    PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN Kasus pada bagian Produksi PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Bah Butong Sumatera Utara

    This research aim to know the observation work productivity of employees at shares produce the PT. Plantation of Nusantara IV Bah Butong. Observation as independent variable ( X) And productivity as variable dependen ( Y), and this research take the responder amount as much 74 people. Data obtained by kuesioner hereinafter processed to later;then tested by statistical analysis like simple analysis regresi, test the t, and analyse the kolerasi and determinasi constructively use the application of SPSS Version 16. Research result indicate that result of hypothesis examination test the t, t_hitung ( 10.566) > t_(tabel )( 1.993). This matter indicate that the gaffer observation have an effect on the signifikan to storey;level of employees productivity. Level of observation influence to work productivity of employees at shares produce the PT.PERKEBUNAN Nusantara IV Bah Butong 60,8%.
