Abstract
The rapid increase of population and economic growth in Indonesia also increased
domestic consumption of any goods or services either. Services required by the
public service is power. The electricity services provided by PT. PLN (Persero).
In the use of electricity services are setting it in Article 4 Paragraph (3) of Law
No. 30 of 2009 on Electricity, namely the implementation of power supply by the
government and the local government-owned enterprises and state owned
enterprises. To facilitate clientele PT. PLN (Persero) in cooperation with PT. Pos
Indonesia (Persero) is then poured inside the contract agreement PT. PLN
(Persero) and PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) regarding the Electricity Bill Payment
and Claims In Centralized other. This agreement also imposed in the city of
Pekanbaru.
Description
Hak dan Kewajiban PT. PLN (Persero).Hak PT. PLN (Persero) yakni
Penerimaan pembayaran tagihan listrik, Pembayaran koreksi dan atau restitusi
Pelanggan, Pengecekan dan audit IT. Kewajiban PT. PLN (Persero) yakni
Menyediakan data tagihan listrik, menjamin dan membebaskan rekonsiliasi
dari pihak ke dua dan memberikan imbalan jasa kepada pihak kedua. Hak PT.
Pos Indonesia (Persero) yaitu menerima imbalan jasa, melakukan promosi.
Kewajiban PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) menghubungkan sistem host, menjamin
keakuratan data,menerbitkan bukti pembayaran dan menyimpan
transaksi.dalam pelaksanaannya biaya-biaya tersebut dibebankan kepada
masyarakat yang mana seharusnya menjadi tanggungjawab masing-masing
pihak sesuai perjanjian.
