Kewajiban PT. PLN (Persero) yakni Menyediakan data tagihan listrik, menjamin dan membebaskan rekonsiliasi dari pihak ke dua dan memberikan imbalan jasa kepada pihak kedua. Hak PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) yaitu menerima imbalan jasa, melakukan promosi. Kewajiban PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) menghubungkan sistem host, menjamin keakuratan data,menerbitkan bukti pembayaran dan menyimpan transaksi.dalam pelaksanaannya biaya-biaya tersebut dibebankan kepada masyarakat yang mana seharusnya menjadi tanggungjawab masing-masing pihak sesuai perjanjian. | en_US |
