Abstract

The problem in this study, that agility In Footballers SSB Yapora Primary Pekanbaru less than the maximum. It is thought to be caused by the lack of rapid motion also fast enough in making a change in body position to another rnelakukan different movements. The purpose of this study is to look at the effects of exercise drills and exercises Hourglass 180 degree agility drill against SSB Football Players In Primary Yapora Pekanbaru. This is a type of quasi-experimental study to see the effect of this form of exercise. The population in this study are all athletes who totaled 22 people. Sampling technique that is the total sampling, meaning where the entire population sampled is then sampled in this study amounted to 22 people. Instrument in this study using shutle test run to see agility. Analyses were performed using t-test. The research concludes that the influences of exercise on agility drills Hourglass In Footballers SSB Yapora Primary Pekanbaru proven with t 5.76> ttable 2228 at α = 0.05. Then there are the effects of exercise on agility drill 180 degree Footballers SSB Yapora In Pekanbaru Primary proven with t 4.82> 2,228 ttabel at α = 0.05. Meanwhile, to see the effect of the two forms of exercise, there are the effects of exercise training Hourglass drill with 180 degree agility drill against SSB Football Players In Primary Yapora 4:11 Pekanbaru where t> ttable 2086 at α = 0.05. Where Hourglass drill exercise better when compared with the 180 degree agility drill
