    “Analisis Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Petani Karet Plasma di Desa Sungai Baung Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu”

    This study aims to analyze the quality of life of the rubber smallholders PIR, analyzing developments mindset farmers PIR, and knowing the pattern of business development PIR rubber smallholders. The method used in this research is the survey method with the criteria of rubber smallholders who are participants PIR PIR rubber from the beginning until now is still using rubber and status of farmers and is considered to have a lot of information and well-sampled in this study. The number of respondents is 14 people. The results showed Rubber PIR program capable of improving the welfare of farmers in the village Sungai Baung PIR rubber, for improved mindset of 3.7 and an average increase of 0.14 per year, and increase the quality of life of 2.8 with an increase in average annual of 0.10 meaning a change in mindset and quality of life before resettlement Uncategorized Uncategorized worse after a good while. The pattern of development of land includes the addition of rubber and oil palm, opening stalls, cattle fish, and poultry. The pattern of development of business done with borrowed capital to the parent, financial institutions and savings results PIR rubber smallholders.
