The research was conducted in April to June 2012 with research subjects are students of class X 3 Senior High School No. 5 Pekanbaru amounting to 33 people, consist of 16 male students and 17 female students. The parameters in this study is the scientific attitude of students consisting of six indicators of cooperation, honesty, discipline, responsibility, communicative and curiosity and creative thinking skills of students consisting of four indicators: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results showed that the average scientific attitude of students in the first cycle is 69.52% (less category) increased to 83.15% (category enough). Average creative thinking skills of students has increased from the first cycle is 63.75% (less category) to 75.38% (less category). Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model type of picture and picture to enhance scientific attitude and creative thinking skills of students in Biology subject in class X 3 Senior High School No. 5 Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2011-2012. | en_US |
