dc.description.abstractThe problem in this study were: 1) How does an overview of student perceptions of parent participation in student learning SDM Airtiris 010, 2) How to picture students grade students' perceptions of parental involvement in student learning SDM Airtiris 010, 3) how is the sex-based student perceptions of parent participation in student learning SDM Airtiris 010, 4) How to picture of student perceptions of parent participation in student learning high-class 010 Airtiris based parent education. This research aims: 1) To know the general picture of student perceptions of parent participation in student learning SDM Airtiris 010, 2) To reveal student perception in each class of parental involvement in student learning classes IV, Va, Vb, and 010 Airtiris VI, 3) Knowing overview by sex student perceptions of parent participation in student learning SDM Airtiris 010, 4) To reveal the students' perceptions of parental involvement 010 SDM Airtiris based parent education .. Method in this research is descriptive method. Techniques of data analysis in this study only uses techniques percentage. Percentage of students' perceptions of parental participation in learning in general with good enough category by 53%. Percentage of students per classroom perceptions toward parent participation in student learning pretty good class IV category by 48%, Va. perception graders categorized quite good at 58.3%, perceptions Vb graders categorized quite well by 43.5% and grade students' perceptions VI categorized quite good at 60.6%. Percentage of students' perceptions of parental participation in learning by male gender category of 47.5% is quite good and the female gender category quite well by 58.9%. Percentage of students' perceptions of parental participation in learning by level of parental education colleges categorized quite good at 57.1%, parent education high school pretty well categorized by 66.6%, the education of student’s parent in junior high school is categorized quite well by 47.7% , and the primary education level categorized quite good at 44.8%. Recommendations 1) To the parents of the students are expected to increase the participation of their children, both in terms of children's learning process, the learning needs of children, organize children's learning time, provide / complete learning tool and take part in the progress of the child and the child's learning difficulties. So that the results obtained in a child's education, better yet, 2) To the elementary school teachers, so that would be able to give direction and meaning to students to always give a boost to student learning, 3) To the school, the school community and parents need to be worked together to child support for optimal learning results, and 4) To further researchers are expected to conduct research with other variables such as the use of linking leisure time.en_US
