Item Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Ekonomi Dalam Mengadakan Variasi Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Xi Program Ips Di Sma Negeri 2 Pekanbaru(2013-05-08) Anggraini, ReginaThe research was conducted in Economics teachers and students of class XI IPS program at SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teachers' teaching skills in performing variation of the Economics student motivation. Total population in this study were 123 people. The number of samples in this study were 55 people. The method used for data collection using a questionnaire distributed directly to students. The first questionnaire measure of skills held a variety consisting of 16 point declaration and the second questionnaire about students' motivation measure that consists of 24 statements. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%. Data processing were performed with SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. From the results obtained Fh > Ft (16.521> 4.02), which means a significant difference between the skills held a variety of the students' motivation. In the simple linear regression analysis obtained by regression coefficient of 0.919, which means the value of each additional skills will hold variations give rise to the motivation of 0.919. It is also seen in the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.238 this means that skills hold influential variation of 23.8% of the students' motivation. Thus the economy is expected to teachers if it is to increase students' motivation need to improve the skills held variations.
