dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research to develop an attitudes towards science questionnaire and physical science process skills test instrument for students in junior high school grades which are valid and reliable. The method used in this study is research and development (R & D), with descriptive data analysis. This research resulted in sixteen point statement of attitudes towards science and eleven questions of science process skills in physics. The validity assessment of attitudes toward science questionnaire instruments from judgment experts was 3.74 and science process skills of physics test instrument was 3.66 in very high category, while the items was also declared valid by the internal criteria validity. The results of reliability for the physical science process skills test instrument with internal consistency technique, using the KR-20 is 0.54 in medium category, while for the attitude towards science instrument with Cronbach's alpha formula has a reliability value is 0.83 in very reliable category, so they can be used as a junior high school of physics tool assessment.en_US
