Abstract
In the face of very tight competition among similar companies, required the implementation of the right promotion to win the competition. Implementation of promotion policy of the company is using a series of effective promotion mix. Through this strategy the company doing the planning, execution, and control of an organization’s communications to consumers.
This study aims to identify and analyze the promotional activities carried out by Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru Hotel. The results revealed that the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel implement in the form of promotional advertising, personal selling, publicity, and sales promotion in order to increase the sales room. The sampling technique was used quota sampling with a population of 28,496 people and the number of samples of 100 respondents. The data obtained through observation and questionnaires were measured using a rating scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods.
The results of this study indicate that the assessment for the implementation of the campaign carried out of Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru Hotel shows the quite well criteria.
