dc.description.abstractThe performance appraisal is very important doing to look the work of official employee an official. With the implementation performance appraisal to know achievement offical emmployee, that is good, fair, or bad with the result that the official easier to take measure or improvement if know mistake in implementation. After that good performance appraisal is an important factors which motivate employees to improve company’s productivity. To know the performance appraisal at PT. Bank Mandiri this doing good and true, that is research give questioner with some indicator of factor clear components, motivation, fairness, feedback and follow up. The result of this research show that the employees and the evaluators all agree that those factors have been done by the company.en_US
