Item Analisi Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Agroindustri Tahu Studi Kasus Di Kelurahan Labuh Baru Barat Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru(2013-07-06) Asrori, Muhammad Irfan; Yusmini; Khaswarina,ShoreaThe propose of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility and analyze the level of sensitivity in the agro-business tahu in the Labuh Baru Barat vilage Payung Sekaki district Pekanbaru. Number of respondents one person (Mr. Riyadi). Research methods using case studies. To determine the financial feasibility of the agro-business tahu use investment criteria, namely: net present value (NPV), rate of return (IRR) and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). Results of this study indicate that the agro-busines tahu is feasible tobe developed in terms of financial feasibility criteria that demonstrate the business value of NPV (positive) Rp. 2,601,408,907, IRR 38.99 (DF greater than 16%), Net B/C 2:24 (Net B/C>1) and PBP 5 years 1 month which means that this business has been able to cover the cost of the investmen before the end of business life. Based on investment criteria obtained in agro-business tahu feasible to develop. The sensitivity analysis it can be concluded that the limit price in creasesin soybean that can still tolelir by 10% and 20% for NPV Rp. (positive), the value of IRR (DF 16% greater), and value (Net B/C<1). Meanwhile, when the price of soybeans increased by 30% effort is not worth it to run as a negative NPV, IRR values (less than 16% DF) and (Net B/C<1). Decrease in production scale limits can be tolerated is at 10% because the value of NPV (positive), the value of IRR (DF greater than16%), and value (Net B/C<1). Meanwhile, when a decline in the scale of production by 20% effort is not feasible because of the value of NPV (negative), IRR (less than 16% DF), and value (Net B/C<1).
