line with Likert scale method. With the Likert scale, the variables to be measured are translated into an indicator variable. Variables that are measured in this study are the variables of the information media effectiveness used upon the Hawaiian papaya farmers in Rumbai Bukit Sub-district Pekanbaru City. From the conducted research, there are three types of ekstension media that were obtained, namely: 1) Agricultural Extension (PPL); 2) Peasant Organizations and 3) Books, where the Agricultural Extension (PPL) is regarded as the effective information media for the Hawaiian papaya farmers in Rumbai Bukit sub-district, Rumbai district, Pekanbaru city. This is because the field of agricultural extension information media (PPL) is easily found and is sensitive to the problems of farmers. Having seen from the obtained facts and matters, the Agricultural Extension (PPL) as the media should be more active in terms of updating the information for farming activities. Furthermore, the Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL) should provide other information such as current agricultural situation continuously, due to farmers' lack of interest in reading. Media information in the form of Peasant Organization should further increase the seriousness and intensity of activity with the all problems of farmers. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kebun karet terbesar di dunia mengungguli produsen utama lainnya yaitu Thailand dan Malaysia. Meskipun demikian produksi karet Thailand per tahun lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil produksi karet Indonesian (Riau terkini, 2014) Pengembangan sub sektor perkebunan karet di Provinsi Riau menunjukkan trend yang semakin meningkat. Pada tahun 2013 luas perkebunan karet di Riau mencapai 500.949 ha dengan hasil produksi 350.476 ton.Keberhasilan subsektor perkebunan tidak lepas dari faktor sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku utama dan sekaligus sebagai wahana dalam kegiatan pengembangan dan berperan besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan (BPS Provinsi Riau,2013).Item Sistem Pemasaran Karet Di Desa Ujung Batu Timur Kabupaten Rokan Hulu(2015-08-04) Eliza; Edwina, Susy; Muwardi, DidiPenelitian sistem pemasaran karet di Desa Ujung Batu Timur Kabupaten Rokan Hulu bertujuan (1) mengetahui saluran/ pemasaran karet (2) menganalisis biaya, margin, keuntungan dan efisiensi pemasaran karet, (3) permasalahan yang dihadapi petani keret di desa Ujung Batu Timur Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2012, Metode yang digunakan metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling (petani yang umur karet 20 – 22 tahun), diambil sampel sebanyak 25 orang petani, pengambilan sampel pedagang dilakukan metode snow ball sampling. Hasil penelitian terdapat 2 saluran distribusi pemasaran karet yaitu saluran pemasaran 1 dari petani ke pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan ke pabrik, Saluran pemasaran 2 dari petani ke pedagang besar selanjutnya ke pabrik, Rata-rata biaya pemasaran 1 kilogram produksi karet pada saluaran 1 yaitu Rp 2.914,81 dan pada saluran 2 yaitu Rp. 2.082,44. Margin pemasaran saluran 1 sebesar Rp. 3.350 dan saluran 2 sebesar Rp. 2.400. Bagian yang diterima petani pada saluran 1 sebesar 75,19 % dan saluran 2 sebesar 82,22 % dan efisiensi pemasaran saluran 1 sebesar 21,59 %. dan saluran 2 sebesar 15,43 % artinya saluran 2 lebih efisien dari pada saluran 1. Permasalahan yang dihadapi petani karet cukup komplek, fluktuasi harga jual karet, kualitas produksi yang masih rendah, fasiltas pemasaran yang kurang memadai, KUD yang berfungsi lagi.Item Strategi Pemasaran Lepat Bugi Agroindustri di Palung Raya Desa Tambang Raya Kabupaten Kampar(2014-02-15) Azmi,Zul; Eliza; CepriadiThe agro-industry production must be supported by the existence of marketing activity, since production and marketing have significant correlation and inseparable. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing mix (product, price, distribution, promotion) upon the consumer behavior of the agro-industry product namely “Lepat Bugi” in Palung raya Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Another aim is to identify the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat and decide the alternative of marketing strategy according to the production scale. This research was conducted in Palung Raya District Kampar Regency, and consists of 23 respondents as the Lepat Bugi business doers. From the appointed numbers, the classification based on the business experience turns into three groups consist of 8 years of experience, 6 years and 3 years. Fishbein and SWOT analysis are used as the data analysis. The result of this research shows that the residents under the productive age are 654 people or 60,89%, the residents’ educational level in Elementary School are 450 people or 55,83%. For the entrepreneurs identity, the age of those entrepreneurs are in productive age. From those three entrepreneurs in the age range of 35-53 or 100%, the level of education obtained by Lepat Bugi entrepreneurs are in 66.7%, and they have graduated from the high school level. Meanwhile, for the business experience aspect that is owned by the three entrepreneurs which only still last in three years, is rated as 33.3%, medium business experience of six years is 33.3%, and the longest eight years of business experience is 33.3%, the number of family dependents of lepat bugi entrepreneurs are in high enough rate, it is ≥ 7 people rated as 66.67%. Purchase attitudes of product attribute which is a flavor, is in the value of (5.28). Consumer attitudes toward price attribute is upon the market price valued as (5.46). Consumer attitudes toward the distribution attribute is in direct distribution to the consumers (5.73). Consumer attitudes toward the promotion attribute is upon the banner (7.47). The marketing strategy of lepat bugi business is about maintaining the product quality, increasing the promotion, and registering businesses to FDA.Item Strategi Pemasaran Usahabunga Papan Di Kota Pekanbaru(2017-06-08) Handayani, Sri Indayah; Eliza; Khaswarina, ShoreaThis study aims to identify the marketing mix florist board, identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that faced, developed and recommend appropiate alternative marketing strategies. The research was conducted in June 2013 until the end. The sampling method used in this research is a case study in the Valentine Florist's florist board business. The data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed interest board products offered by various designs and sizes, ranging from size to size 2mx3m 2mx12m and can be combined using fresh flowers. Rental price charged to the consumer products amounted to Rp 100,000 rupiah/board. Product distribution channels carried by employers are only one level. Promotion is done is through the division enterpreneur cards and banners installed on each foot flower display board. Tonang Village Northern Of Kampar District Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Desember 2012 to July 2013 with a survey method and technique of respondents using purposive multistages random sampling on 38 rubber farmers who rubber plant is aged 20-25 years with area 1-6 Ha. Structure income of rubber farmers of this research show farmers income of rubber in the Sei. Tonang village consists of income fromagricultural sector 97,26% and 2,74% from non agricultural sector. Distribution of family income farmers ranges between Rp. 2.095.913 – Rp. 15.429.336 and the average revenue of Rp. 6.042.585. Number of index gini ratio shows the low – inequality 0,20 and Lorenz curve is close to the line evenness, this mean that the distribution of income among household in farmersrelatively evenly.Spending on non-food household farmers greater than spending on household food.The structure of non-food bg as 57,61% while spending on food big as 42,39%.In this research showed that rubber farmers had been prosperous farmer.
