Abstract
The research was conducted at PT. Raharja (Limited) Branch County, located in
Jl. Sudirman No. 285 Pekanbaru, District of Sail, Pekanbaru. To analyze the influence of
leadership and motivation on employee morale at PT. Raharja Services (Persero) Branch
County. To identify the dominant variable affecting the morale of employees at PT.
Raharja Services (Persero) Branch County. To achieve these objectives the research
conducted using a sample of 54 people, using the Census. Data analysis method using
simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows
version 17).
Based on the results obtained f count > f sigifikan table at the level of 5%. This
indicates that there is a significant influence on leadership and motivation on employee
performance.
Recommendations to authors propose is to further improve the performance of
the company's employees should always pay attention to the employees in order to
motivate the employees. For example, the company provides reword or yng achievement
awards to employees so that employees work harder to achieve the targets set by the
company. Given motivsi the employee is expected that the employee's performance will
get better again. This would provide a reciprocal relationship in which the company's
attention to its employees as well as employees have to contribute the same, namely to
carry out their duties and responsibilities well.
