Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of the Work Environment on Employee Morale outsorsing at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia, Tbk Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative variable that Work Environment as the independent variable (x), and the Spirit of Work as the dependent variable (y). hypothesis in this study is presumably the effect of the Work Environment Work Semanagat employees at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia, Tbk Pekanbaru. Two variables in this study had an ordinal scale data and data types used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire or a list of questions given to the respondents to the employee outsorsing PT Telkom, while secondary data obtained through documents and observation. In this study the authors menganbil outsorsing employees as respondents as many as 63 employees by using stratified random sampling technique. In this study using simple linear regression analysis and the results obtained from the analysis that has been treated with a degree of correlation 0.563. The results showed that the regression calculation t_hitung greater than t_ (table) is 5.443> 2.000. This means that the work environment has the effect of compensation is the employee morale at PT Telkom pekanbaru acceptable.
