| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to know the implementation of giving funds PUAP Program and analyze its role toward income of rice farmer group members before and after receiving fund program in the East Kampar Sub-district, Kampar Regency. The sampling method conducted a census to 18 members of farmer groups who have a paddy farms. Based on the results of research, the implementation of giving funds PUAP Program seen from the loan procedure, realization of loans, administration fees and rates in East Kampar Sub-district, Kampar Regency has been suitable with the technical instructions and guidelines that exist. PUAP Program in the Village of Kampar and Koto Perambahan, East Kampar Sub-district, Kampar Regency has been able to increase the income of farmers where the average income of farmers before PUAP assistance program is Rp 2.520.044, then after the PUAP Program increased to Rp 3.327.928. Based on the results of t-test was done, obtained t value of 6.83 and a t table value of 1.740. Means t count greater than t table, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that business income communities after getting help from PUAP Program greater than revenue before receiving funding from PUAP Program. So, program funding of PUAP has given positive contribution to paddy farmers income in East Kampar Sub-district, Kampar Regency. | en_US |
