Kuantan Singingi Regency owning big tourism potency, one of [the] that is cultural tourism race boat which if can be developed maximally of course will be able to render many matter because execution race this boat have various effect and target. For that researcher interest to know Strategy of Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda Dan Olahraga for Development of Tourism race Boat at Kuantan Singingi Regency. As for intention of this research is to know Strategy of Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga for Development of Tourism race Boat at Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this research, researcher use Descriptive research method Qualitative. From result of research known that Strategy of Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga for Development of Tourism race Boat at Kuantan Singingi Regency not yet goodness. This matter earn in seeing from some existing Strategy like improving good facilities and basic facilities of complement and also fundamental / supporter, promotion either through direct and do not lansung, and work along with society.
