Abstract
The accuracy of the location choise is one of the factors considered by an
entrepreneur priority to opening the business. Because its impact to business sales
volume. as well as small class restaurants around campus of University Riau
Pekanbaru. In this research there are business location as independent variable
(with 5 subvariable: access, visibility, parking area, environment and
competition) and sales volume as dependent variable. Sample as 46 respondents
using survey methods and data analysis used in this study iws a simple regression
model. After the correlation test and the coefficient of determination test, the
results showed that the business location variables (consist of subvariabel access,
visibility, parking, environment and competitio)n has positive and significant
impact to sales volume of business.
