| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to determined the effectiveness of health education about pregnancy gymnastics for pregnant women’s motivation in doing pregnancy gymnastics. The design of this research is "Quasy experiment" designed by "Non-equivalent control group" were divided into experiment group and control group. The research was conducted on pregnant women in the “Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru”. The total sample are 30 people who were taken by using purposive sampling techniques by noticing to the inclusion criteria. Measuring instruments that used in both groups are questionnaires that have been tested for validity and realibility. Analysis is used univariate and bivariate analyzes using independent and dependent sample t test. The results showed there was a significant increasing in the rate of change in pregnant women’s motivation in doing pregnancy gymnastics in experimental group has given health education about pregnancy gymnastics with p (0.001) < α (0,05). It means that health education about pregnancy gymnastics is effective for improving pregnant women’s motivation in doing pregnancy gymnastics. The results of this research is recommend to every health care have prenatal class especially reguler pregnant gymnastics. | en_US |
