Abstract
Primary lung cancer is major public health problem and the commonest fatal
malignancy in the developed world. Survival of lung cancer is still poor because the
development of clinically silent and undetected metastases in the majority of patients.
Based on the research taking secondary data from the medical records obtained 32
patients with lung cancer. Largest patients were age group 45 – 64 years that was 26
cases (81,85). 27 people (84,4%) of the lung cancer patients were males and 5
patients (15,6%) females. The most main symtomps was dyspneu 13 cases (40,6%). It
was found that mostly the cases are non small cell lung cancer. Most of the patient
came to the Department of Respiratory in late stadium (75%). Largest complicated
were metastases and one year survival of lung cancer was 11 cases (34,4%)
