dc.description.abstractPenerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung Dengan Media Komik Matematika dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas IV SDN 23 Pekanbaru Oleh Dilla Fitri1, Syahrilfuddin2, Neni Hermita3 Abstract This research aims to enable students to learn through a teaching approach that is specifically designed to develop students' knowledge related to declarative and procedural knowledge that can be taught step by step pattern. Direct instructional model can be applied by using the media. One medium that can be used in teaching mathematics to solve this problem is to use math comics medium. . Where media can be used to provide an understanding of the concept of simple fractions. The study is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study aims to improve student learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade 23, after the application of the direct learning using math comics medium. Data obtained from quantitative data. With the formulation of the problem "What is the application of the direct learning using math comics medium can improve mathematics learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade students 23 Pekanbaru? '. Quantitative data in the form of testing students' knowledge and understanding through repeated test cycles. On the basis of classical completeness score of students was 43%, the first cycle of classical completeness students increased to 77.14% and in the second cycle classical completeness students increased to 91.42%. The mean score on the basis of 57.85, the average cycle increased to 81.42 and the second cycle increased to 88, besides an increase in the activities of teachers and students from cycle I to cycle IIen_US
