Item Influence Of Land Suitability And Production Factors To Palm Oil’s Productivity In Sorek Satu Village Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict Pelalawan Regency(2013-06-07) Caca, Ghizka Ayu; Hadi,Fajar Restu; Yusri,Jum’atriThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of land suitability score and other common agronomic’s production factors ( fertilizers, labours, and herbicides dosage) to alm oil’s productivity by applying the natural log transformed of multiple regression model. Further, from the model, we derived the Marginal Product Value (MPV) to measure economic efficiency of the land suitability production factors from the observed respondents. This research was performed by using survey method with purposive random sampling, with a sample size of 50 respondents who have 10 years old palm oil’s plantation. The result showed a natural log tranformed of multiple regression with Adjusted R2 value of 0,846, which mean that the palm oil’s productivity in Sorek Satu was 84,6 influenced by KCl, dolomit, TSP, urea, labour, and land suitability factors. Among those factors, the KCl and the land suitability score were the most significant factors ( with 95% o significant’s level ) that influenced to palm oil’s productivity. In terms of economic efficiency which showed by MPV value, the suitable land (S) showed the MPV value is less than output price, which mean that the farmers were still must to decrease the TSP, urea, and labor. In conditional suitable (CS) showed that the MPV value is less than output price which mean that the farmers were must to decrease the labor, herbicides, TSP, and KCl. Production scale showed that the production was in second level (II) which mean that was still able to increase the use of production factors to increase the profit.
